时至今日，饮料已经成为人们生活中的必需品，尤其在很多公共活动中，通常会给与会者准备瓶装的饮料，比如某一品牌的瓶装饮用水。在此类活动中，与会者有时会有这样的烦恼，就是不确定哪一瓶是自己喝过的饮料，为了自身健康的考虑，人们不得不忍受口渴，或者开启一瓶新的饮料，如此一来虽然不比忍受口渴，但是却造成了浪费，因而需要改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种易于区分的饮料瓶，解决现有饮料瓶辨识度不高，且识别起来不方便的问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种易于区分的饮料瓶，包括：具有瓶口的瓶体，封盖所述瓶口的瓶盖，设置于所述瓶体上的瓶贴，以及在饮料未开封前与瓶盖连接，在饮料开封后与瓶盖脱离且可转动的套在瓶口上的盖圈；所述易于区分的饮料瓶具有主识别标记和副识别标记，以及与所述主识别标记、副识别标记对应的多个主区分符和多个副区分符；所述主识别标记设置在瓶贴上，或者靠近瓶贴的瓶体上，而所述多个主区分符则相应设置在靠近瓶贴的瓶体上，或者瓶贴上，瓶贴可转动套设在瓶体上，转动瓶贴可使得所述主识别标记与所述主区分符中的任何一个唯一对应；所述副识别标记设置在盖圈上，或者靠近盖圈的瓶体、瓶盖上，而所述多个副区分符则相应设置在靠近盖圈的瓶体、瓶盖上，或者盖圈上，转动盖圈可使得所述副识别标记与所述副区分符中的任何一个唯一对应。

本发明的有益效果是：
采用了本发明技术方案的一种易于区分的饮料瓶的瓶装饮料，由于其具有两个识别标记和相应的区分符，因而可以产生两组识别符，大大提高辨识度；而且还不仅如此，两套识别标记和相应的区分符中，其中一套是主区分符，通常尺寸较大而显眼，便于识别，使用者可以通过该主区分符淘汰掉较多数量的瓶装饮料，再在剩下的少数几瓶饮料中，通过副区分符准确辨识出哪一瓶是自己的饮料，因而使用起来更加方便。

具体实施方式
实施例一
本具体实施方式提供的一种易于区分的瓶装饮料，其包括饮料瓶及容纳于所述饮料瓶中的饮料。该饮料瓶为一种易于区分的饮料瓶，其结构如图1和图2中所示，包括：具有瓶口的瓶体1，封盖所述瓶口的瓶盖2，设置于所述瓶体上的瓶贴4，以及在饮料未开封前与瓶盖2连接，在饮料开封后与瓶盖2脱离且可转动的套在瓶口上的盖圈3。
与现有技术不同的地方在于，所述易于区分的饮料瓶具有主识别标记5、副识别标记6，以及与所述主识别标记5、副识别标记6对应的多个主区分符7和多个副区分符8。
所述主识别标记5可以设置在瓶贴4上，也可以设置在靠近瓶贴4的瓶体1上。相应的，当主识别标记5设置在瓶贴4上时，所述多个主区分符7则相应设置在靠近瓶贴4的瓶体1上；当主识别标记5设置在靠近瓶贴4的瓶体1上时，多个主区分符7则相应设置在瓶贴4上。而且关键在于瓶贴4还是可转动套设在瓶体1上的，这样，转动瓶贴4就可使得所述主识别标记5与所述主区分符7中的任何一个对准，且是与唯一对应。
同样的道理，所述副识别标记6可以设置在盖圈3上，也可以设置在靠近盖圈3的瓶体1上，而所述多个副区分符8则相应设置在靠近盖圈3的瓶体1上，或者盖圈3上。这样一来，基于同样的道理，转动盖圈3可使得所述副识别标记6与所述副区分符8中的任何一个唯一对应。
采用了本发明具体实施方式技术方案的一种易于区分的饮料瓶的瓶装饮料，由于其具有两套识别标记和相应的区分符，因而可以产生两组识别符，大大提高辨识度。比如，假设主区分符有30个，副区分符有12个，则理论上最多可以区分360瓶；如果主区分符有36个，副区分符有12个，则理论上最多可以区分432瓶，足以满足区分需求。而且还不仅如此，本发明中的两套识别标记和相应的区分符中，其中一套是主区分符7，主区分符7通常尺寸较大而显眼，便于识别，使用者可以通过该主区分符7淘汰掉较多数量的瓶装饮料，再在剩下的少数几瓶饮料中，通过副区分符8准确辨识出哪一瓶是自己的饮料，因而使用起来更加方便。比如在一次活动中，有四十个人参加，中途休息时，某甲想要喝水，之前他为自己的水设置的编码是E9，40瓶水中有3个人选用了主区分符E，这三个人的编码分别是E0、E9和E7，某甲很快找到了编码为E7的水，拿起来仔细看了一下副区分符是7，确定不是自己的，然后很快找到了另一瓶主区分符为E的水，拿起来仔细看了一下副区分符为9，这样就快速、准确的找到了自己的水了。

进一步优选的技术方案中，所述主识别标记5是与瓶体1一体成型的凸起或者凹陷，本具体实施方式中具体而言是三角形凸起。瓶体1一般不方便印刷之类的，因此若在制造瓶体1时一体成型出来时最好的，不会增加工序，节约成本。
优选的技术方案中，所述副区分符8为多个数字、字母、文字、图片、符号中的一种、两种或多种，且多个副区分符8各不相同；所述副识别标记6是箭头、三角形、圆点、方块中的一种。本实施例中具体而言，副区分符8也为阿拉伯数字和大写的英文字母，副识别标记6也为三角形。
进一步优选的技术方案中，所述副区分符8与瓶盖2和盖圈3一体成型，且凸出于盖圈3外壁表面形成，副区分符8围绕盖圈3外壁圆周方向均匀排列。相比印刷方式，不会增加制造工序，节约加工成本，而且更加稳定可靠，此外，盖圈3上也难以印刷。
优选的技术方案中，所述副识别标记6是与瓶体1一体成型的凸起或者凹陷。副识别标记6在本具体实施方式中具体而言也是三角形凸起。
需要说明的是，副识别标记6或者副区分符8也可以设置在瓶盖2上，当副识别标记6设置在瓶盖2上时，副区分符8相应设置在盖圈3上；当副副区分符8设置在瓶盖2上时，副识别标记6相应设置在盖圈3上，也是本发明要保护的一种实施方式；但是因为瓶盖2每次与瓶体1旋合后，可能位置并不固定，也就是说每次盖上瓶盖2后，副识别标记6所指向的副区分符8可能会改变，所以此时所以需要特别留意。要么记住副识别标记6所指向的新的副区分符8，要么旋转盖圈3，使得副识别标记6所指向原来的副区分符8。这样一来，一者操作上会比较麻烦，二者可能会忘记。但是消费者的习惯是可以慢慢培养的，所以此种方式也应该在本专利的保护范围之内。

本具体实施方式提供的一种易于区分的瓶装饮料，其饮料瓶的结构如图3所示，与实施例一的不同之处在于，主区分符7不仅有阿拉伯数字和大写的英文字母，还有汉字，更具体的是十二生肖的动物名。且副识别标记6为一个小方块。此外，主区分符7是印刷在瓶贴4的下 部，而非上部。副区分符8设置在盖圈3上，而副识别标记6则相应设置在瓶体1上靠近盖圈3的位置处。
进一步优选的技术方案中，所述副区分符8印刷在盖圈3外壁上，且围绕盖圈外壁圆周方向均匀排列。
实施例三
本具体实施方式提供的一种易于区分的瓶装饮料，其饮料瓶的结构如图4所示，与实施例一的不同之处在于，主区分标记5是一个箭头，副区分标记6为一个圆点，而非三角形。此外，副区分符8也如实施例二那样设置在盖圈3上，而副识别标记6则相应设置在瓶体1上靠近盖圈3的位置处。
再进一步优选的技术方案中，所述盖圈3外壁表面还设置有方便旋动盖圈的凸起31。因为盖圈3尺寸很小，转动起来可能有些不便，设置凸起31后转动更加方便。凸起31可以是一个，也可以是几个。
实施例四
本具体实施方式提供的一种易于区分的瓶装饮料，其饮料瓶的结构如图5所示，与实施例三的不同之处在于，主区分标记5有两个，而对应的主区分符7也有两组，且两组主区分符7分别印刷在两张瓶贴4上，而两个主区分标记5则对应设置在靠近主区分符7的瓶体1的适当位置。通常两张瓶贴4的面积是不一样的，但是每张瓶贴4都是可以相对屏体1旋转的，这样旋转瓶贴4可以使得每个主区分标记5指向一组主区分符7中的唯一一个主区分符，这样就可以多产生一组识别符，提供更好的识别度。
实施例五
本具体实施方式提供的一种易于区分的瓶装饮料，其饮料瓶的结构如图6所示，与实施例四的不同之处在于，主区分标记5是一个双头箭头，其设置在两瓶贴4之间的位置，而两组主区分符7则分别设置在两瓶贴4的下边缘和上边缘处，这样的话，旋转瓶贴4可以使得每组主区分符7中的唯一一个主区分符指向同一个主区分标记5，也能达到与实施例四相同的技术效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种易于区分的饮料瓶，包括：具有瓶口的瓶体，封盖所述瓶口的瓶盖，设置于所述瓶体上的瓶贴，以及在饮料未开封前与瓶盖连接，在饮料开封后与瓶盖脱离且可转动的套在瓶口上的盖圈，其特征在于，所述饮料瓶具有主识别标记和副识别标记，以及与所述主识别标记、副识别标记对应的多个主区分符和多个副区分符；所述主识别标记设置在瓶贴上，或者靠近瓶贴的瓶体上，而所述多个主区分符则相应设置在靠近瓶贴的瓶体上，或者瓶贴上，瓶贴可转动套设在瓶体上，转动瓶贴可使得所述主识别标记与所述主区分符中的任何一个唯一对应；所述副识别标记设置在盖圈上，或者靠近盖圈的瓶体或瓶盖上，而所述多个副区分符则相应设置在靠近盖圈的瓶体、瓶盖上，或者盖圈上，转动盖圈可使得所述副识别标记与所述副区分符中的任何一个唯一对应。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种易于区分的饮料瓶，其特征在于，所述多个主区分符为数字、字母、文字、图片、符号中的一种、两种或多种；所述主识别标记是箭头、三角形、圆点、方块中的一种。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种易于区分的饮料瓶，其特征在于，所述主区分符印刷在瓶贴上方边缘处，且围绕瓶体一圈均匀排列。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种易于区分的饮料瓶，其特征在于，所述主识别标记是与瓶体一体成型的凸起或者凹陷。
  5. 如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的一种易于区分的饮料瓶，其特征在于，所述多个副区分符为数字、字母、文字、图片、符号中的一种、两种或多种；所述副识别标记是箭头、三角形、圆点、方块中的一种。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种易于区分的饮料瓶，其特征在于，所述副区分符与瓶盖和盖圈一体成型的凸起或者凹陷，且多个副区分符围绕盖圈外壁圆周方向均匀排列。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种易于区分的饮料瓶，其特征在于，所述盖圈外壁表面还设置有方便旋动盖圈的凸起。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的一种易于区分的饮料瓶，其特征在于，所述副识别标记是与瓶盖或瓶体一体成型的凸起或者凹陷。
  9. 如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的一种易于区分的饮料瓶，其特征在于，所述主区分符有两组，分别设置在两张瓶贴上，而对应的主区分标记有一个或者两个。
  10. 一种易于区分的瓶装饮料，包括饮料瓶及容纳于所述饮料瓶中的饮料，其特征在于，所述饮料瓶为权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的一种易于区分的饮料瓶。
