Description
本发明属于舞台灯光领域,尤其涉及一种摇头灯。
摇头灯的用途非常广泛,可用于演艺厅、专业舞台、舞厅、酒吧、多功能厅、展会等。现有摇头灯仅能做简单的移动照明及环境染色,舞台渲染效果不佳。
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种摇头灯,旨在解决现有摇头灯舞台渲染效果不佳的问题。
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种摇头灯,包括由多个光源组成的光源组、倾斜设置于所述光源组的周向的镜片组以及使所述镜片组相对于光源组作旋转运动的旋转驱动装置,所述镜片组由多个镜片组成。
本发明实施例使多个镜片相对于多个光源作旋转运动,光源发出的光经镜片反射投射至空间,光斑一分为二、合二为一,舞台渲染效果佳,予人以奇幻感觉。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例使多个镜片相对于多个光源作旋转运动,光源发出的光经镜片反射投射至空间,光斑一分为二、合二为一,舞台渲染效果佳。
本发明实施例提供的摇头灯包括由多个光源组成的光源组、倾斜设置于所述光源组的周向的镜片组以及使所述镜片组相对于光源组作旋转运动的旋转驱动装置,所述镜片组由多个镜片组成。
以下以LED作为光源对本发明实施例的具体实现进行详细说明。
实施例一
如图1~3所示,本发明实施例提供的摇头灯具有由八个LED构成的光源组,该光源组包括:第一LED11、第二LED12、第三LED13、第四LED14、第五LED15、第六LED16、第七LED17和第八LED18,各LED安装于灯头1的各个侧面。
与之相对应,本摇头灯具有由八个镜片构成的镜片组,该镜片组包括:第一镜片21、第二镜片22、第三镜片23、第四镜片24、第五镜片25、第六镜片26、第七镜片27和第八镜片28,各镜片安装于旋转支架3的各个侧板2上。
本发明实施例优选发光角为100~140°的白光LED,其功率约为10W。该LED的光轴与镜片之间的夹角为30~60°。
上述旋转支架3呈八棱台形,灯头1设于旋转支架3的中部。旋转支架3在旋转驱动装置的作用下可作旋转运动,从而带动镜片组绕光源组作旋转运动。
本发明实施例中,旋转驱动装置包括旋转驱动电机4、由旋转驱动电机4驱动的第一齿轮6、与第一齿轮6传动连接的第二齿轮7、与第二齿轮7相固接的轴套8、穿设于轴套8的旋转固定支架9以及与旋转固定支架9组装成一体的旋转支架3。第一齿轮6通过皮带与第二齿轮7传动连接。
旋转支架3旋转至图1所示的位置时,LED发出的光经各镜片反射,形成一个光斑。若全部LED点亮,于空间中形成八个光斑。
旋转支架3旋转至图2所示的位置时,因LED具有一定的发光角,其发出的光经相邻的两个镜片反射,产生两个光斑。若全部LED点亮,于空间中产生十六个光斑。
根据音乐节奏、表演气氛等,调节旋转支架3的旋转速度,使光斑的个数产生变化,舞台渲染效果佳,予人以奇幻感觉。
旋转支架3由图1所示的位置旋转至图2所示的位置的过程中,因镜片与光源之间的相对位置产生变化,光斑于空间中的位置将产生变化,亦予人以动感。
本发明实施例使多个镜片绕多个光源作旋转运动,光源发出的光经镜片反射投射至空间,光斑一分为二、合二为一,舞台渲染效果佳。
实施例二
本发明实施例在上述实施例提供的摇头灯增设角度调节装置,通过角度调节装置调节各镜片与光源之间的相对角度,使光源发出的光经镜片反射后,于空间中产生缩放特效,舞台渲染效果更佳。
如图3~5所示,各侧板2均为活动侧板,侧板的上端固定,下端在外力的作用下可偏转。各侧板2的背面设有角度调节装置,该角度调节装置包括角度推进机构和角度复位机构。
具体的,角度推进机构包括角度驱动电机31、由角度驱动电机31驱动的凸轮32、与凸轮32接触连接的角度推动支架33以及设于侧板2的背面且与角度推动支架33相抵接的推杆34。角度驱动电机31固设于主支架35的径向。凸轮32为轴承凸轮,角度推动支架33旋转时,其与轴承凸轮之间的摩擦力较小。角度推动支架33亦呈八棱台形,其套设于轴套8外。角度推动支架33的底部设有多个导向套36,与此相对应,上述旋转固定支架9设有多根与导向套36相配合的导向柱37。推杆34穿过旋转固定支架9的侧壁与角度推动支架33活动抵接。
本发明实施例中,角度复位机构为弹性复位机构,其包括弹簧柱41和设于弹簧柱41外围的复位弹簧42。弹簧柱41穿过旋转固定支架9和角度推动支架33的侧壁。复位弹簧42的一端被限位于弹簧柱41末端的垫片43,另一端抵接于旋转固定支架9的背面。
角度驱动电机31启动后,凸轮32由低位旋转至高位,推动角度推动支架33沿导向柱37上升,角度推动支架33施力于推杆34,使旋转支架3的侧板2向上偏振,镜片同时向上偏转,此时旋转固定支架9挤压复位弹簧42,其中镜片向上偏转的角度为5~10°。凸轮32由高位旋转至低位,角度推动支架33于自身重力作用下滑落至原位,施加于推杆34的作用力消释,旋转支架3的侧板2于复位弹簧42的作用下恢复原位。
光斑个数产生变化时,根据现场音乐和气氛,调节镜片与光源之间的相对角度,使光源发出的光经镜片反射后,于空间中产生缩放特效,舞台渲染效果更佳。
如图4所示,侧板2位于原位,LED发出的光经镜片反射,各光斑之间的距离较近,处于收缩状态,形似花蕾。
镜片偏转至图5所示的位置时,LED发出的光经镜片反射,各光斑之间的距离较远,处于开放状态,形似盛开的花朵。
本发明实施例使多个镜片绕多个光源作旋转运动,光源发出的光经镜片反射投射至空间,光斑一分为二、合二为一,舞台渲染效果佳。同时,通过增设的角度调节装置调节各镜片与光源之间的相对角度,使光源发出的光经镜片反射后,于空间中产生缩放特效,舞台渲染效果更佳。此外,根据音乐节奏及表演气氛,调节镜片绕光源旋转的速度,亦改变镜片与光源之间相对角度的变化速度,使光斑的个数和位置随场景变化,予人以奇幻感觉。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种摇头灯,其特征在于,所述摇头灯包括由多个光源组成的光源组、倾斜设置于所述光源组的周向的镜片组以及使所述镜片组相对于光源组作旋转运动的旋转驱动装置,所述镜片组由多个镜片组成。
- 如权利要求1所述的摇头灯,其特征在于,所述镜片组由旋转驱动装置驱动绕光源组作旋转运动。
- 如权利要求2所述的摇头灯,其特征在于,所述旋转驱动装置包括旋转驱动电机、由所述旋转驱动电机驱动的第一齿轮、与所述第一齿轮传动连接的第二齿轮、与所述第二齿轮相固接的轴套、穿设于所述轴套的旋转固定支架以及与所述旋转固定支架组装成一体的旋转支架,所述旋转支架设有多个用于安装所述镜片的侧板。
- 如权利要求3所述的摇头灯,其特征在于,所述侧板为活动侧板,所述活动侧板的上端固定,下端于外力作用下可偏转。
- 如权利要求4所述的摇头灯,其特征在于,所述活动侧板的背面设有角度调节装置,所述角度调节装置包括角度推进机构和角度复位机构。
- 如权利要求5所述的摇头灯,其特征在于,所述角度推进机构包括角度驱动电机、由所述角度驱动电机驱动的凸轮、与所述凸轮接触连接的角度推动支架以及设于所述活动侧板的背面的推杆,所述推杆穿过所述旋转固定支架与所述角度推动支架相抵接。
- 如权利要求6所述的摇头灯,其特征在于,所述角度复位机构为弹性复位机构,所述弹性复位机构包括穿过所述旋转固定支架的弹簧柱和设于所述弹簧柱外围的复位弹簧;所述复位弹簧的一端定位于所述弹簧柱的末端,另一端抵接于所述旋转固定支架。
- 如权利要求6所述的摇头灯,其特征在于,所述角度推动支架的底部设有多个导向套,所述旋转固定支架设有多根与导向套相配合的导向柱。
- 如权利要求1~8任一项所述的摇头灯,其特征在于,所述光源为LED,所述LED的发光角为100~140°。
- 如权利要求9所述的摇头灯,其特征在于,所述LED的光轴与镜片之间的夹角为30~60°。
