COMPUTER TERMINAL HAVING INTEGRATING CONTROL MODULE FOR BLOCKING HAZARDOUS ARTICLE AND SYSTEM FOR BLOCKING HAZARDOUS ARTICLE USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a computer terminal having an integrating control module for blocking a hazardous article and a system for blocking a hazardous article using the same in order to induce sound use of a computer and emotional cultivation by blocking connection to harmful web sites execution of a harmful video including obscene material through children's computer terminal, and more particularly to a computer terminal for blocking a hazardous article and a system using the same which an integrating control module is installed at the computer terminal to block a hazardous article and the module is constituted such that the patron can manage setting for running it, so that hooking on computer of children may be prevented since accession to the harmful web sites and the video clip is previously prevented for children and time of using can is limited, and it is possible to induce children's guidance by confirming a accession to the web sites and the video clip and execution previously, and it prevent with complete decision for harmful effects with determining harmful effects by extracting characterizing data of video data, but it is not video data blocking method using hash information or blocking the simple harmful sites according to prior art, even though forgery is occurred during circulating process of video data.
On the basis of 2009, according to the result of general search on the actual condition subjected to teenagers, it reaches 50.5% who have experience seen obscene material and schoolboys who have been felt urge to do same action with obscene material is 39.4% that is very higher than 3.0% of schoolgirls.
Among teenagers contacting obscene materials, 37.9% of teenagers have answered that they learn obscene material firstly through spam mails, text message, or internet site, and 35.4% of teenagers have answered that they contact through the other person, and 20.9% of teenagers have answered that they contact with searching by themselves.
The medium to contact obscene materials being mainly internet, the method using internet to contact obscene materials is the most with 40.7%, and the site to contact obscene materials is mainly his own home with 37.3%, the friend's house with 6.8%, the school with 1.4%, PC game center with 1.0%, the video room with 0.3%, and so on.
Namely, it has been seen that most illegal video clips are distributed through the personal computer which internet is set, and above majority among this is downloaded through the web sites or P2P sites to distribute an illegal video.
Accordingly, it is not too much to say that the contacting with an illegal video is mostly occurred at his own home through harmful web sites or P2P sites.
However, since there is no any system to block harmful web sites and illegal video clips in a residential home, the parent never know that children connect any web site and store any harmful video file at the PC due to negligence of parent's management with his job.
With the above mentioned state, the children are outside of parent's controlling area so that he uses alone internet at midnight secretly or sees the illegal video clips with the PC. Therefore, it is more needed remedial measure for blocking the illegal video clips.
Furthermore, an emotional bad effect that the children of low age may receive is very serious in case of being connected to the harmful web sites involuntarily by compulsory link connection of web sites, while there may be the cases that connect to harmful web sites or see the harmful video clips voluntarily according to a trend to lower age using internet. Therefore, it is needed to provide a system for blocking either voluntary or involuntary connection.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a computer terminal for blocking a hazardous article and a system using the same which an integrating control module is installed at the computer terminal to block a hazardous article and the module is constituted such that the patron can manage setting for running it, so that hooking on computer of children may be prevented since accession to the harmful web sites and the video clip is previously prevented for children and time of using can is limited, and it is possible to induce children's guidance by confirming a accession to the web sites and the video clip and execution previously, and it prevent with complete decision for harmful effects with determining harmful effects by extracting characterizing data of video data, but it is not video data blocking method using hash information or blocking the simple harmful sites according to prior art, even though forgery is occurred during circulating process of video data.
To accomplish the objects, the present invention provides a computer terminal which is being used for a data-communication with outside servers by being connected to internet networks, wherein an integrating control module is installed at the computer terminal to block a hazardous article, wherein the integrating control module is set such that it block access to outside web sites in case of being preset with blocking web sites or determined with harmful sites when connecting the sites, and execution in case of being an instruction execution for video data which is determined with harmful one, and it searches harmful video data in a computer terminal and provide a user with an extracted list to limit time of using a computer.
Preferably, the integrating control module further comprises a web site blocking part which blocks access to web sites in case of being an instruction of connection to web sites corresponding to preset with blocking web sites by a user or determined with harmful sites through the computer terminal, and produce a blocked list; a video blocking part which blocks execution in case of being an instruction execution for video data determined with harmful one through the computer terminal, and produce a blocked list; a video searching part which searches harmful video data stored in the computer terminal, and produce an extracted list; a setting managing part which designates web sites to block at the computer terminal, set time of using the computer terminal, and set whether the web site blocking part, the video blocking part and the video searching part run or not; a controlling part which controls time of using the computer terminal by reading a computer terminal setting list being set at the setting managing part and an operation setting list of the web site blocking part, the video blocking part and the video searching part, and controls whether an operation of the web site blocking part, the video blocking part and the video searching part is run or not, and provides a blocked list being produced at the web site blocking part and the video blocking part and an extracted list of the video searching part when being requested by user.
Preferably, the integrating control module further comprises a program blocking part which blocks execution in case of being an instruction execution for the program designated by the setting managing part through the computer terminal and produce a blocked list so that the controlling part controls whether the program blocking part run or not.
Preferably, the web site blocking part and video blocking part call a hash information of a harmful web site and video data from outside managing servers and receive transmitted one in order to determine whether it is a harmful web site and video data or not, and then determine.
Preferably, the integrating control module further comprises the local information part which receives a transmission of a hash information of a harmful web site and a harmful video data from outside managing servers with real time so that the hash information stored at the local information part is provided with the web site blocking part and video blocking part to be determined for harmful effects of the web site and video data by the web site blocking part and video blocking part.
Preferably, in case of trying to determine harmful effects of the video data, it is constituted to be achieved a decision for harmful video data by receiving a further transmission of characterizing data of a harmful video data from outside managing servers.
Preferably, the setting managing part further comprises the web site setting part for designating web sites to block at the computer terminal, the program setting part for designating programs to block, the utilizable time setting part for setting time of using the computer terminal, the mode setting part for being set for a protective mode that operation of the web site blocking part, video blocking part and video searching part is being run and a resolutive mode that the operation is being stopped, and a user identifying part for carrying out user identification when changing a setting as occasion demands.
Preferably, the integrating control module further comprises the video-transmission blocking part which determines whether the video data to be transmitted is harmful or not through hash information of harmful video data and characterizing data in case of transmitting video data in the computer terminal to outside servers through the computer terminal, and block its transmission when being determined with a harmful video data.
Preferably, the integrating control module further comprises the manager identifying part which blocks execution of instruction for stopping or deleting in case that there is not any authority through decision whether the user has stopping or deleting authority or not by a user discriminating information stored at a user identifying part in case of being instruction for stopping or deleting the integrating control module being running by the user.
Preferably, the integrating control module further comprises the streaming blocking part which blocks its execution in case that the streaming video is determined to be harmful through the decision whether, in case of connecting specific web sites through the computer terminal, the data corresponding to specific web sites are a streaming video or not, and, in case of being determined with a streaming video, decision from calling and transmitting a hash information or characterizing data of harmful streaming video data from outside managing servers by extracting a hash information or characterizing data of a streaming video, or decision whether it is a harmful streaming video or not by comparing a hash information or characterizing data of harmful streaming video data stored at the local information part.
To accomplish the objects, the present invention provides a system for blocking a hazardous article using a computer terminal having an integrating control module for blocking a hazardous article, characterized in that the system is consisted of the computer terminal which is being used for a data-communication with outside servers by being connected to internet networks, and an integrating control module is installed at the computer terminal to block a hazardous article, wherein the integrating control module is set such that it block access to outside web sites in case of being preset with blocking web sites or determined with harmful sites when connecting the sites, and execution in case of being an instruction execution for video data which is determined with harmful one, and it searches harmful video data in a computer terminal and provide a user with an extracted list to limit time of using a computer; the managing servers which transmits hash information or characterizing data of harmful sites or video data to the computer terminal with real-time according to request or setting of the computer terminal; the patron terminal which is connected with the computer terminal to enable data-communication, and is transmitted a connection blocking list, an execution blocking list and a searching extraction list of harmful video data through the integrating control module with real-time according to request or setting.
Preferably, the integrating control module further comprises a web site blocking part which blocks access to web sites in case of being an instruction of connection to web sites corresponding to preset with blocking web sites by a user or determined with harmful sites through the computer terminal, and produce a blocked list; a video blocking part which blocks execution in case of being an instruction execution for video data determined with harmful one through the computer terminal, and produce a blocked list; a video searching part which searches harmful video data stored in the computer terminal, and produce an extracted list; a setting managing part which designates web sites to block at the computer terminal, set time of using the computer terminal, and set whether the web site blocking part, the video blocking part and the video searching part run or not; a program blocking part which blocks execution in case of being an instruction execution for the program designated by the setting managing part through the computer terminal and produce a blocked list; a video-transmission blocking part which determines whether the video data to be transmitted is harmful or not through hash information of harmful video data and characterizing data in case of transmitting video data in the computer terminal to outside servers through the computer terminal, and block its transmission when being determined with a harmful video data and then produce a blocked list; a controlling part which controls time of using the computer terminal by reading a computer terminal setting list being set at the setting managing part and an operation setting list of the web site blocking part, the video blocking part, the video searching part, the video-transmission blocking part and the program blocking part, and controls whether an operation of the web site blocking part, the video blocking part, the video searching part, the video-transmission blocking part and the program blocking part is run or not, and provides a blocked list being produced at the web site blocking part and the video blocking part, the video-transmission blocking part and the program blocking part and an extracted list of the video searching part when being requested by user; and a manager identifying part which blocks execution of instruction for stopping or deleting in case that there is not any authority through decision whether the user has stopping or deleting authority or not by a user discriminating information stored at a user identifying part in case of being instruction for stopping or deleting the integrating control module being running by the user.
Preferably, the patron terminal is consisted to receive transmission of a blocking list that is produced at the web site blocking part and the video blocking part, the video-transmission blocking part and the program blocking part from the controlling part of the integrating control module, and an extraction list of the video searching part according to request or setting, and control time of using the computer terminal through the controlling part, and control whether an operation of the web site blocking part, the video blocking part, the video searching part, the video-transmission blocking part and the program blocking part is run or not.
Preferably, the integrating control module further comprises the streaming blocking part which blocks its execution in case that the streaming video is determined to be harmful through the decision whether, in case of connecting specific web sites through the computer terminal, the data corresponding to specific web sites are a streaming video or not, and, in case of being determined with a streaming video, decision from calling and transmitting a hash information or characterizing data of harmful streaming video data from managing servers by extracting a hash information or characterizing data of a streaming video, or decision whether it is a harmful streaming video or not by comparing a hash information or characterizing data of harmful streaming video data stored at the local information part.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the present invention has the effects that prevent hooking on computer of children by limiting time of using a computer, protect the children from the harmful web sites and video clips, and also prevent distribution of the illegal contents with blocking an illegal download and transmission the harmful web sites and video clips. The present invention has also the effects that enable to use as the children's educating materials by receiving a list of the children for using a computer, and make it possible to manage the children's use of a computer at remote control through a prevention system according to the present invention. Also, the present invention makes it possible to block omnidirectional hazardous article by enabling to block a harmful video clips of real-time streaming pattern such as You Tube through the streaming blocking part.

Referring drawings, the computer terminal 100 according to the present invention has the integrating control module 100a to block a hazardous article, wherein the integrating control module is set such that it block access to outside web sites in case of being preset with blocking web sites or determined with harmful sites when connecting the sites, and execution in case of being an instruction execution for video data which is determined with harmful one, and it searches harmful video data in a computer terminal and provide a user with an extracted list to limit time of using a computer.
Such integrating control module 100a may be installed with the way such that the user connects to outside managing servers being described hereinafter through a computer terminal and then downloads it. At being installed, the user identification and various minute setting are made according to a setting managing part 40 according to the invention.
The computer terminal 100 according to the invention includes all terminals which can be used for a data-communication with outside web sites or servers, for example, a personal computer, a PMP, a P2P, a PDA, and a potable terminal.
The integrating control module 100a is mainly consisted of a web site blocking part 10, a video blocking part 20, a streaming blocking part 21, a video searching part 30, a setting managing part 40, a program blocking part 50, a video-transmission blocking part 60, a local information part 70, a manager identifying part 80 and a controlling part 90.
Herein, the web site blocking part 10 blocks access to web sites in case of being an instruction of connection to web sites corresponding to preset with blocking web sites by a user or determined with harmful sites through the computer terminal 100 by the user, and produce a blocked list. At this time, the web site blocking part 10 calls characterizing data or a hash information of a harmful web site and video data from outside managing servers 200 and receives transmitted one in order to determine whether it is a harmful web site and video data or not, and then determine. Or, the web site blocking part can be consisted of the local information part 70 which receives a transmission of characterizing data or a hash information of a harmful web site and a harmful video data from outside managing servers 200 with real time so that the web site blocking part 10 determines for harmful effects of the web site by calling the characterizing data and the hash information stored at the local information part when needed.
Namely, a web site blocking part 10 transmits web site information to be connected to outside managing servers 200 when running, to determine whether managing servers 200 is harmful web sites or not, and then receives the result of decision to determine whether blocking or not according to the result, or with providing a integrating control module 100a in a local information part 70, when the integrating control module 100a is activated within a computer terminal 100, the local information part 70 is connected with outside managing servers 200 to download a hash information of a harmful web site and store it so that the local information part 70 provides when being requested a hash information of a web site blocking part 10.
Also, in case of being the designated web site, it is to be blocked when being an instruction of connecting to the designated web sites by storing and setting the web sites to be blocked at the web-site setting part 41 in a setting managing part 40.
Herein, the user of the computer terminal 100 according to the invention can be divided with a manager of a computer terminal 100 being anticipated with the parent or the patron, and the children or the teenagers who is subject to manage by a manager and also undo limitation of use according to the integrating control module 100a.

Such hash information also can be used to prevent a distribution of illegal copy contents which have a copyright, and is advantageous since calculation for hash function is rapid and, so building a database and a decision for harmful video data are also rapid.
However, hash information can be changed only with a constant change of a video data file. Therefore, it is necessary to update hash information of the managing servers 200 continuously to prevent usage of the variant.
Also, the characterizing data functions to determine whether the corresponding video data are subject of a copyright or not, or it is harmful video data or not by extracting audio DNA gene or video DNA gene of the corresponding video data and comparing it with a database of audio DNA gene or video DNA gene being stored at outside managing servers 200 previously.

However, the comparing method by extracting the characterizing data requires considerable process at processing, so that an amount of data-communication with servers is increased and processing velocity is low. Therefore, the present invention proposes to constitute the optimal prevention system which is properly set with the comparing method by hash information and the comparing method by extracting the characterizing data.
On the other hand, the streaming blocking part 21 blocks its execution in case that the streaming video is determined to be harmful through the decision whether, in case of connecting specific web sites through the computer terminal 100, the data corresponding to specific web sites are a streaming video or not, and, in case of being determined with a streaming video, decision from calling and transmitting a hash information or characterizing data of harmful streaming video data from outside managing servers 200 by extracting a hash information or characterizing data of a streaming video, or decision whether it is a harmful streaming video or not by comparing a hash information or characterizing data of harmful streaming video data stored at the local information part 70.
To block such streaming video, the streaming blocking part 21 is divided with a network monitoring part 21a, a streaming head searching part 21b, a streaming video storing part 21c, and a comparative blocking part 21d.
The network monitoring part 21a is consisted of network monitoring method that is set with Promiscuous mode to wiretap all traffic passing local network from Ethernet Interface and uses WIN PCAP, network monitoring method that uses RAW SOCKET, and monitoring method that screen with MICROSOFT LIBRARY method enabling to support Promiscuous mode according to a kind of file.
According to the description, the streaming head searching part 21b searches the head of video data according to the kinds of video codec and file, and, at this time, the head searching is done according to FLV protocol, MP4 and FFMPEG protocol and the like.

On the other hand, the controlling part 90 is provided to control time of using the computer terminal 100 by reading a computer terminal setting list being set at the setting managing part and an operation setting list of the web site blocking part 10, the video blocking part 20, the streaming blocking part 21, the video searching part 30, the video-transmission blocking part 60 and the program blocking part 50, and control whether an operation of the web site blocking part 10, the video blocking part 20, the video searching part 30, the video-transmission blocking part 60 and the program blocking part 50 is run or not, and provide a blocked list being produced at the web site blocking part 10 and the video blocking part 20, the streaming blocking part 21, the video-transmission blocking part 60 and the program blocking part 50 and an extracted list of the video searching part when being requested by user.
Besides, it is consisted to control hash information and characterizing data of the harmful web sites and video data of the local information part 70 to update by connecting to outside managing servers 200 when executing the integrating control module 100a, and block connection to the harmful web sites and execution of the harmful video data, and then inform to the user the use restricted web sites and video data by loading a popup window.
Also, it is possible to load a popup window corresponding to close a restricted time such as 1 hour, 30, 10, 1 minute and the like by the use-time setting part 43 of the setting managing part 40, to inform that the use will be restricted soon.
A preferred embodiment of a system for blocking a hazardous article using a computer terminal having an integrating control module according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating the prevention system according to the present invention.
Referring drawing, the prevention system according to the present invention is consisted of the computer terminal 100 which is being used for a data-communication with outside servers by being connected to internet networks, and an integrating control module is installed at the computer terminal 100 to block a hazardous article, wherein the integrating control module 100a is set such that it block access to outside web sites in case of being preset with blocking web sites or determined with harmful sites when connecting the sites, and execution in case of being an instruction execution for video data which is determined with harmful one, and it searches harmful video data in a computer terminal 100 and provide a user with an extracted list to limit time of using a computer; the managing servers 200 which transmits hash information or characterizing data of harmful sites or video data to the computer terminal 100 with real-time according to request or setting of the computer terminal 100; the patron terminal 300 which is connected with the computer terminal 100 to enable data-communication, and is transmitted a connection blocking list, an execution blocking list and a searching extraction list of harmful video data through the integrating control module 100a with real-time according to request or setting.
Such the prevention system according to the present invention is almost same with the embodiment described hereinbefore of the computer terminal 100 in the constitution, characterized in that it further comprises the patron terminal 300 which is connected with the computer terminal 100 with real-time at outside.
Therefore, a description for the same constitution may be omitted and different constitution will be described.
In case that the computer terminal 100 is setting with a protective mode unlike pre-mentioned embodiment, the present embodiment is capable of being carried out transmission of the blocked list and the like according to setting with the outside patron terminal 300, or setting of the setting managing part 40 when being requested by the patron terminal 300, or transmission request of the list through the controlling part 90. Therefore, it may be done to manage the computer terminal 100 being fitted with changed condition since the patron can manager the present condition of use of the computer terminal 100 with real time and change setting according to the condition extemporaneously.
Furthermore, it is also possible to do active and fluid management since usage setting of the computer is easily and conveniently changeable when the patron takes away for work or trip during long time.
It is rightly consisted to enable to do management after identification for authority of the patron by the user identifying part 45 or the manager identifying part 80 like the pre-mentioned embodiment, even when such patron terminal 300 is connected to outside. Also, it may be consisted to do management such as requesting data and setting of the setting managing part 40 and the controlling part 90 of the computer terminal 100 more easily, with installment of the integrating control module 100a in the patron terminal 300 for easy connection and management of the computer terminal 100 and providing a separate remote managing part in the integrating control module 100a.
While this invention has been described in connection with what are presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments and the drawings, but, on the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and variations within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.

Claims (14)

  1. A computer terminal which is being used for a data-communication with outside servers by being connected to internet networks, characterized in that an integrating control module is installed at the computer terminal to block a hazardous article, wherein the integrating control module is set such that it block access to outside web sites in case of being preset with blocking web sites or determined with harmful sites when connecting the sites, and execution in case of being an instruction execution for video data which is determined with harmful one, and it searches harmful video data in a computer terminal and provide a user with an extracted list to limit time of using a computer.
  2. A computer terminal as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the integrating control module further comprises;
    a web site blocking part which blocks access to web sites in case of being an instruction of connection to web sites corresponding to preset with blocking web sites by a user or determined with harmful sites through the computer terminal, and produce a blocked list;
    a video blocking part which blocks execution in case of being an instruction execution for video data determined with harmful one through the computer terminal, and produce a blocked list;
    a video searching part which searches harmful video data stored in the computer terminal, and produce an extracted list;
    a setting managing part which designates web sites to block at the computer terminal, set time of using the computer terminal, and set whether the web site blocking part, the video blocking part and the video searching part run or not;
    a controlling part which controls time of using the computer terminal by reading a computer terminal setting list being set at the setting managing part and an operation setting list of the web site blocking part, the video blocking part and the video searching part, and controls whether an operation of the web site blocking part, the video blocking part and the video searching part is run or not, and provides a blocked list being produced at the web site blocking part and the video blocking part and an extracted list of the video searching part when being requested by user.
  3. A computer terminal as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the integrating control module further comprises a program blocking part which blocks execution in case of being an instruction execution for the program designated by the setting managing part through the computer terminal and produce a blocked list so that the controlling part controls whether the program blocking part run or not.
  4. A computer terminal as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the web site blocking part and video blocking part call a hash information of a harmful web site and video data from outside managing servers and receive transmitted one in order to determine whether it is a harmful web site and video data or not, and then determine.
  5. A computer terminal as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the integrating control module further comprises the local information part which receives a transmission of a hash information of a harmful web site and a harmful video data from outside managing servers with real time so that the hash information stored at the local information part is provided with the web site blocking part and video blocking part to be determined for harmful effects of the web site and video data by the web site blocking part and video blocking part.
  6. A computer terminal as claimed in claim 4 or 5, characterized in that, in case of trying to determine harmful effects of the video data, it is constituted to be achieved a decision for harmful video data by receiving a further transmission of characterizing data of a harmful video data from outside managing servers.
  7. A computer terminal as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the setting managing part further comprises the web site setting part for designating web sites to block at the computer terminal, the program setting part for designating programs to block, the utilizable time setting part for setting time of using the computer terminal, the mode setting part for being set for a protective mode that operation of the web site blocking part, video blocking part and video searching part is being run and a resolutive mode that the operation is being stopped, and a user identifying part for carrying out user identification when changing a setting as occasion demands.
  8. A computer terminal as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the integrating control module further comprises the video-transmission blocking part which determines whether the video data to be transmitted is harmful or not through hash information of harmful video data and characterizing data in case of transmitting video data in the computer terminal to outside servers through the computer terminal, and block its transmission when being determined with a harmful video data.
  9. A computer terminal as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the integrating control module further comprises the manager identifying part which blocks execution of instruction for stopping or deleting in case that there is not any authority through decision whether the user has stopping or deleting authority or not by a user discriminating information stored at a user identifying part in case of being instruction for stopping or deleting the integrating control module being running by the user.
  10. A computer terminal as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the integrating control module further comprises the streaming blocking part which blocks its execution in case that the streaming video is determined to be harmful through the decision whether, in case of connecting specific web sites through the computer terminal, the data corresponding to specific web sites are a streaming video or not, and, in case of being determined with a streaming video, decision from calling and transmitting a hash information or characterizing data of harmful streaming video data from outside managing servers by extracting a hash information or characterizing data of a streaming video, or decision whether it is a harmful streaming video or not by comparing a hash information or characterizing data of harmful streaming video data stored at the local information part.
  11. A system for blocking a hazardous article using a computer terminal having an integrating control module for blocking a hazardous article, characterized in that the system comprises a computer terminal which is being used for a data-communication with outside servers by being connected to internet networks, and an integrating control module is installed at the computer terminal to block a hazardous article, wherein the integrating control module is set such that it block access to outside web sites in case of being preset with blocking web sites or determined with harmful sites when connecting the sites, and execution in case of being an instruction execution for video data which is determined with harmful one, and it searches harmful video data in a computer terminal and provide a user with an extracted list to limit time of using a computer; a managing server which transmits hash information or characterizing data of harmful sites or video data to the computer terminal with real-time according to request or setting of the computer terminal; and a patron terminal which is connected with the computer terminal to enable data-communication, and is transmitted a connection blocking list, an execution blocking list and a searching extraction list of harmful video data through the integrating control module with real-time according to request or setting thereof.
  12. A system for blocking a hazardous article as claimed in claim 11, characterized in that an integrating control module further comprises;
    a web site blocking part which blocks access to web sites in case of being an instruction of connection to web sites corresponding to preset with blocking web sites by a user or determined with harmful sites through the computer terminal, and produce a blocked list;
    a video blocking part which blocks execution in case of being an instruction execution for video data determined with harmful one through the computer terminal, and produce a blocked list;
    a video searching part which searches harmful video data stored in the computer terminal, and produce an extracted list;
    a setting managing part which designates web sites to block at the computer terminal, set time of using the computer terminal, and set whether the web site blocking part, the video blocking part and the video searching part run or not;
    a program blocking part which blocks execution in case of being an instruction execution for the program designated by the setting managing part through the computer terminal and produce a blocked list;
    a video-transmission blocking part which determines whether the video data to be transmitted is harmful or not through hash information of harmful video data and characterizing data in case of transmitting video data in the computer terminal to outside servers through the computer terminal, and block its transmission when being determined with a harmful video data and then produce a blocked list;
    a controlling part which controls time of using the computer terminal by reading a computer terminal setting list being set at the setting managing part and an operation setting list of the web site blocking part, the video blocking part, the video searching part, the video-transmission blocking part and the program blocking part, and controls whether an operation of the web site blocking part, the video blocking part, the video searching part, the video-transmission blocking part and the program blocking part is run or not, and provides a blocked list being produced at the web site blocking part and the video blocking part, the video-transmission blocking part and the program blocking part and an extracted list of the video searching part when being requested by user; and
    a manager identifying part which blocks execution of instruction for stopping or deleting in case that there is not any authority through decision whether the user has stopping or deleting authority or not by a user discriminating information stored at a user identifying part in case of being instruction for stopping or deleting the integrating control module being running by the user.
  13. A system for blocking a hazardous article as claimed in claim 12, characterized in that the patron terminal is consisted to receive transmission of a blocking list that is produced at the web site blocking part and the video blocking part, the video-transmission blocking part and the program blocking part from the controlling part of the integrating control module, and an extraction list of the video searching part according to request or setting, and control time of using the computer terminal through the controlling part, and control whether an operation of the web site blocking part, the video blocking part, the video searching part, the video-transmission blocking part and the program blocking part is run or not.
  14. A system for blocking a hazardous article as claimed in claim 12, characterized in that the integrating control module further comprises the streaming blocking part which blocks its execution in case that the streaming video is determined to be harmful through the decision whether, in case of connecting specific web sites through the computer terminal, the data corresponding to specific web sites are a streaming video or not, and, in case of being determined with a streaming video, decision from calling and transmitting a hash information or characterizing data of harmful streaming video data from managing servers by extracting a hash information or characterizing data of a streaming video, or decision whether it is a harmful streaming video or not by comparing a hash information or characterizing data of harmful streaming video data stored at the local information part.
