Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Blechpaket (2), insbesondere für den Rotor (1) eines Elektromotors, aus übereinander gestapelten Einzelblechen (3) mit einer Anzahl von Taschensegmenten (14), die in Stapelrichtung (11) umfangseitig offene Aufnahmetaschen (9) für Permanentmagnete (10) bilden. Jeweils zwei im Blechpaket (2) aneinander liegende Einzelbleche (3) sind gegeneinander um einen Winkel α verdreht, der durch den Bogenabstand zweier benachbarter Klemmzähne (4) eines Einzelbleches bestimmt ist. An jedem Einzelblech (3) ist eine gerade Anzahl von Klemmzähnen (4) senkrecht zur Stapelrichtung (11) angeformt ist, wobei jeder Klemmzahn (4) zusammen mit einem seiner beiden direkt benachbarten Klemmzähne (4) ein Taschensegment (14) und zusammen mit dem anderen direkt benachbarten Klemmzahn (4) einen Blechumfangsabschnitt (15) seitlich begrenzt. Die Taschensegmente (14) und die Blechumfangsabschnitte (15) folgen in Umfangsrichtung (12) alternierend aufeinander.
