查询构造单元34,用于判断存储单元32保存的所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码和所述第一通信网络短信服务中心地址的对应关系中所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码与所述确定单元33确定的第二通信网络终端号码是否一致,若是,则确定所述第二通信网络终端号码对应的所述第一通信网络短信服务中心地址,并构造重入网提醒;若否,则忽略所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码;
具体地,若第一通信网络为GSM网络,第二通信网络为CDMA网络,则重入网提醒可以是Alert¬_SC(Alert Service Centre,通知服务中心)消息,该Alert¬_SC消息是GSM网络中开机通知消息的一种,该消息中可以包括接收短信的CDMA终端号码和CDMA短信服务中心地址,例如该消息中可以包括接收短信的CDMA终端号码8613312314567和CDMA短信服务中心地址460030934240200,作为可选的还可以包括之前接收短信的CDMA终端接收短信失败的原因,例如接收短信的CDMA终端关机或CDMA短信服务中心错误等。
发送单元35,用于发送查询构造单元34构造的所述重入网提醒给所述确定的所述第一通信网络短信服务中心地址。
上述装置包含的各个单元的处理功能的具体实现方式在之前的方法实施例中已经描述,在此不再重复描述。
本发明实施例在第一通信网络用户发送短信给第二通信网络用户但接收短信的第二通信网络用户接收该短信失败后,第二通信网络短信服务中心将接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码与第一通信网络短信服务中心地址对应并保存,然后,根据第二通信网络归属位置寄存器发送的开机通知消息通过查询所述保存的接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码与第一通信网络短信服务中心地址对应关系确定第一通信网络短信服务中心地址,最后,构造并发送重入网提醒给第一通信网络短信服务中心。该实施例使第一通信网络短信服务中心能够及时获知接收短信的第二通信网络终端的开机状态,从而实现第一通信网络短信服务中心及时将发送失败的短信再次发送给第二通信网络短信服务中心,同时保证了发送短信的第一通信网络终端可以准确的获知短信的最终状态,使得第一通信网络短信服务中心可以及时准确的进行扣费,避免了计费争议。
本发明实施例同样适合当存在短信拷贝、短信互转、短信自动回复、垃圾短信拦截等增值业务时,同一通信网络之间终端重入网提醒的发送,例如GSM网络与GSM网络之间。
值得注意的是,上述装置实施例中,所包括的各个单元只是按照功能逻辑进行划分的,但并不局限于上述的划分,只要能够实现相应的功能即可;另外,各功能单元的具体名称也只是为了便于相互区分,并不用于限制本发明的保护范围。
另外,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述各方法实施例中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,相应的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明实施例揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种终端重入网提醒的发送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收第一通信网络短信服务中心发送的置位消息,所述置位消息包括接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码和第一通信网络短信服务中心地址;
    保存所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码和所述第一通信网络短信服务中心地址的对应关系;
    接收第二通信网络归属位置寄存器发送的第二通信网络终端的开机通知消息,并根据所述开机通知消息中的移动识别号码确定第二通信网络终端号码;
    当保存的所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码和所述第一通信网络短信服务中心地址的对应关系中所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码与所述确定的第二通信网络终端号码一致,则确定所述第二通信网络终端号码对应的所述第一通信网络短信服务中心地址,并构造重入网提醒发送给所述第一通信网络短信服务中心。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述GSM短信服务中心发送置位消息之前, 第二通信网络短信服务中心通知第一通信网络短信服务中心短信发送失败,所述短信为第一通信网络终端发送给所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述保存所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码和所述第一通信网络短信服务中心地址的对应关系,包括:
    根据所述置位消息中的所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码和所述第一通信网络短信服务中心地址建立一个映射表,所述映射表中包括所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码和所述第一通信网络短信服务中心地址的对应关系。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述第一通信网络为全球移动通信系统GSM网络,所述第二通信网络为码分多址接入CDMA网络,则所述重入网提醒为通知服务中心Alert¬_SC消息,所述Alert¬_SC消息是GSM网络中开机通知消息,包括所述接收短信的CDMA终端号码和CDMA短信服务中心地址。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述第一通信网络短信服务中心接收到所述重入网提醒后重新发送短信给所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端。
  6. 一种终端重入网提醒的发送装置,其特征在于,所述发送装置设置在第二通信网络短信服务中心,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收第一通信网络短信服务中心发送的置位消息,所述置位消息包括接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码和第一通信网络短信服务中心地址;还用于接收第二通信网络归属位置寄存器发送的第二通信网络终端的开机通知消息;
    存储单元,用于保存所述接收单元接收到的所述置位消息中所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码和所述第一通信网络短信服务中心地址的对应关系;
    确定单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收到的所述开机通知消息中的移动识别号码确定第二通信网络终端号码;
    查询构造单元,用于当存储单元保存的所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码和所述第一通信网络短信服务中心地址的对应关系中所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码与所述确定单元确定的第二通信网络终端号码一致,则确定所述第二通信网络终端号码对应的所述第一通信网络短信服务中心地址,并构造重入网提醒;
    发送单元,用于发送所述查询构造单元构造的所述重入网提醒给所述确定的所述第一通信网络短信服务中心地址。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    所述存储单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收到的所述置位消息中的所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码和所述第一通信网络短信服务中心地址建立一个映射表,所述映射表中包括所述接收短信的第二通信网络终端号码和所述第一通信网络短信服务中心地址的对应关系。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,若所述第一通信网络为全球移动通信系统GSM网络,所述第二通信网络为码分多址接入CDMA网络,则所述查询构造单元构造的所述重入网提醒为通知服务中心Alert¬_SC消息,所述Alert¬_SC消息是GSM网络中开机通知消息,包括接收短信的CDMA终端号码和CDMA短信服务中心地址。
