Abstract

The present invention provides a thermally conductive and electrically insulative laminate, comprising a first layer of silicone rubber; a second layer of silicone rubber, and a center layer between the first layer and the second layer of silicone rubber, and the center layer is made of a fiberglass cloth coated with a thermally conductive coating or a polymer film comprising thermally conductive filler.
