本发明公开了一种铝木、塑木、钢木装配式复合节能门窗,有外框(1)、扇框(2),外框包括铝、塑、钢框层(3)、与铝、塑、钢框层成一体的成内八字和/或外八字排列的铝、塑、钢框连接条组件(4)、有与铝、塑、钢框连接条组件配合的成外八字和/或内八字排列的实木框连接槽组件(5)并通过实木框连接槽组件和铝、塑、钢框连接条组件与铝、塑、钢框层装配成。装配连接采用倒钩,分为尖、圆、半圆三种结构;方式为顺挂、倒挂、左挂、右挂;木头与铝、塑、钢之间挖有空槽:点接触;本发明具有隔热、保温、减震、防噪音、环保、结构牢固的特点。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明与开启旋转式门窗有关,特别与装配式铝木节能门窗有关。
二、背景技术
已有的开启旋转式门窗不能隔热、减震、防噪音。扇框外框均是采用铰链连接,其承重力矩相当大,铰链也易于锈蚀,不美观。例如:专利00239676.9一种按式自动拉手门窗锁,包括面板、锁体、锁扣,其特征在于:按键装于锁体内,锁扣通过转轴装于锁体与挡板之间,按键的底部与锁扣之间设有传动机构,面板的底部与锁扣之间设有弹性元件。结构简单合理,安装使用方便,成本较低,适合各类铝合金门窗使用。专利00211479.8提供的是一种双层断热铝合金门窗,它包括框和扇,框和扇均由两层铝合金型材及夹在两层铝合金型材之间、将两层铝合金型材连成一体的断热条组成,断热条为两层中空条,两层中空条之间有连接件。用相当于单层门、窗的铝合金用量,收到双层、甚至比双层还要好的隔热效果。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上不足,提供一种隔热、保温、减震、防噪音、环保、结构牢固的装配式铝木节能门窗。铝木、塑木、钢木装配式复合节能门窗,有外框(1)、扇框(2),其特征在于外框包括铝、塑、钢框层(3)、与铝、塑、钢框层成一体的成内八字和/或外八字排列的铝、塑、钢框连接条组件(4)、有与铝、塑、钢框连接条组件配合的成外八字和/或内八字排列的实木框连接槽组件(5)并通过实木框连接槽组件和铝、塑、钢框连接条组件与铝、塑、钢框层装配成一体的实木框层(6),扇框包括铝、塑、钢扇框层(7)、与铝、塑、钢扇框层成一体的成内八字和/或外八字排列的铝、塑、钢扇框连接条组件(8)、有与铝、塑、钢扇框连接条组件配合的成外八字和/或内八字排列的实木扇框连接槽组件(9)并通过实木扇框连接槽组件和铝、塑、钢扇框连接条组件与铝、塑、钢扇框层装配成一体的实木扇框层(10),扇框上装有中空玻璃(11)。
装配连接采用倒钩,分为尖(12)、圆(13)、半圆(14)三种结构;方式为顺挂、倒挂、左挂、右挂;木头与铝、塑、钢之间挖有空槽:点接触。
一个锁定装置,包括:滑动接触,滑动端包括一个滚筒,滚轮,轴承。
防止风和雨铝门窗设备包括一个窗口,窗口内的一个结构,外部窗口由较低的帧组成,两个侧架和上部结构;风和雨防止装置由多元覆盖和堵塞的外壳多元防水;在窗扇与窗框之间采用双密封胶条,双密封毛条的四道密封结构,以提高门窗的密封、保温性能。
铝、塑、钢框复合装配连接条组件或铝、塑、钢扇框连接条组件中连接条的截面形状为外大内小的异型“一”字形。

下面结合附图具体介绍实施方式:在图1中,1为外框;2为扇框;11为扇框上装有中空玻璃。在图2中,1为外框;2为扇框;3为铝、塑、钢框层;4为铝、塑、钢框连接条组件;5为与铝、塑、钢框连接条组件配合的成外八字和/或内八字排列的实木框连接槽组件;6为通过实木框连接槽组件和铝、塑、钢框连接条组件与铝、塑、钢框层装配成一体的实木框层;7为扇框包括铝、塑、钢扇框层;8为与铝、塑、钢扇框层成一体的成内八字和/或外八字排列的铝、塑、钢扇框连接条组件;9为与铝、塑、钢扇框连接条组件配合的成外八字和/或内八字排列的实木扇框连接槽组件;10为通过实木扇框连接槽组件和铝、塑、钢扇框连接条组件与铝、塑、钢扇框层装配成一体的实木扇框层;11为扇框上装有中空玻璃。
