However, without departing from the scope of the present disclosure, the gripped tube (M) may be released without the pressing plate engagement (330).
  • the feeding mechanism (300) configured in the apparatus (10) of making the package (P), offers following advantages.
  • the feeding mechanism (300) is capable of feeding precisely aligned side gussets for forming the package (P). Specifically, it feeds the tube (M) that forms the side gussets, straightly on the bottom web (B), which may get inclined previously in such package making apparatuses. Such precise feeding of the side gussets on the bottom web (B) reduces the rate of rejection of manufactured packages on the apparatus (10), and avoids adding unnecessary cost and waste material formation. Further, the feeding mechanism (300) is also advantageous in enabling fast feeding of the side gussets on the bottom web for making packages, thereby increasing the overall production of packages on such apparatus.

Abstract

L'invention concerne mécanisme d'alimentation de tube à soufflets pour un appareil de production d'emballages, chaque emballage comprenant une face avant et arrière, un premier et un deuxième soufflet latéral et un soufflet inférieur. Le mécanisme d'alimentation de tube à soufflets comprend deux contre-rouleaux, un ensemble de transport, et un élément de découpe. Les deux contre-rouleaux sont disposés au niveau d'une unité de formation de soufflet de l'appareil pour tirer un tube. Le tube est formé par pli d'un film ou d'une bande stratifiée chargée sur l'unité de formation de tube à soufflets pour former les premier et deuxième soufflets latéraux de l'emballage. L'ensemble de transport est disposé à proximité des deux contre-rouleaux pour saisir et amener le tube sur une bande inférieure, qui forme la face arrière de l'emballage. L'élément de découpe est disposé entre les deux contre-rouleaux et l'ensemble de transport pour découper le tube.
