L'invention concerne un processus de paiement comportant les étapes consistant à : sélectionner au moins un numéro N et un système institutionnel d'extraction dudit numéro N ; définir au moins un montant Q du coût monétaire P de biens et services à payer en tant que somme misée P/Q à corréler avec le tirage final dudit numéro N ; définir au moins un coût C d'exécution du pari ; définir un coefficient multiplicateur K de la somme misée en cas de gain ; effectuer un paiement d'au moins une somme d'argent T = C + P correspondant à l'achat desdits biens ou à la prestation desdits services ; émettre un reçu ou une quittance (1, 3, 5, 7, 8) prouvant ledit paiement ; remettre une somme de gain V au moins égale à V = K * P/Q si ledit numéro N est ultérieurement tiré par ledit système institutionnel d'extraction. Un système est en outre décrit pour mettre en œuvre électroniquement le processus ci-dessus.
