HNB ( Home NodeB, 家庭基站)是一种小型的、 低功率的蜂窝基站, 也称 作 FEMTO , 它作为蜂窝网在室内覆盖的补充, 主要用于为家庭、 企业或者办公 场所等提供无线网络的覆盖,为用户提供语音及数据服务。 HNB包括 AP( Acces s Po int , 接入点)和 AG ( Acces s Ga teway, 接入网关), AP具有标准的 NodeB ( 3G 宏无线网络的一个元素) 的功能, AG具有标准的 RNC ( Radio Ne twork Cont ro l ler , 无线网络控制器) 的功能, AG通过第三代移动通信系统中无线 接入网与核心网 (CN, Core Ne twork ) 的标准 Iu接口接入核心网。
目前的个人统一号码业务将用户的唯一号码与多个用户终端号码进行绑 定, 当系统接收到被叫号码为用户的唯一号码的呼叫时,根据唯一号码与用户 终端 (UE , User Equi pment ) 的对应关系, 向对应的用户终端发起连接呼叫。
FEMTO中的家庭号码业务, 是指主叫方拨打 FEMTO中的用户的家庭号码后, 与该号码绑定的用户终端如果驻留在对应 FEMTO下, 则与家庭号码绑定的用户 终端同时振铃, 通过任何一个用户终端都可应答。
在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题: 在 FEMTO下, 核心网无法精确维护用户终端的位置信息, 无法实现 FEMTO 中的家庭号码业务。 发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种呼叫 FEMTO中家庭号码的方法及装置, 能够在 FEMTO下实现核心网与用户终端之间的呼叫连接。 本发明实施例釆用的技术方案为: 一种呼叫 FEMTO中家庭号码的方法, 包括:
AP将自身的用户标识在核心网上进行登记;
AP接收核心网发起的寻呼消息, 所述寻呼消息中包括 AP的用户标识;
AP根据所述 AP的用户标识, 确定待寻呼的用户设备 UE;
AP向所述待寻呼的 UE下发寻呼。
一种呼叫 FEMT0中家庭号码的方法, 包括:
核心网接收 UE上报的家庭号码;
核心网根据所述家庭号码, 以及记录的家庭号码与 UE之间的对应关系, 向所述家庭号码对应的 UE下发寻呼消息。
一种接入点设备 AP , 包括: 登记单元, 用于将自身的用户标识在核心网上进行登记;
第一接收单元, 用于接收核心网发起的寻呼消息, 所述寻呼消息中包括 接入点设备 AP的用户标识; 确定单元, 用于根据所述接入点设备的用户标识, 确定待寻呼的 UE; 第一下发单元, 用于向所述待寻呼的 UE下发寻呼。

本实施例提供一种呼叫 FEMT0中家庭号码的方法, 如图 2所示, 所述方法 包括:
201、 AP将自身的用户标识在核心网上进行登记;
202、 AP接收核心网发起的寻呼消息,所述寻呼消息中包括 AP的用户标识;
203、 AP根据所述 AP的用户标识, 确定待寻呼的用户设备 UE ;

本发明实施例提供的呼叫 FEMTO中家庭号码的方法, 通过 AP建立 UE与核心 网之间的通话连接, 克服了现有技术中核心网无法精确维护用户终端的位置 信息, 无法实现 FEMT0中的家庭号码业务的技术问题, 能够在 FEMT0下实现核 心网与用户终端之间的呼叫连接, 从而实现 FEMT0中的家庭号码业务。
实施例三
本实施例提供一种呼叫 FEMT0中家庭号码的方法, 如图 3所示, 所述方法 包括:
301、 AP通过 HNB注册或 UE注册, 完成 AP的用户标识在接入网关 AG上的注 册;
AP上电以后, 通过 HNB注册或 UE注册以及位置更新注册流程, 完成 AP在 FEMT0网关和核心网上的注册, 由于 AP的用户标识与家庭号码对应, 用户拨打 FEMT0中家庭号码时, 就可以对 AP的用户标识进行寻呼。
其中, AP通过 HNB注册, 完成 AP的用户标识在接入网关 AG上的注册的具体 步骤如下:
AP初始化以后, 与 FEMT0网关之间连接可靠的传输会话;
AP向 FEMT0网关发送 HNB REGISTER REQUEST消息 (HNB注册请求消息), 该 消息中包括 AP IMSI信息;
AP接收 FEMT0网关回应的 HNB REGISTER ACCEPT消息 ( FEMT0注册接收消 息)。
或者, AP通过 UE注册, 完成 AP的用户标识在接入网关 AG上的注册的具体 步骤如下:
AP初始化以后, 与 FEMT0网关之间连接可靠的传输会话;
AP向 FEMT0网关发送 HNB REGISTER REQUEST消息 (HNB注册请求消息);
AP接收 FEMT0网关回应的 HNB REGISTER ACCEPT消息 ( FEMT0注册接收消 息);
AP向 FEMT0网关发送 UE REGISTER REQUEST消息 (UE注册请求消息), 该消 息中包括 AP IMS I信息;
AP接收 FEMT0网关回应的 UE REGISTER ACCEPT消息。
通过以上两种方式, AP完成 AP的用户标识在接入网关 AG上的注册。
302、 AP通过位置更新完成 AP的用户标识在核心网的注册。 具体步骤为: AP向核心网发送 Initial UE Message消息 (即 Location Update Request 消息), 该消息中包含 AP IMSI信息;
在 AP向核心网发送位置更新流程的请求消息( Location Update Request ) 后, 接收核心网回应的位置更新接收消息 (Location Update Accept ), 完成 AP的用户标识在核心网上的注册。
303、 AP接收核心网发起的寻呼消息,所述寻呼消息中包括 AP的用户标识; 本实施例中, 步骤 101所述的 AP接收核心网发起的寻呼消息, 所述寻呼消 息中包括 AP的用户标识, 具体可以为, AP接收核心网发起的 paging消息, 所 述 paging消息中 包括 AP的 IMSI ( International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number,国际移动用户识别码), 或者, 所述 Paging消息中包 括其他能够唯一标识 AP的用户标识信息。
304、 AP根据所述 AP的用户标识, 以及预先存储的 AP用户标识与家庭号码 的对应关系, 获取待呼叫的家庭号码;
在 AP接收核心网发起寻呼消息之前, AP预先存储 FEMT0中家庭号码与 AP的 USIM ( Universal Subscriber Identity Module, 普通用户身份模块) 中的 IMSI号码的对应关系, AP接收到核心网发起的寻呼消息之后, 查找 AP上存储 的 AP用户标识与家庭号码的对应关系, 获取待呼叫的家庭号码。
305、 AP根据所述待呼叫的家庭号码, 以及家庭号码与用户设备 UE之间的 对应关系, 确定待寻呼的 UE, 并向所述待寻呼的 UE下发寻呼;
在 AP上存储家庭号码与 UE之间的对应关系, 当 AP获得待呼叫的家庭号码 以后, 根据家庭号码与 UE之间的对应关系, 监测待寻呼的 UE是否驻留在 FEMT0 下, 根据 UE的驻留情况, 确定待寻呼的 UE的列表, 并向待寻呼的 UE列表下的 所有 UE下发寻呼消息, 所述寻呼消息可以为 Paging TypeL
可选的, 所述 AP可以根据所述 AP的用户标识, 以及预先存储的 AP用户标 识与 UE之间的对应关系, 确定待寻呼的 UE。
306、 在接收到 UE的寻呼响应后, AP建立 UE与核心网之间的通话接续; 本实施例中, 所述 AP建立 UE与核心网之间的通话接续, 具体为:
( 1 ) UE接收到寻呼信道上的 Paging Typel消息后, 建立 AP与 UE之间的 RRC
(Radio Resource Control, 无线资源控制)连接, 具体步骤如下:
AP接收 UE发送的 RRC Connection Request消息 (RRC连接请求消息); AP接收到 RRC Connection Request消息后, 根据网络情况分配无线资源, 并在 RRC Connection Setup消息 (RRC连接建立消息) 中发送给 UE;
UE才艮据 RRC Connection Setup消息配置各协议层参数, 并返回给 AP确认 消息 RRC Connection Complete ( RRC 连接完成消息)。
通过 AP与 UE之间建立的 RRC连接, 完成 AP与 UE之间的无线网络信令传输。
(2)建立 AP与核心网之间的 Iu信令连接, 具体步骤如下:
在 RRC连接建立以后, AP接收 UE通过 RRC连接向 AP发送的 Initial Direct Transfer消息 (初始直传消息), 消息中携带 UE发送到核心网的 NAS (非接入 层)信息内容。
AP接收到 UE发送的 Initial Direct Transfer消息后, 通过 Iu接口向核心 网发送 Initial UE Message消息 (初始 UE消息), 该消息中包括 AP IMSI。
( 3)在 AP与核心网之间建立认证连接, 具体步骤如下:
AP接收核心网发送的 Authentication Request消息 (认证请求消息 ); 在 AP上完成 AP USIM卡的认证;
AP向核心网回应 Authentication Response消息 (认证响应消息)。
(4)在核心网与 UE之间建立 RAB (无线接入承载) 的连接, 具体步骤如 下:
首先, AP接收核心网发送的 RAB Assignment Request消息 (RAB指配请求 消息), 请求 AP建立 RAB连接;
AP向 UE发送 Radio Bearer Setup消息 (无线承载建立消息);
UE完成无线承载建立, 向 AP回应 Radio Bearer Setup Complete消息 (无 线 载建立完成消息;);
AP向核心网应答 RAB指配响应消息, 结束 RAB建立流程。
通过在核心网与 UE之间建立 RAB连接, 用于完成 UE与核心网之间的语音, 数据以及多媒体业务的传送。
AP收到第一个 UE的寻呼响应后, AP向核心网上 ·¾ΑΡ IMSI, 并在 AP上完成 认证过程, 完成 AP与核心网之间的通话接续; 对于待寻呼列表中所有的 UE , AP模拟核心网, 完成 AP与 UE之间的通话接续。
307、 AP接通第一个应答的 UE , 并释放其他 UE。
如步骤 103所述, AP根据待呼叫的家庭号码, 以及家庭号码与 UE之间的对 应关系, 确定待寻呼的 UE的列表, 并向待寻呼的 UE列表下的所有 UE下发寻呼 消息, 当 AP接通第一个应答的消息以后, 释放其他 UE。
本发明实施例提供的呼叫 FEMT0中家庭号码的方法, 在 AP接收核心网发起 的寻呼消息之前, 通过 HNB注册或 UE注册, 完成 AP的用户标识在接入网关 AG上 的注册, 以及通过位置更新流程, 完成 AP的用户标识在核心网的注册。 通过 AP在 AG以及核心网上的注册, 将 AP的用户标识上报给 FEMT0网关以及核心网。 本实施例提供的呼叫 FEMT0中家庭号码的方法, AP开机后模拟 UE在核心网上进 行 AP IMS I的注册, 在 AP与核心网之间完成认证过程, 通过 AP建立 UE与核心网 之间的通话连接, 克服了现有技术中核心网无法精确维护用户终端的位置信 息, 无法实现 FEMT0中的家庭号码业务的技术问题, 能够在 FEMT0下实现核心 网与用户终端之间的呼叫连接, 从而实现 FEMT0中的家庭号码业务。

本实施例提供另一种呼叫 FEMT0中家庭号码的方法, 如图 4所示, 所述方 法包括:

本发明实施例提供的呼叫 FEMT0中家庭号码的方法, 通过预先存储的 AP用 户标识与家庭号码的对应关系, 以及家庭号码与 UE之间的对应关系, 在 AP收 到 UE的寻呼响应以后, 将该寻呼响应透传给核心网, 核心网根据预先存储的 所述家庭号码与 UE的对应关系, 获取所述 UE的响应消息对应的家庭号码, 根 据所述家庭号码向 UE发送认证消息, 在核心网与 UE之间完成认证过程, 通过 在核心网上记录的家庭号码与 UE的对应关系, 建立核心网与 UE之间的通话接 续, 克服了现有技术中核心网不知道家庭号码与 FEMT0的对应关系, 尤其是在 海量 FEMT0的情况下, 核心网无法精确维护用户终端的位置信息, 无法实现 FEMT0中的家庭号码业务的技术问题, 能够在 FEMT0下实现核心网与用户终端 之间的呼叫连接, 从而实现 FEMT0中的家庭号码业务。

本发明实施例提供核心网设备, 通过记录单元在核心网记录 UE和家庭号 码的对应关系, 在 UE发起寻呼时, 通过下发单元, 根据核心网记录的 UE和家 庭号码的对应关系, 向所述家庭号码对应的 UE下发寻呼消息, 克服了现有技 术中核心网不知道家庭号码与 FEMT0的对应关系, 尤其是在海量 FEMT0的情况 下, 核心网无法精确维护用户终端的位置信息, 无法实现 FEMT0中的家庭号码 业务的技术问题, 能够在 FEMT0下实现核心网与用户终端之间的呼叫连接。
本发明实施例提供的接入点设备和核心网设备可以实现上述提供的方法 实施例, 具体功能实现请参见方法实施例中的说明, 在此不再赘述。 本发明 实施例提供的呼叫 FEMTO中家庭号码的方法及装置可以适用于 PS呼叫, 只需 用路由更新替代位置更新流程, 但不仅限于此。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流 程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储于 一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施 例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体( Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存^ "i己忆体 ( Random Access Memory, RAM )等。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保 护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种呼叫 FEMT0中家庭号码的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
AP将自身的用户标识在核心网上进行登记;
AP接收核心网发起的寻呼消息, 所述寻呼消息中包括 AP的用户标识; AP根据所述 AP的用户标识, 确定待寻呼的用户设备 UE;
AP向所述待寻呼的 UE下发寻呼。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 AP向所述待寻呼的 UE 下发寻呼之后, 还包括:
在接收到 UE的寻呼响应后, AP建立 UE与核心网之间的通话接续;
AP接通第一个应答的 UE , 并释放其他 UE。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 AP根据所述 AP的用户标 识, 确定待寻呼的 UE包括:
所述 AP判断驻留在 FEMT0下的 UE;
所述 AP根据所述 AP的用户标识,以及驻留在 FEMT0下的 UE ,确定待寻呼的 UE。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 AP根据所述 AP的用户标 识, 确定待寻呼的 UE包括:
AP根据所述 AP的用户标识, 以及预先存储的 AP用户标识与家庭号码的对应 关系, 获取待呼叫的家庭号码;
AP根据所述待呼叫的家庭号码, 以及家庭号码与 UE之间的对应关系, 确定 待寻呼的 UE。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 AP根据所述 AP的用户标 识, 确定待寻呼的 UE包括:
AP根据所述 AP的用户标识, 以及预先存储的 AP用户标识与 UE之间的对应关 系, 确定待寻呼的 UE。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 AP将自身的用户标识 在核心网上进行登记之后, 还包括:
AP上电后, 通过位置更新注册到 AP所属的位置区。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接入点 AP接收核心网 发起的寻呼消息之前, 还包括:
AP通过 HNB注册或 UE注册, 完成 AP的用户标识在接入网关 AG上的注册; AP通过位置更新完成 AP的用户标识在核心网的注册。
8、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 AP建立 UE与核心网之间 的通话接续包括:
建立 AP与核心网之间的通话接续;
建立 AP与 UE之间的通话接续。
9、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 AP建立 UE与核心网之间 的通话接续包括:
AP将 UE的寻呼响应透传给核心网;
核心网根据预先存储的所述家庭号码与 UE的对应关系, 获取所述 UE的响应 消息对应的家庭号码, 根据所述家庭号码建立与 UE之间的通话接续。
1 0、 一种呼叫 FEMT0中家庭号码的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
核心网接收 UE上报的家庭号码;
核心网根据所述家庭号码, 以及记录的家庭号码与 UE之间的对应关系, 向 所述家庭号码对应的 UE下发寻呼消息。
1 1、 根据权利要求 1 0所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述核心网接收 UE上报 的家庭号码之前, 还包括:
核心网接收 UE通过 AP上报的位置更新消息, 所述位置更新消息中包括家庭 号码;
核心网记录所述家庭号码与 UE的对应关系。
12、 根据权利要求 1 0所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
当 UE离开所述 AP进入宏网络或其他 AP时, 所述核心网更新家庭号码与 UE之 间的对应关系。
1 3、 一种接入点设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
登记单元, 用于将自身的用户标识在核心网上进行登记;
第一接收单元, 用于接收核心网发起的寻呼消息, 所述寻呼消息中包括接 入点设备的用户标识;
确定单元, 用于根据所述接入点设备的用户标识, 确定待寻呼的 UE;
第一下发单元, 用于向所述待寻呼的 UE下发寻呼。
14、 根据权利要求 1 3所述的接入点设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
通话接续单元, 用于在接收到 UE的寻呼响应后, 建立 UE与核心网之间的通 话接续;
接通单元, 用于接通第一个应答的 UE , 并释放其他 UE。
15、 根据权利要求 1 3所述的接入点设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
判断单元, 用于判断驻留在 FEMT0下的 UE;
则所述确定单元, 还用于根据所述接入点设备的用户标识, 以及驻留在 FEMT0下的 UE , 确定待寻呼的 UE。
16、 根据权利要求 1 3所述的接入点设备, 其特征在于, 所述确定单元包括: 获取子单元, 用于根据所述接入点设备的用户标识, 以及预先存储的接入 点设备的用户标识与家庭号码的对应关系, 获取待呼叫的家庭号码;
第一确定子单元, 用于根据所述待呼叫的家庭号码, 以及家庭号码与 UE之 间的对应关系, 确定待寻呼的 UE。
17、 根据权利要求 1 3所述的接入点设备, 其特征在于, 所述确定单元包括: 第二确定子单元, 用于根据所述接入点设备的用户标识, 以及预先存储的 接入点设备的用户标识与 UE之间的对应关系, 确定待寻呼的 UE。
18、 根据权利要求 1 3所述的接入点设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第一注册单元, 用于在接入点设备上电后, 通过位置更新注册到所述接入 点设备所属的位置区。
19、 根据权利要求 14所述的接入点设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第二注册单元, 用于通过 HNB注册或 UE注册, 完成所述接入点设备的用户标 识在接入网关 AG上的注册;
第三注册单元, 用于通过位置更新完成所述接入点设备的用户标识在核心 网的注册。
20、 根据权利要求 14所述的接入点设备, 其特征在于, 所述通话接续单元 包括:
第一建立子单元, 用于建立所述接入点设备与核心网之间的通话接续; 第二建立子单元, 用于建立所述接入点设备与 UE之间的通话接续。
21、 根据权利要求 17所述的接入点设备, 其特征在于, 所述通话接续单元 包括:
透传子单元, 用于将 UE的寻呼响应透传给核心网, 以使核心网根据预先存 储的所述家庭号码与 UE的对应关系, 获取所述 UE的响应消息对应的家庭号码, 根据所述家庭号码建立与 UE之间的通话接续。
22、 一种核心网设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
第二接收单元, 用于接收 UE上报的家庭号码;
第二下发单元, 用于根据所述家庭号码, 以及记录的家庭号码与 UE之间的 对应关系, 向所述家庭号码对应的 UE下发寻呼消息。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的核心网设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第三接收单元, 用于接收 UE通过 AP上报的位置更新消息, 所述位置更新消 息中包括家庭号码;
记录单元, 用于记录所述家庭号码与 UE的对应关系。
24、 根据权利要求 22所述的核心网设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
更新单元, 用于当 UE离开所述 AP进入宏网络或其他 AP时, 更新家庭号码与 UE之间的对应关系。
