具体的, 系统服务器向主控 MS返回鉴权通过响应, 并通过呼叫请求 与受控 MS建立连接, 在连接建立成功后, 将更新信息通过 SDB消息发送 到受控 MS;
进一步的, 系统服务器对业务控制信息进行保存, 具体的, 在系统服 务器中设置 UTCT,将业务控制信息中对受控 MS需要控制的业务及对应的 被控时间段, 保存到 UTCT中。
步骤 106: 受控 MS存储更新信息, 在启动业务时, 判断当前时间是否 在更新信息中该业务的被控时间段内,如果在,则执行步骤 107;如果不在, 则执行步骤 108;
具体的, 受控 MS解析出 SDB消息中的更新信息, 将得到的更新信息 按照更新的方式存储在 flash中, 所述更新的方式, 即用得到的更新信息覆 盖原先存储的更新信息; 受控 MS在启动业务时, 在存储的更新信息中查 找是否有该业务的被控时间段, 如果没有, 则业务正常启动; 如果有, 则 提取系统当前时间, 判断当前时间是否在更新信息中该业务的被控时间段 内, 如果在, 则执行步骤 107; 如果不在, 则执行步骤 108;
进一步的, 受控 MS将得到的更新信息存储在内存中, 在内存存储的 业务控制信息中查找是否有所要启动业务的被控时间段, 防止多次对 flash 进行读操作;
进一步的, 所述受控 MS将得到的更新信息存储在 flash中成功之后, 受控 MS发送更新成功响应给系统服务器, 系统服务器收到更新成功响应 后, 关闭与受控 MS的连接;
进一步的, 所述受控 MS将得到的更新信息存储在 flash中失败之后, 受控 MS发送更新失败响应给系统服务器, 系统服务器启动定时器, 经过 设定的时间后, 再次将更新信息通过 SDB消息发送到受控 MS, 执行本步 骤。
步骤 107: 停止启动所述业务, 结束流程;
步骤 108: 所述业务正常启动。
为实现上述方法, 本发明还提供了一种控制移动终端业务的系统, 如 图 2所示, 该系统包括: MS 、 系统服务器 21 ; 其中, 根据控制关系, MS 可以分为用于控制其他 MS的主控 MS 22、 以及用于被控制的受控 MS 23; 并且每一个主控 MS 22可以控制多个受控 MS;
主控 MS 22, 用于发送业务控制信息到系统服务器 21 ; 所述业务控制 信息包括: 主控 MS 22的号码、 受控 MS 23的号码、 控制的业务及被控时 间段等信息;
系统服务器 21 , 用于按照控制关系登记主控 MS 22的号码与相应受控 MS 23的号码; 在收到业务控制信息后, 对主控 MS 22进行鉴权; 在鉴权 通过后, 将包括控制的业务及被控时间段的更新信息发送到受控 MS 23; 受控 MS 23 , 用于存储更新信息, 在启动业务、 且确定当前时间是在 更新信息中该业务的被控时间段内时, 停止启动所述业务;
所述系统服务器 21 , 用于按照控制关系登记主控 MS 22的号码与相应 受控 MS 23的号码, 具体的, 系统服务器 21设置 RCT, 通过后台管理系统 的远程更新, 按照控制关系, 将主控 MS 22的号码与相应受控 MS 23的号 码记录到 RCT中;
所述系统服务器 21 , 进一步用于对业务控制信息进行保存, 具体的, 所述系统服务器 21设置 UTCT, 将业务控制信息中对受控 MS 23需要控制 的业务及对应的被控时间段, 保存到 UTCT中;
所述系统服务器 21 , 还用于在鉴权不通过时, 向主控 MS 22发送鉴权 失败响应, 结束操作;
所述受控 MS 23存储更新信息, 具体的, 受控 MS 23将更新信息以覆 盖原先存储的更新信息的方式存储在 flash中;
所述受控 MS 23 , 还用于将更新信息存储在 flash中成功之后, 发送更 新成功响应给系统月良务器 21 ;
相应的, 所述系统服务器 21 , 还用于收到更新成功响应后, 关闭与受 控 MS 23的连接;
所述受控 MS 23 , 还用于将更新信息存储在 flash中失败之后, 发送更 新失败响应给系统服务器 21 ;
相应的, 所述系统服务器 21 , 还用于启动定时器, 经过设定的时间后, 再次将更新信息发送到受控 MS 23;
进一步的, 所述受控 MS 23还用于确定当前时间不是在更新信息中该 业务的被控时间段内时, 正常启动业务;
进一步的, 受控 MS 23将更新信息按照更新的方式存储在内存中, 在 内存存储的业务控制信息中查找是否有所要启动业务的被控时间段;
上述的业务控制信息与更新信息均通过现有的 SDB消息进行传输。 通过本发明的方法,将主控 MS的号码与相应受控 MS的号码按照控制 关系登记到系统服务器, 系统服务器在主控 MS鉴权通过后, 将包括控制 的业务及被控时间段的更新信息发送到受控 MS,受控 MS根据更新信息接 受控制, 如此, 可以实现在指定时间段内对指定用户使用移动终端业务的 控制, 方法灵活。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进 等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种控制移动终端业务的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 将主控移动终端 (MS ) 的号码与相应受控 MS的号码按照控制关系登 记到系统服务器;
主控 MS发送业务控制信息到系统服务器, 系统服务器收到业务控制 信息后, 对主控 MS进行鉴权;
在鉴权通过后, 系统服务器将包括控制的业务及被控时间段的更新信 息发送到受控 MS;
受控 MS存储更新信息, 在启动业务、 且确定当前时间在所述更新信 息中业务的被控时间段内时, 停止启动所述业务。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将主控 MS的号码 与相应受控 MS 的号码按照控制关系登记到系统服务器, 为: 在系统服务 器中设置角色控制表(RCT ), 按照控制关系, 将主控 MS的号码与相应受 控 MS的号码记录到 RCT中。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对主控 MS进行鉴 权, 为: 将业务控制信息中的主控 MS号码和受控 MS号码, 与登记的主控 MS号码和受控 MS号码进行匹配, 在匹配成功时, 鉴权通过。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 在 系统服务器中设置用户时间控制表 ( UTCT ) ,将业务控制信息中对受控 MS 需要控制的业务及对应的被控时间段, 保存到 UTCT中。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述受控 MS存储更新 信息, 为: 受控 MS将更新信息以覆盖原先存储的更新信息的方式存储在 闪存(flash ) 中;
所述受控 MS将更新信息存储在 flash中成功之后, 该方法还包括: 受 控 MS发送更新成功响应给系统服务器, 系统服务器收到更新成功响应后, 关闭与受控 MS的连接;
所述受控 MS将更新信息存储在 flash中失败之后, 该方法还包括: 受 控 MS发送更新失败响应给系统服务器, 系统服务器启动定时器, 经过设 定的时间后, 再次将更新信息发送到受控 MS。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务控 制信息包括:主控 MS的号码、受控 MS的号码、控制的业务及被控时间段; 系统服务器为数字集群通信系统中的调度服务器 ( PDS )。
7、 一种控制移动终端业务的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 主控 MS、 受控 MS、 系统服务器; 其中,
主控 MS, 用于发送业务控制信息到系统服务器;
系统服务器, 用于按照控制关系登记主控 MS 的号码与相应受控 MS 的号码; 在收到业务控制信息后, 对主控 MS 进行鉴权; 在鉴权通过后, 将包括控制的业务及被控时间段的更新信息发送到受控 MS;
受控 MS, 用于存储更新信息, 在启动业务、 且确定当前时间是在所述 更新信息中业务的被控时间段内时, 停止启动所述业务。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统服务器, 具体 用于设置 RCT, 通过后台管理系统的远程更新,按照控制关系, 将主控 MS 的号码与相应受控 MS的号码记录到 RCT中。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统服务器, 进一 步用于设置 UTCT,将业务控制信息中对受控 MS需要控制的业务及对应的 被控时间段, 保存到 UTCT中。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述受控 MS, 具体用 于将更新信息以覆盖原先存储的更新信息的方式存储在 flash中;
所述受控 MS, 还用于在将更新信息存储在 flash中成功之后, 发送更 新成功响应给系统服务器; 相应的, 所述系统服务器, 进一步用于收到更新成功响应后, 关闭与 受控 MS的连接;
所述受控 MS, 还用于将更新信息存储在 flash中失败之后, 发送更新 失败响应给系统服务器;
相应的, 所述系统服务器, 进一步用于启动定时器, 经过设定的时间 后, 再次将更新信息发送到受控 MS;
进一步的, 所述受控 MS还用于确定当前时间不是在更新信息中该业 务的被控时间段内时, 正常启动业务。
