Abstract

본 발명은 자전거를 비롯한 각종 페달 운동기구의 페달에 관한 것으로, 더 자세하게는 구동을 위해 가해지는 답력을 집중할 수 있도록 하면서도 페달 몸체에 발바닥을 안정적으로 착지시킬 수 있도록 한 것에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 페달 운동기구의 크랭크 로드에 접속되는 접속축(110)과; 상기 접속축(110)에 회전 가능하게 접속되는 페달 몸체(120)와; 상기 페달 몸체(120)의 상부 전방과 상부 후방, 하부 전방과 하부 후방에 각각 일측부가 힌지(500)를 통해 회전 가능하게 접속되어 타측부가 페달 몸체(120)의 내부와 외부로 출몰 가능하게 설치되는 경사조절판(300)과; 상기 경사조절판(300)의 출몰량을 조절하는 조절볼트(400);로 이루어지는 본 발명의 페달 운동기구의 페달은 발바닥 착지 각도를 0°보다 크게 설정할 수 있게 되므로 페달 몸체의 크랭크 로드 접속측 반대쪽을 효과적으로 밟을 수 있게 되어 적은 힘으로도 큰 구동력을 얻을 수 있게 되면서도 발바닥이 페달 몸체로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 되며, 사용자의 체형에 따라 일정범위 내에서 발바닥 착지 각도를 자유롭게 조절할 수 있게 된다.
