本发明属于医疗器械用品技术领域, 具体的说是涉及一种医用输液装置。
背景技术
随着医疗卫生的普及和医疗水平的提高, 对医用输液器械的需求越来越多, 医院所使 用的输液器械也多种多样。 在临床医疗中, 常因病情的需要必须进行快速输液或输血, 但 传统的输液袋不能通过自动加压来实现, 常需人工挤压来完成, 比较费时费力且液体输注 速度不平稳。 医院在紧急抢救伤病员时, 多有快速输液的需求。 为了及时有效地保证伤病 员的安危, 加压输液或输血装置成为必备器材之一, 各种各样的加压装置充斥市场, 但是 由于其结构复杂、 操作不便、 性能不稳定或其他原因, 并没有达到预想的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺陷, 提供一种结构简单、 操作方便、 轻巧便携 的医用输液装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下方案来实现的: 一种医用输液装置, 包括输液泵、 液体容器、 茂菲氏滴管和流量调节器, 其中茂菲氏滴管与液体容器连接, 在该输液装置中设置有输液 加热器和报警器; 所述报警器中的探头、 加热器中的电热陶瓷管和流量调节器依次串接在 茂菲氏滴管上; 所述液体容器上设有药液出入口, 所述医用输液装置上还设置有压力调节 装置, 该压力调节装置上设有单向阀。
所述液体容器是由塑料或橡胶材料制成的软体输液袋, 所述压力调节装置是由塑料或 橡胶材料制成的气体袋或液体袋, 所述压力调节装置套装于液体容器外, 软体输液袋与所 述气体袋或液体袋之间设有一软材料隔膜。
所述液体容器是由硬性材料制成的输液瓶, 所述压力调节装置是由硬性材料制成的固 形块, 压力调节装置安装于液体容器一侧。
所述压力调节装置置于液体容器内部。
本发明的优点在于: 本发明的医用输液装置的液体容器和压力调节装置都不局限于具 体的软性材料或硬性材料, 也不局限于形状和大小, 可以从不同的角度和方位给液体容器 加压, 满足了快速输液或输血的需求, 本发明具有结构简单、 操作方便、 性能稳定、 轻巧 便携等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行进一步说明:
实施例 1:
如图 1和图 2所示, 一种医用输液装置, 所述的医用输液装置包括输液泵、 茂菲氏滴 管 6、 液体容器 2和流量调节器 9, 其中茂菲氏滴管 6与液体容器 2连接, 在输液装置中设 置有输液加热器和报警器, 报警器中的探头 7、 加热器中的电热陶瓷管 8、 流量调节器 9依 次串接在茂菲氏滴管 6上; 在液体容器 2上设有药液出入口 1, 在所述医用输液装置上设 置有压力调节装置 3, 压力调节装置 3上设有单向阀 4; 液体容器 2是由塑料或橡胶材料制 成的软体输液袋, 压力调节装置 3是由塑料或橡胶材料制成的气体袋或液体袋。 压力调节 装置 3套装于液体容器 2外, 软体输液袋与所述气体袋或液体袋之间设有一软材料隔膜 5。 本医用输液装置的压力调节装置 3从外部向内给液体容器 2施加压力, 使液体容器 2产生 压强, 迫使液体容器 2 内的药液形成固定流向。 本医用输液装置的工作过程为: 从药液出 入口 1向液体容器内输入药液, 再从单向阀 4给压力调节装置 3输入气体或液体, 使压力 调节装置 3内的气体或液体给液体容器 2压力, 从而使液体容器 2内的药液从药液出入口 1输出。
实施例 2:
如图 1和图 3所示, 一种医用输液装置, 所述的医用输液装置包括输液泵、 茂菲氏滴 管 6、 液体容器 2和流量调节器 9, 其中茂菲氏滴管 6与液体容器 2连接, 在输液装置中设 置有输液加热器和报警器, 报警器中的探头 7、 加热器中的电热陶瓷管 8、 流量调节器 9依 次串接在茂菲氏滴管 6上; 在液体容器 2上设有药液出入口 1, 在所述医用输液装置上设 置有压力调节装置 3, 压力调节装置 3上设有单向阀 4; 液体容器 2是由塑料或橡胶材料制 成的软体输液袋或是由硬性材料制成的输液瓶; 压力调节装置 3是由塑料或橡胶材料制成 的气体袋或液体袋或是由硬性材料制成的固形块,压力调节装置 3安装于液体容器 2—侧。 本发明医用输液装置的压力调节装置 3从某个局部方向给液体容器 2施加压力, 使得液体 容器 2产生一定方向的压强, 迫使液体容器 2内的药液形成固定流向。 本医用输液装置的 工作过程为: 从药液出入口 1向液体容器 2内输入药液, 然后压力调节装置 3给液体容器 2局部压力, 从而使液体容器 2内的药液从药液出入口 1输出。
实施例 3:
如图 1和图 4所示, 一种医用输液装置, 所述的医用输液装置包括输液泵、 茂菲氏滴 管 6、 液体容器 2和流量调节器 9, 其中茂菲氏滴管 6与液体容器 2连接, 在输液装置中设 置有输液加热器和报警器, 报警器中的探头 7、 加热器中的电热陶瓷管 8、 流量调节器 9依 次串接在茂菲氏滴管 6上; 在液体容器 2上设有药液出入口 1, 在所述医用输液装置上设 置有压力调节装置 3, 压力调节装置 3上设有单向阀 4。
如图 5和图 6所示, 液体容器 2是由塑料或橡胶材料制成的软体输液袋或是由硬性材 料制成的输液瓶; 压力调节装置 3是由塑料或橡胶材料制成的气体袋或液体袋, 所述压力 调节装置 3置于液体容器 2内部。 本医用输液装置的压力调节装置 3从液体容器 2内部由 内向外给液体容器 2施加压力, 使液体容器 2由内向外产生压强, 迫使迫使液体容器 2内 的药液形成固定流向。 本医用输液装置的工作过程为: 从药液出入口 1将药液输入液体容 器 2后关闭, 然后从单向阀 4向压力调节装置 3输入气体或液体, 从液体容器 2的内部向 外施加压力, 从而使液体容器 2内的药液从药液出入口 1输出。

1、 一种医用输液装置, 包括输液泵、 液体容器 (2)、 茂菲氏滴管 (6) 和流量调节器 (9), 其中茂菲氏滴管 (6) 与液体容器 (2) 连接, 在该输液装置中设置有输液加热器和 报警器; 所述报警器中的探头 (7)、 加热器中的电热陶瓷管 (8) 和流量调节器 (9) 依次 串接在茂菲氏滴管 (6) 上; 所述液体容器 (2) 上设有药液出入口 (1), 其特征在于: 所 述医用输液装置上还设置有压力调节装置 (3), 该压力调节装置 (3) 上设有单向阀 (4)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的医用输液装置, 其特征在于: 所述液体容器 (2) 是由塑料 或橡胶材料制成的软体输液袋。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的医用输液装置, 其特征在于: 所述压力调节装置 (3) 是由塑料或橡胶材料制成的气体袋或液体袋。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的医用输液装置, 其特征在于: 所述压力调节装置 (3) 套装 于液体容器 (2) 夕卜。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的医用输液装置, 其特征在于: 所述软体输液袋与所述气体袋 或液体袋之间设有一软材料隔膜 (5)。
