本发明提供了本地 IP访问中家用基站网关对家用基站的识别方法,当家 用基站网关收到移动性管理实体发送的消息后, 将根据用户标识信息或者家 用基站标识信息来区分需要将该消息发往的家用基站, 从而解决了上述提到 家用基站无法识别家用基站的问题, 有效地实现了本地 IP访问机制。

本发明的较佳实施方式 本发明的发明构思是: 移动性管理实体在本地 IP连接建立时, 向家用基 站网关发送的消息中携带用户标识信息和 /或家用基站标识信息; 家用基站网 关根据收到的所述消息中携带的用户标识信息获取该用户标识信息所对应的 家用基站信息, 将所述消息发送给对应的家用基站, 或者根据收到的所述消 息中携带的所述家用基站标识信息将所述消息发送给对应的家用基站。 上述移动性管理实体在本地 IP 连接建立时向家用基站网关发送的消息 为默认承载建立请求。此外, 除了在本地 IP连接建立时发送的默认承载建立 请求中携带用户标识信息或者家用基站标识信息, 移动性管理实体在其他消 息中也可通过携带用户标识信息或者家用基站标识信息的方式, 使家用基站 网关转发消息, 例如,在本地 IP连接建立过程中除默认承载建立请求外的其 他由移动性管理实体发向家用基站的消息, 或者是专有承载建立、 连接或承 载释放、 位置更新、 路由更新或跟踪区更新等过程中由移动性管理实体发向 家用基站的消息。

为了简化描述, 以上实施例仅以 UTRAN系统的应用场景为例来说明家 用基站网关对家用基站的识别方式。 在 E-UTRAN的情况下, 由于不存在上 述家用基站向家用基站网关进行用户注册的步骤(即步骤 403 ) , 因此家用 基站可以在向家用基站网关发送的初始用户消息中携带用户标识 (即步骤 404 ) , 以便家用基站网关可以保存用户标识和家用基站标识的对应关系。 此 夕卜, 在 E-UTRAN系统中, 家用基站网关识别家用基站的方式与上述实施例 极为相似, 不会对阐述本发明造成影响, 故在此不再重复描述。
图 5是本发明在图 2家用基站系统的基础上, 用户初始接入后进行本地

12、 如权利要求 11所述的家用基站网关, 其中: 所述家用基站网关还设置成: 通过以下方式之一事先保存用户标识信息 和家用基站标识信息的对应关系: 在通用陆地无线接入网 UTRAN系统中, 家用基站向家用基站网关发送 的注册请求消息中携带用户标识和家用基站标识, 家用基站网关收到所述消 息后, 保存该用户标识和家用基站标识的对应关系; 在通用陆地无线接入网 UTRAN系统中, 家用基站向家用基站网关发送 的初始用户消息中携带用户标识, 家用基站网关收到所述消息后, 保存该用 户标识和发送该消息的家用基站的家用基站标识信息的对应关系; 在演进的通用陆地无线接入网 EUTRAN 系统中, 家用基站向家用基站 网关发送的初始用户消息中携带有用户标识,家用基站网关收到所述消息后, 保存该用户标识和发送该消息的家用基站的家用基站标识信息的对应关系。
13、 一种家用基站网关转发消息至家用基站的系统, 包括: 移动性管理 实体、 如权利要求 10至 12中任一所述的家用基站网关和家用基站; 其中, 所述移动性管理实体设置成: 在本地 IP连接建立时, 向家用基站网关发 送的消息中携带用户标识信息和 /或家用基站标识信息。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的系统, 其中: 所述移动性管理实体还设置成: 在以下的一种或多种消息中携带用户标 识信息和 /或家用基站标识信息: 在本地 IP连接建立过程, 专有承载建立过 程、 专有承载连接过程、 专有承载释放过程、 位置更新过程、 路由更新过程 或跟踪区更新过程中由移动性管理实体发向家用基站的消息。
15、 一种家用基站网关, 包括相连的接收模块和发送模块, 所述接收模块设置成: 接收移动性管理实体发送的消息; 所述发送模块设置成: 根据接收模块收到的所述消息中携带的用户标识 信息获取该用户标识信息所对应的家用基站信息, 将所述消息发送给对应的 家用基站, 或者根据接收模块收到的所述消息中携带的所述家用基站标识信 息将所述消息发送给对应的家用基站。
