Abstract
Eine Dichtung für wenigstens eine Bipolarplatte (20) einer Brennstoffzelle (10) besteht wenigstens teilweise aus einem Dichtungsmaterial, das zur Abdichtung von Mediumflüssen in der Brennstoffzelle (10) geeignet ist. In die Dichtung (28) ist wenigstens eine reaktionsmediumsleitende Struktur (30) integriert, über die Reaktionsmedien zur Bipolarplatte (20) und/oder von dieser weg geleitet werden können. Eine Baugruppe mit einer Bipolarplatte (20) und einer Dichtung (28) lässt sich herstellen, indem die Dichtung (28) vorübergehend gedehnt und die Bipolarplatte (20) währenddessen in die Dichtung (28) eingeschoben wird. Alternativ kann die Dichtung (28) an die Bipolarplatte (20) angespritzt werden.
