Abstract
본 발명은 전이금속 α형 사이알론계 형광체와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 전이금속 α형 사이알론계 형광체는 전이금속과 활성제의 종류 및 농도에 따라 발광영역이 청색에서 적색에까지 분포하고 있으며 휘도가 알카리토류 사이알론보다 높은 휘도로 발광하며 화학적으로 안정하여 LED용 형광체로 매우 유용하게 활용할 수 있다.
