在有线电视网或 IPTV网络中, 头端发送的节目流中含有固定时 长的广告时段, 可以通过插播提示信息, 插播提示信息中包含广告 时段信息。 广告时段用于播放广告, 广告时段的内容可以被改变, 替 换成时长相同的不同广告内容。
节目流中连续的视频内容被分为若干个 GOP ( Group of Pictures, 图片组), 一个 GOP就是一组连续的画面, 主要包含内部编码帧或条 带 ( Intra coded frames or slices ),前向预;则顿或条带 ( Predicted frames or slices ) , 和双向内插1贞或条带 ( Bi-directional predictive frames or slices ) 。 为叙述方便, 以下将内部编码帧或条带统称为 I帧, 将前向 预测帧或条带统称为 P帧,将双向内插帧或条带统称为 B帧。一个 GOP 总是以 I帧开始, 以序号或播放时间标示一个帧。 在视频播放器中, P 帧、 B帧等依赖于其他帧进行解码和播放。 通常将为其他帧解码提供 参考的帧, 或者可以独立解码的帧称为关键帧, 例如 I帧。 参见图 1, 是本发明实施例提供的一种广告插入方法流程图, 所述方法包括:

所述身份信息可以是数字证书或安全联盟, 监控中心或下游 监控设备可以根据所述数字证书或安全联盟认证所述广告插入设 备。 当认证通过时, 所述校验值更新消息合法。
所述身份信息也可以是设备地址,例如 IP地址, MAC地址等, 监控中心或下游监控设备可以根据所述设备地址,判断所述广告插 入设备是否可信设备。 当所述广告插入设备是可信设备时, 所述 校验值更新消息合法。 监控中心也可以进一步根据所述广告时段信息判断广告插入 是否合法。 例如, 当所述校验值更新消息合法, 且监控中心根据 所述广告时段信息和广告服务器提供的广告决策信息确定允许广 告插入时, 则广告插入合法。
当监控中心收到所述校验值更新消息时, 监控中心可以向所 述广告插入设备回应校验值更新应答消息。 例如, 监控中心回应 校验值更新应答消息,所述校验值更新应答消息中可以携带 OK表 示广告插入合法, 或者携带 NO表示广告插入不合法。 所述广告插 入设备接收所述校验值更新应答消息。
所述插入模块 203可以通过数字节目插播技术在所述广告时段 插入广告内容。
可选的, 所述插入模块 203也可以在收到所述更新应答消息 后, 当广告插入合法时, 在所述广告时段插入广告内容。
所述发送器 204转发所述插入广告内容的媒体内容。 参见图 4, 是本发明实施例提供的一种广告插入的系统框图, 所述系统包括广告插入设备 301和监控中心 302。 其中:
所述广告插入设备 301, 用于获取媒体内容中的广告时段信息; 获取所述广告时段对应的广告内容; 用第二校验值更新第一校验值, 所述第一校验值是根据所述媒体内容和加密算法得到的校验值, 所 述第二校验值是根据所述广告内容和加密算法得到的校验值; 在所 述广告时段插入所述广告内容; 转发所述插入广告内容的媒体内 容。
所述广告插入设备 301可以是业务网关, 路由器, 交换机等。 例如靠近终端的业务路由器, 边缘路由器, 汇聚交换机, 边缘交 换机等。 所述广告插入设备 301可以根据本地保存的广告插入策略获取 媒体内容的广告时段信息。
所述广告插入设备 301也可以从其它设备获取媒体内容的广告 时段信息。
所述广告插入设备 301也可以监测所述媒体内容,当监测到所述 媒体内容中有广告时段时, 获取所述媒体内容的广告时段信息。例如 监测媒体内容中是否有插播提示信息, 当监测到插播提示信息时, 从 插播提示信息中获取广告时段信息。
所述广告插入设备 301还用于在获取媒体内容的广告时段信息 之前, 获取所述第一校验值。 所述第一校验值是根据所述媒体内 容和加密算法, 得到的校验值。
算法, 得到的各个校验值; 也可以包括根据所述媒体内容中的关键帧 和加密算法,得到各个校验值。 所述关键帧是指为其他帧解码提供参 考的帧, 或者可以独立解码的帧。
所述第一校验值可以由头端或其他设备携带在所述媒体内容 中。
所述第一校验值也可以由监控中心 302通过其他途径, 例如信 令通道发送给所述广告插入设备 301。
所述第一校验值可以经过加密或签名。
如果所述广告插入设备 301 获取第一校验值, 所述广告插入 设备 301可以对接收到的媒体内容做校验,以确定媒体内容是否被 非法篡改、 删除或替换。 所述广告插入设备 301 可以根据本地接收 到的媒体内容和加密算法, 得到本地校验值。 该加密算法与获取第 一校验值的加密算法相同。 所述广告插入设备 301可以通过硬件运 行所述加密算法。 所述广告插入设备 301 将所述本地校验值与所述 第一校验值进行比较。 当所述本地校验值与所述第一校验值相同时, 校验通过, 所述广告插入设备 301转发所述媒体内容。 当所述本地 校验值与所述第一校验值不同时, 校验不通过。 当校验不通过时, 所 述广告插入设备 301 可以向监控中心发送校验失败的告警消息, 所 述告警消息中可以包含所述第一校验值; 所述广告插入设备 301 也 可以根据监控策略处理所述媒体内容, 例如停止转发所述媒体内容。 所述监控策略可以由监控中心下发, 也可以本地生成。
所述系统还可以包括终端 303, 用于接收所述媒体内容。
所述终端 303 包括机顶盒, IPTV电视机, 具有 IPTV功能的移 动终端等。
所述广告插入设备 301可以在本地存储的广告内容中选择合 适的广告, 获取对应的广告内容, 也可以从其他设备, 例如广告 服务器获取广告内容。
举例来说, 当监测到所述媒体内容中有广告时段时, 所述广告 插入设备 301向广告服务器发送插播请求消息, 所述插播请求消 息中携带所述广告时段信息。广告服务器向所述广告插入设备 301 回应插播应答消息。 当广告服务器根据所述广告时段信息确定允许 在所述广告时段插播广告时, 广告服务器向所述广告插入设备 301 发送拼接请求消息, 所述广告插入设备 301向广告服务器回应拼接 应答消息。 所述广告插入设备 301获取广告服务器提供的所述广告 时段对应的广告内容。
广告服务器可以向监控中心 302发送广告决策信息, 所述广 告决策信息包括广告时段信息和是否允许插播指示(例如 OK表示 允许插播, NO表示不允许插播)。 所述广告插入设备 301可以根据所述广告内容和加密算法, 得 到所述第二校验值。 该加密算法与获取第一校验值的加密算法相 同。 所述广告插入设备 301可以通过硬件运行所述加密算法。 如果 第一校验值包括根据媒体内容中的各个帧和加密算法得到的各个校 验值,则第二校验值包括根据广告内容中的各个帧和加密算法得到的 各个校验值。如果第一校验值包括根据媒体内容中的关键帧和加密算 法得到的各个校验值,则第二校验值包括根据广告内容中的相应关键 帧和加密算法得到的各个校验值。
所述系统还可以包括下游监控设备 304。
当所述媒体内容中包括所述第一校验值时, 所述广告插入设 备 301可以用所述第二校验值更新所述媒体内容中携带的所述第 一校验值, 以使下游监控设备 304根据第二校验值对媒体内容中 的广告内容部分进行校验。
所述广告插入设备 301也可以发送校验值更新消息, 以使下 游监控设备 304用所述第二校验值更新所述第一校验值, 并根据 所述第二校验值对媒体内容中的广告内容部分进行校验。 所述校 验值更新消息中包含所述第二校验值。 所述广告插入设备 301发 送校验值更新消息以用第二校验值更新所述第一校验值的方式, 可 以适用于第一校验值携带在媒体内容中的情况,也可以适用于第一 校验值来自监控中心 302的情况。
所述校验值更新消息中还可以包含所述广告插入设备 301的 身份信息, 所述广告时段信息等。
所述广告插入设备 301可以向所述监控中心 302发送校验值 更新请求消息, 以使监控中心 302向下游监控设备 304发送所述 第二校验值, 使下游监控设备 304用所述第二校验值更新所述第 一校验值。 当所述校验值更新消息中包含所述广告插入设备 301 的身份信息时, 监控中心 302可以根据该身份信息判断所述校验 值更新消息是否合法。 当监控中心 302确定所述校验值更新消息 合法时, 向下游监控设备 304发送所述第二校验值, 使下游监控 设备 304用所述第二校验值更新所述第一校验值。
所述广告插入设备 301也可以向下游监控设备 304发送所述 校验值更新消息, 以使下游监控设备 304根用所述第二校验值更 新所述第一校验值。 当所述校验值更新消息中包含所述广告插入 设备 301的身份信息时, 下游监控设备 304可以根据该身份信息 判断所述校验值更新消息是否合法。 当下游监控设备 304确定所 述校验值更新消息合法时, 用所述第二校验值更新所述第一校验 值。
所述身份信息可以是数字证书或安全联盟, 监控中心 302或 下游监控设备 304可以根据所述数字证书或安全联盟认证所述广 告插入设备。 当认证通过时, 所述校验值更新消息合法。
所述身份信息也可以是设备地址,例如 IP地址, MAC地址等, 监控中心 302或下游监控设备 304可以根据所述设备地址,判断所 述广告插入设备 301是否是可信设备。 当所述广告插入设备 301 是可信设备时, 所述校验值更新消息合法。
监控中心 302也可以进一步根据所述广告时段信息判断广告 插入是否合法。 例如, 当所述校验值更新消息合法, 且监控中心 根据所述广告时段信息和广告服务器提供的广告决策信息确定允 许广告插入时, 则广告插入合法。
当监控中心 302收到所述校验值更新消息时, 监控中心 302 可以向所述广告插入设备 301回应校验值更新应答消息。 例如, 监控中心 302回应校验值更新应答消息, 所述校验值更新应答消 息中可以携带 OK表示广告插入合法,或者携带 NO表示广告插入 不合法。 所述广告插入设备 301接收所述校验值更新应答消息。
所述广告插入设备 301可以通过数字节目插播技术在所述广告 时段插入广告内容。
可选的, 所述广告插入设备 301也可以在收到监控中心 302回 应的更新应答消息后, 当广告插入合法时, 在所述广告时段插入 广告内容。
所述广告插入设备 301转发所述插入广告内容的媒体内容。 所述下游监控设备 304 可以根据所述第二校验值对所述媒体 内容中的广告内容部分进行校验。 当校验通过时, 向所述终端 303 转发所述插入广告内容的媒体内容。
所述终端 303还用于接收所述插入广告内容的媒体内容。
采用本发明实施例提供的技术方案,可以支持并监控合法的广告 插入, 同时通过对媒体内容的校验, 可以监控内容在传输过程中是否 被篡改、 删除或替换, 保证内容被正确传输到终端用户。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或 部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存 储于计算机可读存储介质中, 所述存储介质可以是 ROM/RAM, 磁盘 或光盘等。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范 围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技 术范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围 之内。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种广告插入方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
广告插入设备获取媒体内容中的广告时段信息;
获取所述广告时段对应的广告内容;
用第二校验值更新第一校验值,所述第一校验值是根据所述媒体 内容和加密算法得到的校验值, 所述第二校验值是根据所述广告内 容和加密算法得到的校验值;
在所述广告时段插入所述广告内容;
转发所述插入广告内容的媒体内容。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用第二校验 值更新第一校验值, 具体包括:
发送校验值更新消息, 以使下游监控设备用所述第二校验值 更新所述第一校验值, 所述校验值更新消息中包含所述第二校验 值。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述发送校验值 更新消息, 以使下游监控设备用所述第二校验值更新所述第一校 验值, 具体包括:
向监控中心发送所述校验值更新消息, 所述校验值更新消息 中还包含所述广告插入设备的身份信息;
以使监控中心根据所述广告插入设备的身份信息确定广告插 入合法时, 向下游监控设备发送所述第二校验值, 使下游监控设 备用所述第二校验值更新所述第一校验值。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述发送校验值 更新消息, 以使下游监控设备用所述第二校验值更新所述第一校 验值, 具体包括: 向下游监控设备发送所述校验值更新消息, 所述校验值更新 消息中还包含所述广告插入设备的身份信息;
以使下游监控设备根据所述广告插入设备的身份信息确定广 告插入合法时, 用所述第二校验值更新所述第一校验值。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用第二校验 值更新第一校验值, 具体包括:
当所述媒体内容中包括所述第一校验值时, 用所述第二校验 值更新所述媒体内容中的所述第一校验值。
6、 一种广告插入设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取模块, 用于获取媒体内容的广告时段信息; 还用于获取所 述广告时段对应的广告内容;
更新模块, 用第二校验值更新第一校验值, 所述第一校验值是根 据所述媒体内容和加密算法得到的校验值, 所述第二校验值是根据 所述广告内容和加密算法得到的校验值;
插入模块, 用于在所述广告时段插入广告内容;
发送器, 用于转发所述插入广告内容的媒体内容。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的广告插入设备, 其特征在于, 所述更 新模块具体用于:
当所述媒体内容中包括所述第一校验值时,用所述第二校验值 更新所述媒体内容中的所述第一校验值。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的广告插入设备, 其特征在于, 所述更 新模块具体用于:
发送校验值更新消息, 以使下游监控设备用所述第二校验值 更新所述第一校验值,所述校验值更新消息中包含所述第二校验 值。
9、 一种广告插入系统, 其特征在于, 包括广告插入设备和监控 中心, 其中:
所述广告插入设备, 用于获取媒体内容中的广告时段信息; 获 取所述广告时段对应的广告内容; 用第二校验值更新第一校验值, 所 述第一校验值是根据所述媒体内容和加密算法得到的校验值, 所述 第二校验值是根据所述广告内容和加密算法得到的校验值; 在所述 广告时段插入所述广告内容; 转发所述插入广告内容的媒体内容。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包括 终端, 用于接收所述插入广告内容的媒体内容。
