发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用方便, 性能优越的多联式空调 机组及其工作方法。 本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明的一种多联式空调机组及其工作方法, 该多联式空调机组包括底 盘, 及设置在底盘上的定速压缩机、 数码压缩机、 油分离器、 四通阀、 水侧 换热器、 风侧换热器、 过冷回路、 油分离器、 控制箱、 分配器、 进油管、 吸 气管、 制冷系统附件以及连接管路; 所述水侧换热器腔体内增设一组热回收 装置; 该工作方法为: 当风侧换热器工作, 水侧换热器不工作时, 通过四通 阀可以控制制冷剂通过风侧换热器, 从而实现机组运行制冷或制热; 当风侧 换热器不工作, 水侧换热器工作时, 通过四通阀可以控制制冷剂通过水侧换 热器, 可以将水加热, 从而实现全部热回收; 当压缩机同时运行时, 通过分 配器将油分离器分离出来的冷冻油分别输送到进油管中,再通过吸气管进 入到压缩机中; 当部分压缩机运行, 另一部分压縮机停止时, 由于所述吸气 管竖直设置, 进入到停止状态压缩机中的油在重力的作用下, 回到分配装置, 进而进入到运行状态的压缩机中, 确保压缩机的安全运行。

具体实施方式
如图 1和图 2所示, 本发明的一种多联式空调机组, 包括底盘 1, 及设置 在底盘 1上的定速压缩机 2、 数码压缩机 3、 油分离器 4、 四通阀 5、 水侧换 热器 6、 风侧换热器 7、 过冷回路 8、 油分离器 9、 控制箱 10、 分配器 14、 进 油管 15、吸气管 16、制冷系统附件以及连接管路; 该控制箱 10包括外壳 11, 及设置在外壳 11内的隔板(未图示), 所述隔板与外壳 11形成下层容纳空间 和上层容纳空间, 将不常用电气元件设置在下层容纳空间, 常用电气元件设 置在上层容纳空间, 可以节约空间, 并且使用方便; 所述底盘 1通孔的边缘 设置有卡持吊绳的卡持部 12, 当吊绳穿过通孔吊装时,卡持部 12会卡持住吊 绳, 不会出现滑动的现象, 吊装平稳; 所述压缩机上包覆有降噪装置, 所述 降噪装置由依次排布的海绵、 铅板、 海绵和再生橡胶组成; 吸收频率范围大, 能从高频到低频一起吸收, 能大大降低噪声, 降噪效果好。所述水侧换热器 6 腔体内增设一组热回收装置, 所述热回收装置设置有进水口和出水口, 可以 将水加热, 其能提供高温生活热水, 可以节约能源。 所述控制箱 10的底板与 侧板上均设置有供电线穿过的进线孔 13, 电线可以有选择的通过进线孔 13, 不会出现浪费线材的情况, 同时安装也很方便。
该工作方法为: 当风侧换热器 7工作,水侧换热器 6不工作时,通过四通 阀 5可以控制制冷剂通过风侧换热器 7, 从而实现机组运行制冷或制热; 当风 侧换热器 7不工作, 水侧换热器 6工作时, 通过四通阀 5可以控制制冷剂通 过水侧换热器 6, 可以将水加热, 从而实现全部热回收, 其能提供高温生活热 水, 可以节约能源 ,· 当压缩机同时运行时, 通过分配器 14将油分离器 9分离 出来的冷冻油分别输送到进油管 15中, 再通过吸气管 16进入到压縮机中; 当部分压缩机运行, 另一部分压缩机停止时, 由于所述吸气管 16竖直设置, 进入到停止状态压缩机中的油在重力的作用下, 回到分配装置 17, 进而进入 到运行状态的压缩机中, 确保压缩机的安全运行。 本发明的多联式空调机组 及其工作方法, 由于设置有能实现多种功能的配件, 相对现在技术来说, 无 论在使用、 性能以及功能上都得到了很大的改进, 能满足现在客户的使用需 求。 上述实施例, 只是本发明的一个实例, 并不是用来限制本发明的实施与 权利范围, 凡与本发明权利要求所述内容相同或等同的技术方案, 均应包括 在本发明保护范围内。

1.一种多联式空调机组及其工作方法,该多联式空调机组包括底盘,及设 置在底盘上的定速压缩机、 数码压缩机、 油分离器、 四通阀、 水侧换热器、 风侧换热器、 过冷回路、 油分离器、 控制箱、 分配器、 进油管、 吸气管、 制 冷系统附件以及连接管路; 所述水侧换热器腔体内增设一组热回收装置; 其 特征在于, 该工作方法为: 当风侧换热器工作, 水侧换热器不工作时, 通过 四通阀可以控制制冷剂通过风侧换热器, 从而实现机组运行制冷或制热; 当 风侧换热器不工作, 水侧换热器工作时, 通过四通阀可以控制制冷剂通过水 侧换热器, 可以将水加热, 从而实现全部热回收; 当压缩机同时运行时, 通 过分配器将油分离器分离出来的冷冻油分别输送到进油管中, 再通过吸气管 进入到压缩机中; 当部分压缩机运行, 另一部分压缩机停止时, 由于所述吸 气管竖直设置, 迸入到停止状态压缩机中的油在重力的作用下, 回到分配装 置, 进而进入到运行状态的压缩机中, 确保压缩机的安全运行。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的多联式空调机组及其工作方法,其特征在于:该 控制箱包括外壳, 及设置在外壳内的隔板, 所述隔板与外壳形成下层容纳空 间和上层容纳空间。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的多联式空调机组及其工作方法,其特征在于:所 述底盘通孔的边缘设置有卡持吊绳的卡持部。
