Abstract

디지털 방송 송신기의 스트림 처리 방법이 개시된다. 본 방법은, 복수 개의 블럭을 포함하는 슬롯이 연속적으로 배치되는 스트림을 구성하는 스트림 구성 단계, 스트림을 인코딩 및 인터리빙하여 전송 스트림으로 출력하는 전송 단계를 포함한다. 여기서, 스트림 구성 단계는, 해당 슬롯 내의 전체 블럭을 모두 사용하도록 하는 블럭 확장 모드 00으로 설정된 슬롯이 연속적으로 배치되는 경우, 톱니 형태로 맞물리는 인접 슬롯의 경계 부분에서 롱 트레이닝 시퀀스가 형성되도록, 상기 인접 슬롯 각각의 기 설정된 세그먼트에 기지 데이터를 배치할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 다양한 방식으로 디지털 방송 서비스를 지원할 수 있다.
