Abstract
본 발명은 비절연형 직류 전력변환 회로에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 비절연형 직류 전력변환 회로는 입력측에 대하여 제1커패시터와 변압기 1차 권선의 일단이 병렬로 연결되어 있으며, 변압기 1차 권선의 타단은 변압기 2차 권선의 일단에 연결됨과 동시에 MOSFET의 드레인 단자와 연결되고, 변압기 2차 권선의 타단은 제2커패시터의 일단이 연결되며, 상기 제2커패시터의 타단에 제1다이오드와 제2다이오드가 병렬로 연결되고, 상기 제1다이오드의 캐소드(cathode)부분이 출력측을 향해 있고, 상기 제2다이오드의 캐소드(cathode)부분은 상기 제2커패시터를 향하도록 배치되어 있으며, 상기 제1다이오드의 타단에 제3커패시터가 연결된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 승압비를 높이고, MOSFET에 내압을 감소시켜 발열 및 수명을 연장할 수 있는 비절연형 직류 전력변환 회로가 제공된다
