一、 技术领域

二、 背景技术
已有的开启旋转式门窗不能隔热、 减震、 防噪音。 扇框外框均是采用铰链 连接,其承重力矩相当大,铰链也易于锈蚀,不美观。例如:专利 00239676. 9 一 种按式自动拉手门窗锁, 包括面板、 锁体、 锁扣, 其特征在于: 按键装于锁体 内, 锁扣通过转轴装于锁体与挡板之间, 按键的底部与锁扣之间设有传动机构, 面板的底部与锁扣之间设有弹性元件。 本实用新型结构简单合理, 安装使用方 便, 成本较低, 适合各类铝合金门窗使用。 专利 00211479. 8实用新型提供的是 一种双层断热铝合金门窗, 它包括框和扇, 框和扇均由两层铝合金型材及夹在 两层铝合金型材之间、 将两层铝合金型材连成一体的断热条组成, 断热条为两 层中空条, 两层中空条之间有连接件。 本实用新型用相当于单层门、 窗的铝合 金用量, 收到双层、 甚至比双层还要好的隔热效果。
三、 发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上不足, 提供一种隔热、 保温、 减震、 防噪音、 环保、 结构牢固的装配式铝木节能门窗。 铝木、 塑木、 钢木装配式复合节能门 窗, 有外框 (1 )、 扇框 (2), 其特征在于外框包括铝、 塑、 钢框层 (3 )、 与铝、 塑、钢框层成一体的成内八字和 /或外八字排列的铝、 塑、钢框连接条组件(4)、 有与铝、 塑、 钢框连接条组件配合的成外八字和 /或内八字排列的实木框连接槽 组件 (5 ) 并通过实木框连接槽组件和铝、 塑、 钢框连接条组件与铝、 塑、 钢框 层装配成一体的实木框层 (6 ), 扇框包括铝、 塑、 钢扇框层 ( 7 )、 与铝、 塑、 钢扇框层成一体的成内八字和 /或外八字排列的铝、塑、钢扇框连接条组件(8)、 有与铝、 塑、 钢扇框连接条组件配合的成外八字和 /或内八字排列的实木扇框连 接槽组件 (9 ) 并通过实木扇框连接槽组件和铝、 塑、 钢扇框连接条组件与铝、 塑、 钢扇框层装配成一体的实木扇框层 (10), 扇框上装有中空玻璃 (11 )。
装配连接采用倒钩, 分为尖(12)、 圆(13)、 半圆(14)三种结构; 方式为顺 挂、 倒挂、 左挂、 右挂; 木头与铝、 塑、 钢之间挖有空槽: 点接触。
一个锁定装置, 包括: 滑动接触, 滑动端包括一个滚筒, 滚轮, 轴承。 防止风和雨铝门窗设备包括一个窗口, 窗口内的一个结构, 外部窗口由较 低的帧组成, 两个侧架和上部结构; 风和雨防止装置由多元覆盖和堵塞的外壳 多元防水; 在窗扇与窗框之间采用双密封胶条, 双密封毛条的四道密封结构, 以提高门窗的密封、 保温性能。
