Abstract

The present invention relates to a process for enriching isotopes using colloidal substrates, the specific methodology of using them and to uses therefor. The substrate material of the invention comprises surface ionic groups covering at least part of the substrate. The substrate material of the invention provides a binding mechanism to the isotopes resulting in enrichment in at least one of the isotopes.
