Abstract
본 발명의 상향링크 제어정보 방법과 사용자기기는, ACK/NACK(ACKnowlegement/NegativeACK) 정보를 전송하기 위한 제1PUCCH 자원과 상기 ACK/NACK이 아닌 다른 상향링크 제어정보를 전송하기 위한 제2PUCCH 자원이 상향링크 서브프레임의 각 슬롯에서 동일 PUCCH 영역에 속한 경우에는 상기 ACK/NACK 정보와 상기 다른 상향링크 제어정보를 상기 상향링크 서브프레임 내 상기 제1PUCCH 자원과 상기 제2PUCCH 자원을 이용하여 각각 전송하고, 상기 제1PUCCH 자원과 상기 제2PUCCH 자원이 상기 상향링크 서브프레임 내 서로 다른 PUCCH 영역에 속한 경우에는 상기 다른 상향링크 제어정보의 전송을 드랍하고 상기 ACK/NACK 정보를 상기 제1PUCCH 자원을 이용하여 전송한다.
