本发明的有益效果为： 综上所述， 通过本发明结构中的持有者身份识别单元或者有持有 者身份指示单元可以便于使用者使用和识别自己所专有的饮料瓶， 在旅游、 聚会或会议等 各种公众活动中， 使用者仅通过改变持有者身份识别单元或者有持有者身份指示单元的物理 状态就可以形成各种不同的标记， 从而便于使用者使用和识别。 附图说明

如图 1至 12所示， 一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其包括瓶体 100以及瓶盖 该瓶体 100具有一内腔， 通过该内腔该瓶体 100可以容纳定量的液体。
该瓶盖 200活动盖设在该瓶体 100上， 该瓶盖 200盖设在该瓶体 100上以将该瓶体 100 的该内腔中的液体与外部环境进行隔离。
如图 1所示， 该瓶体 100上设置有持有者身份识别单元 300， 通过改变该持有者身份识 别单元 300的物理状态， 将唯一的该饮料瓶与唯一的饮料瓶持有者进行一一对应。
也就是说通过该持有者身份识别单元 300可以建立起该饮料瓶与该饮料瓶持有者之间的 身份对应关系。
当唯一的该饮料瓶持有者选中了唯一的该饮料瓶之后， 该饮料瓶持有者对该瓶体 100上 的该持有者身份识别单元 300施加一外力， 通过该外力的作用该持有者身份识别单元 300的 物理状态被改变以和其他的饮料瓶在外形上作出区别。
-从而达到在具体使用本发明的饮料瓶的时候可以作到在该饮料瓶与该饮料瓶持有者之间 建立起一对一的唯一的身份识别对应关系， 避免出现人们拿错， 误拿别人饮料瓶的情况。
该瓶盖 200上设置有持有者身份指示单元 400。
该持有者身份指示单元 400包括指示部 410以及标识部 420。
该指示部 410与该标识部 420之间存在固定指示以及旋转变换两种位置关系。
当该指示部 410与该标识部 420处在固定指示位置的时候， 该指示部 410所指向的该标 识部 420与唯一的饮料瓶持有者唯一对应。
也就是说， 此刻该标识部 420代表了该饮料瓶持有者的身份信息。
当该指示部 410与该标识部 420处在旋转变换位置的时候， 该指示部 410与该标识部 420之间的对应指示关系是变换的。
当确定了该标识部 420与唯一的该饮料瓶持有者唯一对应关系之后， 该指示部 410与该 标识部 420之间的位置关系由该旋转变换位置转换为该固定指示位置。
通过该持有者身份指示单元 400也可以建立起该饮料瓶与该饮料瓶持有者之间的身份对 应关系。
如上所述的该指示部 410设置在该瓶盖 200上。
如上所述的该标识部 420也设置在该瓶盖 200上。
在具体实施的时候， 该标识部 420也可以设置在该瓶体 100上， 此刻， 该标识部 420为 该瓶体 100上的该持有者身份识别单元 300。
在具体实施的时候本发明的第一种实施例为：
如图 2所示， 该瓶体 100外表面的中上部处设置有一环形的凹槽 13Α， 该凹槽 13A将该 瓶体 100分为上瓶体 14A及下瓶体 15Α， 该下瓶体 15A表面设置有若干起标识作用的凸起 16Α。
若干起标识作用的该凸起 16A形成该持有者身份识别单元 300。 该凸起 16A形状相同并大致呈半球形， 该凸起 16A围成若干圈， 从而形成矩阵排列。 通 过设置该凹槽 13A， 从而便于使用者握持该瓶体 100。
如图 3所示， 在具体实施的时候该凸起 16A可以为形状各不相同的数字。 通过按压不 1 该数字使其向内凹陷， 从而可区分彼此之间的饮料。
如图 4所示， 在具体实施的时候该凸起 16A还可以为由内部镂空的正方形状壳体和三角 形状壳体内外叠置而成的图形， 从而使该凸起 16A为两层结构。 通过按压该图形使其向内凹 陷， 从而可区分彼此之间的饮料。 此外， 通过将该凸起 16A设置成由正方形状壳体和三角形 状壳体内外叠置的形式， 从而可下五子棋， 便于使用者在郊游及聚会等增加乐趣， 进而实现 多功能化。
综上该， 本发明的第一种实施例中通过该瓶体 100表面设置有起标识作用的该凸起 16A 形成该持有者身份识别单元 300， 在旅游、 聚会或会议等各种公众活动中， 使用者仅通过按 压不同的该凸起 16A， 使被按压的该凸起 16A向该瓶体 100内凹陷， 因而形成各种不同的标 记， 从而便于使用者使用和识别。
在具体实施的时候本发明的第二种实施例为：
如图 5所示， 该瓶盖 200上表面设置有围成一圈的 A至 D四个字母文字 121B, 该字母 文字 121B形成该标识部 420。 该瓶盖 200顶部铰接有一标识片 13B， 该标识片 13B带有指向 该一文字的指示标记 131B。
该标识片 13B以及该指示标记 131B形成该指示部 410。 该标识片 13B上设置有拨转槽 132B。 作为指示部的该标识片 13B可绕作为标识部的该瓶盖 200移动。 通过设置该拨转槽 132B, 从而可便于移动该标识片 13B。
如图 6所示， 在具体实施的时候该瓶盖 200上表面可以设置有围成一圈的图案 221B, 该图案 221B形成该标识部 420。
如图 7所示， 在具体实施的时候该瓶盖 200带有指示标记 321B, 该指示标记 321B形成 该指示部 410， 该瓶体 100的瓶颈上套设有一标识环 33B, 该标识环 33B上设置有不同的并 围成一圈的字母 331B, 该字母 331B形成该标识部 420。
如图 8所示， 在具体实施的时候， 本发明的该瓶体 100还包括一护盖 44B， 该护盖 44B 盖合在该瓶体 100上， 该瓶盖 200收容在该护盖 44B内， 该瓶体 100上部表面设置有围成 - 圈的字母 411B, 该字母 411B形成该标识部 420。
综上该， 本发明的第二种实施例中饮料瓶通过设置该指示部和可相对指示部移动的标识 部， 在旅游、 聚会或会议等各种公众活动中， 使用者仅通过移动该指示部， 使不同饮料瓶的 指示部对应不同的标识部， 因而形成各种不同的标记， 从而便于使用者识别。
在具体实施的时候本发明的第三种实施例为：
如图 9所示， 该瓶体 100上设置有瓶贴 13C， 该瓶贴 13C形成该持有者身份识别单元 300, 该瓶贴 13C上设置有若干横向设置的撕幵线 131C, 该撕开线 131C呈条形并将该瓶贴 13C均匀间隔， 该瓶贴 13C位于每一该撕开线 131C—端的一侧均设置有一标识 132C ， 该标 识 132C均不相同并均为大写字母， 从而形成该每一撕开线 131C与该每一大写字母一一对应 的形式， 因而当撕掉每一撕开线 131C, 便可做一种标记， 进而可实现区.分彼此之间的饮 料。
如图 10所示， 在具体实施的时候， 该瓶体 100还包括标识环 24C, 该标识环 24C套设 在该瓶体 100的瓶颈上， 该标识环 24C上设置有若干围成一圈的大写字母 241C, 该大写字 母 241C形成该标识部 420。 该瓶盖 200设置有指向该大写字母的指示标记 221C, 该指示标 记 221C形成该指示部 410， 该撕开线 231C长度各不相同并呈纵向设置， 该标识 232C为数 字并位于该撕开线 231C的下方。 通过旋转该标识环 24C， 从而使不同的饮料的指示标记 221C对应不同的大写字母 241C, 进而可进一步区分彼此之间的饮料。 如图 11所示， 在具体实施的时候， 该撕开线 331C可以组成各不相同的大写字母。 如图 12所示， 在具体实施的时候， 该撕开线 431C可以组成各种不同图形。 ' 综上本 ά明饮料瓶通过在该瓶贴 13C上设置有至少一该撕开线， 在旅游、 聚会或会议等 各种公众活动中， 使用者仅通过撕开不同位置的该撕开线， 因而形成各种不同的标记， 从而 便于使用者使用和识别。
- 以上的各种实施例仅表达了本发明的几种具体的实施方式， 其描述较为具体和详细， 但 并不能因此而理解为对本发明范围的限制。 应当指出的是， 对于本领域的普通技术人员来 说， 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下， 还可以做出若干变形和改进， 这些都属于本发明的保护 范围。 因此， 本发明的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其包括瓶体以及瓶盖， 该瓶体具有一内 腔， 通过该内腔该瓶体可以容纳定量的液体， 该瓶盖活动盖设在该瓶体上， 该瓶盖盖设在该 瓶体上以将该瓶体的该内腔中的液体与外部环境进行隔离， 其特征在于：
该饮料瓶上设置有持有者身份识别单元， 通过改变该持有者身份识别单元的物理状态， 将唯一的该饮料瓶与唯一的饮料瓶持有者进行一一对应， 也就是说通过该持有者身份识别单 元可以建立起该饮料瓶与该饮料瓶持有者之间的身份对应关系， 当唯一的该饮料瓶持有者选 中了唯一的该饮料瓶之后， 该饮料瓶持有者对该瓶体上的该持有者身份识别单元施加一外 力， 通过该外力的作用该持有者身份识别单元的物理状态被改变以和其他的饮料瓶在外形上 作出区别。
2.如权利要求 1所述的一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其特征在于： 该饮料瓶 上设置有持有者身份指示单元， 该持有者身份指示单元包括指示部以及标识部， 该指示部与 该标识部之间存在固定指示以及旋转变换两种位置关系， 当该指示部与该标识部处在固定指 示位置的时候， 该指示部所指向的该标识部与唯一的饮料瓶持有者唯一对应， 也就是说， 此 刻该标识部代表了该饮料瓶持有者的身份信息， 当该指示部与该标识部处在旋转变换位置的 时候， 该指示部与该标识部之间的对应指示关系是变换的， 当确定了该标识部与唯一的该饮 料瓶持有者唯一对应关系之后， 该指示部与该标识部之间的位置关系由该旋转变换位置转换 为该固定指示位置。
3.如权利要求 2所述的一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其特征在于： 该指示部 设置在该瓶盖上。
4.如权利要求 3所述的一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其特征在于： 该标识部 也设置在该瓶盖上。
5.如权利要求 3所述的一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其特征在于： 该标识部 设置在该瓶体上， 此刻， 该标识部为该瓶体上的该持有者身份识别单元。
6.如权利要求 1所述的一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其特征在于： 该瓶体表 面设置有若干起标识作用的凸起， 若干起标识作用的该凸起形成该持有者身份识别单元。
7.如权利要求 6所述的一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其特征在于： 该瓶体外 表面的中上部处设置有一环形的凹槽， 该凹槽将该瓶体分为上瓶体及下瓶体， 该凸起设置在 该下瓶体表面上， 该凸起形状相同并呈半球形， 该凸起围成若干圈， 从而形成矩阵排列。
8.如权利要求 6所述的一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其特征在于： 该凸起为 形状各不相同的图案， 该图案可以为文字或者数字或者字母。
9.如权利要求 6所述的一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其特征在于： 该凸起包 括内壳体以及外壳体， 该内壳体与该外壳体内外叠置， 从而使该凸起形成双层结构， 通过按 压该外壳体使其向内凹陷。
10.如权利要求 4所述的一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其特征在于： 该瓶盖 上表面设置有围成一圈的标识图案， 该标识图案可以为文字或者数字或者字母， 该标识图案 形成该标识部， 该瓶盖顶部铰接有一标识片， 该标识片带有指向该标识图案的指示标记， 该 标识片以及该指示标记形成该指示部。
11.如权利要求 10所述的一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其特征在于： 该标识 片上设置有拨转槽， 作为指示部的该标识片可绕作为标识部的该瓶盖移动， 通过设置该拨转 槽， 便于移动该标识片。
12.如权利要求 5所述的一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其特征在于： 该瓶盖 带有指示标记， 该指示标记形成该指示部， 该瓶体的瓶颈上套设有一标识环， 该标识环上设 置有不同的并围成一圈的图案， 该图案形成该标识部， 该图案可以为文字或者数字或者字 母。
13.如权利要求 5所述的一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其特征在于： 该瓶体 还包括一护盖， 该护盖盖合在该瓶体上， 该瓶盖收容在该护盖内， 该瓶体上部表面设置有围 成一圈的图案， 该图案形成该标识部， 该图案可以为文字或者数字或者字母。
14.如权利要求 1 所述的一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其特征在于： 该瓶体 上设置有瓶贴， 该瓶贴形成该持有者身份识别单元， 该瓶贴上设置有若干撕开线， 该瓶贴位 于每一该撕开线一端的一侧均设置有一标识 ， 该标识均不相同， 从而形成该每一撕开线与 该每一标识一一对应的形式， 因而当撕掉每一撕开线， 便可做一种标记。
15.如权利要求 14所述的一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其特征在于： 该撕丌 线横向设置在该瓶贴上， 并且该撕开线呈条形并将该瓶贴均匀间隔。
16.如权利要求 5所述的一种具有持有者身份识别功能的饮料瓶， 其特征在于： 该瓶体 上设置有瓶贴， 该瓶贴形成该持有者身份识别单元， 该瓶贴上设置有若干撕开线， 该瓶贴位 于每一该撕开线一端的一侧均设置有一标识 ， 该标识均不相同， 从而形成该每一撕开线与 该每一标识一一对应的形式， 因而当撕掉每一撕开线， 便可做一种标记，
