其中,这种斜撑式的直杆型支脚与干衣机竖直方向的夹角、直杆型支脚与地面的夹 角是一对互为牵制的关系;

为更好地使第一部分与暖风机外壳相贴,所述暖风机外壳底部上可以具有与第一部 分形状相适应的嵌槽, 第一部分的上表面就嵌入到该嵌槽内。 所述支脚的第一部分可以采用现有的各种方式与暧风机的外壳相连,为易于产品制 造加工, 所述第一部分可以开有通孔, 而暖风机外壳底部相应地具有螺孔, 一螺杆穿过 第一部分上的通孔而螺纹连接到暖风机外壳上的螺孔之中, 此设计方便装配连接。
作为进一步改进,所述支脚的第二部分向两侧分叉而具有两个端部,而支脚包括两 个第三部分, 这两个第三部分分别与第二部分的端部相连, 以提高支脚的站立稳定性。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的另一种技术方案为:该用于棚式干衣机的支撑装 置, 包括多个分布在干衣机暖风机壳体下方的支脚, 其特征在于: 每个支脚整体呈曲线 状, 包括依次相连的第一部分、 第二部分和第三部分;
其中,第一部分的末端与暖风机外壳相连,第二部分由逐渐远离暖风机壳体地自下 而上由内向外射向暖风机壳体外围的上空方向展伸一距离、再峰回下落地由上而下由内 向外射向暖风机壳体外围的地面方向伸展后形成,第三部分末端具有水平底面而能立在 地面之上。
为加大支脚对暖风机的支撑面积,优选地,所述第一部分的末端具有形状与暖风机 外壳的形状相匹配的贴合部, 该贴合部的内表面与暖风机外壳相贴。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的再一种技术方案为:该用于棚式干衣机的支撑装 置, 为表面圆滑的支撑座, 该支撑座包括一体相连的位于中央的第一部分、 位于第一部 分外围的第二部分、 位于支撑座底部的第三部分;
其中, 第一部分的截面呈碗状, 而将暖风机壳体托住;
第二部分的截面呈逐渐远离暖风机壳体地自下而上由内向外射向暖风机壳体外围 的上空方向展伸一距离、再峰回下落地由上而下由内向外射向暖风机壳体外围的地面方 向伸展的形状;
并且, 第三部分的底部边沿水平而能立在地面之上。
所述支撑座可以呈多种形式, 比如, 所述支撑座可以为一俯视呈圆形的罩体; 又比如,所述支撑座可以为多个以暖风机壳体为中心对称设置的支架,每个支架俯 视呈扇形。
作为进一步改进, 所述支撑座上可以对称地开有多个通孔。
作为进一步改进,所述的通孔可以包括四组,每组通孔包括从支撑座中心向外围依 次开设的内侧通孔和外侧通孔,使该支撑座形成四个支撑脚和连接每个支撑脚第二部分 的第一连接环、 连接每个支撑脚第三部分底部边沿的第二连接环, 使结构更加对称、 稳 固。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点在于- 首先, 弓形迂回支脚能最大限度的降低暖风机与地面间的距离,从而可以降低棚式 干衣机的整机高度, 更能适应于未成年学生及个子较矮人群使用, 或者保持棚式干衣机 的整机高度不变, 加大烘衣空间的高度, 更利于烘制较长或较大件的大衣、 连衣裙、 被 褥等物件;
其次, 随着各弧段弧度的加大, 棚式干衣机整机的重心越低, 且各支脚与地面的支 撑力越大, 相应的棚式千衣机的整机越稳定;
再次,支脚的相邻弧段间成反方向的迂回状,千衣使用时,所烘制的衣物、暖风机、 支撑杆、 以及外罩的重量通过各支脚与暖风机的连接处传递给各支脚, 而各支脚所受的 压力又可以按力的平行四边形法则分解成各弧段的受力, 从而降低了支脚的应力, 减小 了对支脚的破坏程度, 进一步的可以在以知类型支脚的基础上降低材质要求, 节约生产 成本。
综上, 本发明的支脚, 不仅能缩小干衣机中暖风机与地面之间的距离, 从而降低干 衣机的重心, 使得干衣机站立更加稳定, 而且有便于设置较高尺寸的烘衣室, 在烘衣室 具有较髙尺寸的情况下, 衣物的挂取操作仍旧十分方便, 非常人性化。
此外, 本发明的支脚还可应用于柱式加湿器或柱式衣物挂烫机之上。 附图说明

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一:
如图 1、 图 2所示, 为本发明的一个优选实施例。
图 1所示为本实施例应用于暖风机外壳 2为球形的棚式干衣机之中,在暖风机外壳 2下方均布有三个支脚 1 , 使整个干衣机稳固地站立在地面上。
每个支脚 1, 其整体呈曲线状, 包括依次相连的第一部分 11、 第二部分 12和第三 部分 13 ;
其中,第一部分 11的形状与暖风机外壳 2的球形形状相匹配, 而具有一定的弧度, 并且, 所述暖风机外壳 2的底部上具有与第一部分 11形状相适应的嵌槽 21, 第一部分 11的上表面就嵌入到该嵌槽 21内,使第一部分 11的上表面与暖风机外壳 2相贴而将暖 风机抱起, 第一部分 11的末端 11c位于暖风机外壳 2的底部中央;
同时, 第一部分 11开有通孔 lla, 而暖风机外壳 2的底部相应地具有螺孔 22, — 螺杆 3的螺纹连接部穿过第一部分 11上的通孔 11a而螺纹连接到暧风机外壳 2的螺孔 22之中, 从而使第一部分 11与暖风机外壳 2可靠相连;
此外, 在暖风机外壳 2的底部中央具有供第一部分 11末端 11c插入的插入部 23, 以方便支脚的定位和固定, 并且, 在暖风机外壳 2的底部中央覆盖有罩盖 4, 罩盖 4将 设置在暖风机外壳 2下方的所有支脚 1的第一部分 11末端 11c都覆盖起来, 起到固定 作用, 也使暖风机外壳 2底部更加整洁、 美观;
第二部分 12呈拱形;
第三部分 13末端具有水平底面 a而能立在地面之上。
螺杆 3将支脚 1与暖风机外壳 2固定好后, 其末端刚好与第三部分 13末端的水平 底面处于同一水平面, 该螺杆 3不仅起到固定支脚 1的作用, 且同时与支脚 1起到支撑 暖风机的作用。 实施例二:
如图 3所示, 为本发明实施例二, 其与实施例一的区别点在于: 该用于棚式干衣机 的支撑装置通过一连接部 5而连成一体, 该连接部 5呈原盘状, 其分别与每个支脚 1中 第一部分 11的末端 11c相连而将三个支脚 1连成一体。
实施例三:
如图 4所示, 为本发明实施例三, 其与实施例一的区别点在于: 所述第二部分 12 向两侧分叉而具有两个端部 12a, 而支脚包括两个第三部分 13, 这两个第三部分 13分 别与第二部分 12的端部 12a相连。 实施例四:
如图 5所示, 为本发明实施例四, 其与实施例一的区别点在于: 在本实施例中, 支 撑装置包括有四个所述的支脚 1, 每个支脚 1第一部分 11的上表面具有凸起 lib, 该凸 起 lib与暖风机外壳 2相接触,而且,第一部分 11上的通孔 11a正好在凸起 l ib的所在 位置, 如此, 螺杆 3就通过该通孔 11a而穿过整个凸起 llb。 实施例五:
如图 6所示, 为本发明实施例五, 该用于棚式干衣机的支撑装置, 整体呈曲线状, 包括依次相连的第一部分 14、 第二部分 15和第三部分 16;
其中, 第一部分 14的末端与暖风机外壳 2相连, 第二部分 15呈拱形, 第三部分 16末端具有水平底面 16a而能立在地面之上;
并且, 所述第一部分 14 的末端具有形状与暖风机外壳 2 的形状相匹配的贴合部 14a, 该贴合部 14a的内表面与暖风机外壳 2相贴并相连。 实施例六:
如图 7所示, 为本发明实施例六, 其与实施例一的区别点在于: 所述第二部分 12 呈倒置的 V形。 实施例七:
如图 8、 图 9所示, 为本发明实施例七, 该用于棚式干衣机的支撑装置, 为一表面 圆滑的支撑座 6, 该支撑座 6为一俯视呈圆形的罩体;
该支撑座 6包括一体相连的位于中央的第一部分 61、位于第一部分 61外围的第二 部分 62、 位于支撑座 6底部的第三部分 63 ;
其中, 第一部分 61的截面呈碗状, 而将暖风机壳体 2托住;
第二部分 62的截面呈逐渐远离暖风机壳体地自下而上由内向外射向暖风机壳体 2 外围的上空方向展伸一距离、再峰回下落地由上而下由内向外射向暖风机壳体 2外围的 地面方向伸展的形状;
并且, 第三部分 63的底部边沿水平而能立在地面之上。 实施例八:
如图 10、 图 11所示, 为本发明实施例八, 其与实施例七的区别点在于: 所述支撑 座 6为两个以暖风机壳体 2为中心对称设置的支架。 实施例九:
如图 12、 图 13所示, 为本发明实施例九, 其与实施例七的区别点在于: 所述支撑 座 6的罩体上对称地开有多个通孔 64; 在本实施例中, 所述的通孔 64包括四组, 每组 通孔包括从支撑座 6中心向外围依次开设的内侧通孔 64a和外侧通孔 64b, 使该支撑座 6形成四个支撑脚 6a和连接每个支撑脚 6第二部分 62的第一连接环 6b、连接每个支撑 脚 6第三部分 63底部边沿的第二连接环 6c。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种用于棚式干衣机的支撑装置, 包括多个分布在千衣机中暖风机壳体 (2)下的 支脚 (1), 其特征在于: 支脚 (1)包括依次相连的第一部分 (11)、 第二部分 (12)和第三部分 (13);
其中, 第一部分 (11)的末端 (11c)位于暖风机外壳 (2)的底部, 且第一部分 (11)与暖风 机外壳 (2)相连,第二部分 (12)由逐渐远离暖风机壳体 (2)地自下而上由内向外射向暖风机 壳体 (2)外围的上空方向展伸一距离、再峰回下落地由上而下由内向外射向暖风机壳体 (2) 外围的地面方向伸展后形成, 第三部分 (13)末端具有水平底面 (13a)而能立在地面之上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于棚式干衣机的支撑装置, 其特征在于: 每个支脚 (1) 整体呈一曲线状, 第二部分 (12)有一曲线的至高点。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于棚式干衣机的支撑装置, 其特征在于: 所述支脚 (1) 的第二部分 (12)向两侧分叉而具有两个端部 (12a), 而支脚 (1)包括两个第三部分 (13), 这 两个第三部分 (13)分别与第二部分 (12)的端部 (12a)相连。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的用于棚式干衣机的支撑装置, 其特征在于: 所 述支脚 (1)中第一部分 (11)的形状与暖风机外壳 (2)的形状相匹配, 且第一部分 (11)的上表 面与暖风机外壳 (2)相贴而将暖风机抱起。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的用于棚式干衣机的支撑装置, 其特征在于: 所 述支脚 (1)第一部分 (11)的上表面具有凸起 (lib), 该凸起 (lib)与暖风机外壳 (2)相接触。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的用于棚式干衣机的支撑装置, 其特征在于: 还 包括一连接部 (5),该连接部 (5)分别与每个支脚 (1)中第一部分 (11)的末端相连而将多个支 脚 (1)连成一体。
7、 一种用于棚式干衣机的支撑装置, 包括多个分布在千衣机暖风机壳体下方的支 脚, 其特征在于: 每个支脚整体呈曲线状, 包括依次相连的第一部分 (14)、第二部分 (15) 和第三部分 (16);
其中, 第一部分 (14)的末端与暖风机外壳 (2)相连, 第二部分 (15)由逐渐远离暖风机 壳体 (2)地自下而上由内向外射向暖风机壳体 (2)外围的上空方向展伸一距离、 再峰回下 落地由上而下由内向外射向暖风机壳体 (2)外围的地面方向伸展后形成, 第三部分 (16)末 端具有水平底面 (16a)而能立在地面之上。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的用于棚式干衣机的支撑装置, 其特征在于: 所述第一部 分 (14)的末端具有形状与暖风机外壳 (2)的形状相匹配的贴合部 (14a),该贴合部 (14a)的内 表面与暖风机外壳 (2)相贴。
9、 一种用于棚式干衣机的支撑装置, 其特征在于: 为表面圆滑的支撑座 (6), 该支 撑座 (6)包括一体相连的位于中央的第一部分 (61)、 位于第一部分 (61)外围的第二部分 (62)、 位于支撑座 (6)底部的第三部分 (63);
其中, 第一部分 (61)的截面呈碗状, 而将暖风机壳体 (2)托住;
第二部分 (62)的截面呈逐渐远离暖风机壳体地自下而上由内向外射向暖风机壳体 (2) 外围的上空方向展伸一距离、再峰回下落地由上而下由内向外射向暖风机壳体 (2)外围的 地面方向伸展的形状;
并且, 第三部分 (63)的底部边沿水平而能立在地面之上。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的用于棚式干衣机的支撑装置, 其特征在于: 所述支撑座 (6)上对称地开有多个通孔 (64)。
