而当前人们生活节奏越来越快,希望干衣机的烘衣速度越来越快,而且,有时人们 需要在较短时间内烘干一些较大、 较长的衣物, 这就对干衣机的容量、发热体主机中的 风机功率以及出风棚的结构提出了新的改进要求。想要加大干衣机的空间容量, 必须加 大出风棚的整体大小, 并且提高出风棚的整体强度, 才能保证出风棚对支撑管件的支撑 能力, 保证干衣机整体稳固、 可靠; 同时, 要加大风机功率, 也必须加大出风棚的内部 空间大小, 如此才能使出风棚出风口处的棚栅更加远离加热元件, 使得出风棚表面的温 度能达到规定的标准, 避免伤及使用者。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状而提供一种适于大尺寸制作的 干衣机的出风棚, 其不仅能使大尺寸的出风棚达到国家安全标准, 还能提高出风棚的整 体强度, 对支撑柱以及挂衣架具有更好的支撑能力, 非常适用于大功率或大体积的干衣 机。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该干衣机的出风棚,包括支撑柱连 接部、 机壳固定部、 及连接在支撑柱连接部与机壳固定部之间的栅罩, 其特征在于: 所 述栅罩由拱形的圆罩体和多个导流板组成,其中拱形的圆罩体上辐射状地设有多个出风 口而在相邻出风口之间形成格栅,各所述的导流板则由所述圆罩体的内侧壁对应格栅所 在的位置向内中央延伸而成,相邻的两个导流板之间具有间隙而形成与出风口相连通的 出风通道。
在上述技术方案中, 所述圆罩体之内可以在每个格栅的位置都设置有一个导流板, 也可以是每间隔若干出风口设置一个导流板, 导流板的个数可多可少, 导流板数量多、 密集, 则出风棚的整体强度大、对支撑柱的支撑能力就高, 而出风通道就相对较小, 相 反, 导流板数量少、 稀疏, 则出风棚的支撑能力就相对较弱, 但出风通道相对较大。
优选地,所述出风通道的宽度大于上方对应的所述出风口的宽度,以确保使用安全, 一般, 出风口的宽度小于人体手指的粗细。
