具体实肺式 体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例进一步说明本发明实施例的技术方案。 本发明实施例公开了一种预付费计费的方法, 包括: S101 : 计费装置接收前端设备发送的 CCR(Credit Control Request,信用 控制请求), 该 CCR包含申请业务量和用户标识;
当 CCR用于申请预留资源时, CCR携带了 RSU( requested-service-imit, 请求业务量)和用户标识, 根据具体业务不同, 业务量可以有多种形式, 比如: 申请预留通话的时间, 申请预留的流量, 申请预留的总的字节数, 申请预留的输入字节数, 申请预留的输出字节数或其它的申请预留的特殊 计量单位。 前端设备可以包括 SCP、 GGSN等装置
当 CCR用于扣费时, CCR携带了 USU ( Used-service-unit, 已使用业 务量)和用户标识, 根据具体业务不同, 业务量可以有多种形式, 比如: 已通话的时间, 已使用的流量, 已使用的总的字节数, 已使用的输入字节 数, 已使用的输出字节数或其它的已使用的特殊计量单位。 申请业务量包含了请求业务量和已使用业务量。
S102: 计费装置根据用户标识, 确定本次请求符合免费资源处理条件, 生成免费资源账目明细;
计费装置根据用户标识, 获取当前计费场景, 并获得该当前计费场景 下相关的计费信息, 根据计费信息, 判断是否与免费资源处理条件相同, 如果相同, 则生成免费资源账目明细, 免费资源账目明细可以具体为免费 资源表, 它包含了申请业务量。
S103: 计费装置对申请业务量进行批价处理, 生成现金账目明细; 现金账目明细可以具体为现金账目列表, 现金账目列表包含申请业务 量批价得到的金额。
S104: 计费装置向余额管理中心发送携带所述现金账目明细和所述免 费资源账目明细的信用控制请求, 以便于所述余额管理中心根据所述现金 账目明细和所述免费资源账目明细进行费用核算。 计费装置接收余额管理中心发送的信用控制响应, 信用控制响应包含 了已核算的业务量。
本发明实施例计费装置根据计费策略, 由于计费装置在确定符合免费 资源使用的条件后生成免费资源列表(例如该免费资源列表包括申请业务 量), 以及对申请业务量进行批价处理得到现金账目列表, 并向 ABM发送 携带上述免费资源列表和现金账目列表的 CCR。 当免费资源账本的余额为 0时, 直接用现金账本进行预留费用, 而无需 ABM再次向 OCS发送消息, 从而减少了 OCS与 ABM的消息交互, 减轻了 OCS的多次批价的工作, 提 高计费的效率。 本发明实施例公开了另一种预付费计费的方法, 包括:
S201 : ABM接收计费装置发送的信用控制请求, 所述信用控制请求包 含现金账目明细和免费资源账目明细。 现金账目明细可以具体为现金账目列表, 现金账目列表包含申请业务 量批价得到的金额。 免费资源账目明细可以具体为免费资源表, 它包含了 申请业务量。
S202: ABM根据现金账目明细和免费资源账目明细, 进行核算费用; 如果免费资源账本中剩余的业务量大于申请业务量, 则利用免费资源 核算费用, 此时已核算的业务量等于申请业务量; 如果免费资源账本中剩 余的业务量小于申请业务量, 则利用免费资源核算费用, 此时已核算的业 务量等于所述免费资源账本中剩余业务量; 如果免费资源账本中剩余业务 量为零时, 则利用现金账本核算费用。
S203: ABM向所述计费装置发送信用控制响应, 所述信用控制响应包 含了已核算的业务量。 已核算的业务量可以用 GSU ( Granted-Service-Unit, 授权业务量)来 表示, 有时候, 也称为授权量。
本发明实施例计费装置根据计费策略, 由于计费装置在确定符合免费 资源使用的条件后生成免费资源列表, 以及对申请使用量进行批价处理得 到现金账目列表,并向 ABM发送携带上述免费资源列表和现金账目列表的 CCR。 当免费资源账本的余额为 0 时, 直接用现金账本进行预留费用, 而 无需 ABM再次向 OCS发送消息, 由 OCS再次向 ABM进行二次预留。 从 而减少了 OCS与 ABM的消息交互, 减轻了 OCS的多次批价的工作, 提高 计费的效率。
本发明实施例中当该用户账本存在免费资源时, 比如, 如图 3 所示的 应用场景中, 免费资源账本还剩余 25分钟, 使用该免费资源账本的条件包 括: 本地语音呼叫、 并且主叫和被叫的归属地相同; 当前计费申请时长为 5 分钟,通话时间的费率为 0.5元 /分钟,并且此时用户现金账本余额为 50元, 此时一种免费资源处理计费的方法具体过程如下所示。
S301 : OCS接收到前端设备发送用于申请预留时长的 CCR, 该 CCR 中包含了申请的预留时长和计费用户的用户标识, 用户标识可以是手机号 码, 或者短号码, 以及其他能够唯一标识计费用户的标识信息, 申请的预 留时长为 5分钟。
其中,前端设备可以是 SCP( Service Control Point,业务控制点),也可以 是 GGSN(Gateway GPRS Support Node, GPRS支持节点网关)等控制设备。
S302: OCS根据用户标识, 获取影响计费的相关信息。
在进行批价和计费过程中, 需要获知各种影响计费的相关信息, 比如: OCS接收的是一个主叫申请的预留时长, 因此需要获取该主叫的归属地是 什么,主叫归属地可以才艮据分析主叫号码的号段来判断,比如: 13828888*** 中判断该号段 13828888是属于深圳地区的, 获得 0755地区号码; 同样还 可以获取主叫拜访地和被叫归属地等计费的相关信息。
S303: OCS根据计费的相关信息, 判断本次 CCR申请的资源是否满足 免费资源使用条件,当判断本次申请的 CCR满足免费资源使用条件时, OCS 根据申请的预留时长, 生成账目明细。
由于本次申请的当前呼叫为语音计费时间事件、 呼叫类型为主叫类型, 主叫拜访地和被叫归属地相同,即主叫和被叫属于本地用户,上述该次 CCR 的计费的相关信息符合免费资源使用条件, 符合使用免费资源账本的规定。 此时 OCS根据申请的预留时长, 生成免费资源列表, 该免费资源列表表示 了请求预留免费资源的账目明细, 免费资源列表中包含了 3 个字段: Request- Acct-Item表示请求预留的账目明细,这里为请求预留免费资源的账 目明细; Acct-Item-Type-Id表示账目类型标识, 比如: 账目类型标识为 1 表示免费资源账目; Requested-Service-Unit表示申请预留的使用量,这里为 5分钟。 具体如表一所示

S304: 根据 CCR中携带的业务量, 进行批价处理, 得到批价结果。 OCS根据申请的预留时长, 用现金账本对应费率进行相应的批价。 比 如: 现金账本的费率为 0.5元 /分钟, 申请预留时长为 5分钟, 则批价得到 需要的费用为 5分钟 *0.5元 /分钟 =2.5元, 此时生成现金账目列表。 现金账 目列表中包含了 3个字段: Request-Acct-Item表示请求预留的账目明细, 这里为请求预留现金的账目明细; Acct-Item-Type-Id表示账目类型标识, 比 如: 账目类型标识为 2表示现金账目; Requested-Service-Unit表示申请预留 的使用量, 这里为 2.5元。 具体如表二所示

这里的账目类型标识为 1, 2只是作为一个例子, 在实际应用中, 可以 根据需要进行设置。
S305: OCS批价成功后, 向 ABM发送 CCR, 其中 CCR中携带了免费 资源列表和现金账目列表。
S306: ABM接收到上述 CCR后, 根据免费资源列表和现金账目列表 进行资源预留。
在进行资源预留时, 根据免费资源列表, ABM可以获知申请预留的是 免费资源, 且免费资源为 5分钟, 查询该免费资源账本中还剩余 25分钟的 免费资源, 因此免费资源充足, 直接预留免费资源, 且向 OCS 返回 CCA 消息, 该 CCA消息中携带了授权时长 5分钟, 即授权时长与申请的预留时 长相同。
如果此时免费资源账本的所剩余的时长少于申请的预留时长, 则将剩 下的全部免费资源都预留, 并向 OCS返回 CCA消息, 该 CCA消息中携带 了授权的全部免费时长, 即授权时长与免费资源账本剩余时长相同。
如果此时免费资源账本的余额为零, 则用现金账目列表进行资源预留, 在现金账本中预留申请的金额 2.5元, 向 OCS返回 CCA消息, 该 CCA消 息中携带了授权时长 5分钟, 即授权时长与申请的预留时长相同。
S307: OCS接收到 ABM发送的 CCA, 提取授权时长, 并向前端设备 发送携带授权时长的 CCA; 如果授权时长小于申请预留时长, 则表示本次 资金账目就不再扣了, 且不能告诉客户端已经是最后一个时间片了。
如果上述 S301中 SCP发送的 CCR中携带的 USU时, 即 SCP申请进 行实际的扣费, 扣费的流程同 S301-S305的流程, 这里不再赘述。
由于 OC S在确定符合免费资源使用的条件, 生成免费资源列表以及对 申请使用量进行批价处理得到现金账目列表,并向 ABM发送携带上述免费 资源列表和现金账目列表的 CCR, 当免费资源账本的余额为 0时, 直接用 现金账本进行预留费用, 而无需 ABM再次向 OCS发送消息, 从而减少了 OCS与 ABM的消息交互, 减轻了 OCS的多次批价的工作, 提高计费的效 率, 并实现了精确预留费用。 如图 4所示, 本发明实施例还提供了一种计费装置, 包括:
第一接收单元 41, 用于接收前端设备发送的信用控制请求, 所述信用 控制请求包含业务量和用户标识; 当 CCR用于申请预留资源时, CCR携带了和用户标识, 才艮据具体业务 不同, 业务量可以有多种形式, 比如: 申请预留通话的时间, 申请预留的 流量, 申请预留的总的字节数, 申请预留的输入字节数, 申请预留的输出 字节数或其它的申请预留的特殊计量单位。
当 CCR用于扣费时, CCR携带了 USU和用户标识, 根据具体业务不 同, 业务量可以有多种形式, 比如: 已通话的时间, 已使用的流量, 已使 用的总的字节数, 已使用的输入字节数, 已使用的输出字节数或其它的已 使用的特殊计量单位。
免费资源账目明细生成单元 42, 用于根据所述用户标识, 确定本次请 求符合免费资源处理条件, 生成免费资源账目明细;
免费资源账目明细生成单元 42根据用户标识, 获取相关的计费信息, 根据计费信息, 判断是否与免费资源处理条件相同, 如果相同, 则生成免 费资源账目明细, 免费资源账目明细可以具体为免费资源表, 它包含了申 请业务量。
现金账目明细生成单元 43, 用于对所述申请业务量进行批价处理, 生 成现金账目明细;
现金账目明细可以具体为现金账目列表, 现金账目列表包含业务量批 价得到的金额。
第一发送单元 44, 用于向余额管理中心发送携带所述现金账目明细和 所述免费资源账目明细的信用控制请求, 以便于所述余额管理中心根据所 述现金账目明细和所述免费资源账目明细进行费用核算。
其中, 本实施例所涉及的一个申请业务量、 现金账目明细、 免费资源 账目明细以及所涉及的具体工作过程, 可以参考上述图 2至图 3所涉及的 实施例揭露的相关内容, 在此不再赘述。 如图 5所示, 本发明实施例还提供了一种余额管理中心, 包括: 第二接收单元 51, 用于接收计费装置发送的信用控制请求, 所述信用 控制请求包含现金账目明细和免费资源账目明细; 现金账目明细可以具体为现金账目列表, 现金账目列表包含业务量批 价得到的金额。 免费资源账目明细可以具体为免费资源表, 它包含了申请 业务量。 核算单元 52, 用于根据所述现金账目明细和所述免费资源账目明细, 进行核算费用; 如果免费资源账本中剩余的业务量大于申请业务量, 则利用免费资源 核算费用, 此时已核算的业务量等于申请业务量; 如果免费资源账本中剩 余的业务量小于申请业务量, 则利用免费资源核算费用, 此时已核算的业 务量等于所述免费资源账本中剩余的业务量; 如果免费资源账本中剩余的 业务量为零时, 则利用现金账本核算费用。 第二发送单元 53, 用于向所述计费装置发送信用控制响应, 所述信用 控制响应包含了已核算的业务量。 其中, 本实施例所涉及的一个申请业务量、 现金账目明细、 免费资源 账目明细以及所涉及的具体工作过程, 可以参考上述图 2至图 3所涉及的 实施例揭露的相关内容, 在此不再赘述。 如图 6所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种预付费计费的系统, 包括: 计费装置 61, 用于接收前端设备发送的信用控制请求, 所述信用控制 请求包含申请业务量和用户标识; 根据所述用户标识, 确定本次请求符合 免费资源处理条件, 生成免费资源账目明细; 对所述申请业务量进行批价 处理, 生成现金账目明细; 向余额管理中心发送携带所述现金账目明细和 所述免费资源账目明细的信用控制请求, 以便于所述余额管理中心根据所 述现金账目明细和所述免费资源账目明细进行费用核算; 所述余额管理中心 62, 用于接收计费装置发送的信用控制请求, 所述 信用控制请求包含现金账目明细和免费资源账目明细; 根据所述现金账目 明细和所述免费资源账目明细, 进行核算费用; 向所述计费装置发送信用 控制响应, 所述信用控制响应包含了已核算的业务量。
其中, 本实施例所涉及的一个申请业务量、 现金账目明细、 免费资源 账目明细以及所涉及的具体工作过程, 可以参考上述图 2至图 3所涉及的 实施例揭露的相关内容, 在此不再赘述。 由于 OC S在确定符合免费资源使用的条件, 生成免费资源列表以及对 申请的使用量进行批价处理得到现金账目列表,并向 ABM发送携带上述免 费资源列表和现金账目列表的 CCR, 当免费资源账本的余额为 0时, 直接 用现金账本进行预留费用, 而无需 ABM再次向 OCS发送消息, 从而减少 了 OCS与 ABM的消息交互, 减轻了 OCS的多次批价的工作, 提高计费的 效率, 并实现了精确预留费用。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步 骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机 可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序 代码的介质。 最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对 其限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通 技术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修 改, 或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不 使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

权利要求
1、 一种免费资源处理的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收前端设备发送的信用控制请求, 所述信用控制请求包含申请业务 量和用户标识;
根据所述用户标识, 确定本次请求符合免费资源处理条件, 生成免费 资源账目明细;
对所述申请业务量进行批价处理, 生成现金账目明细; 向余额管理中心发送携带所述现金账目明细和所述免费资源账目明细 的信用控制请求, 以便于所述余额管理中心根据所述现金账目明细和所述 免费资源账目明细进行费用核算。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述免费资源账目明细 包括所述申请业务量。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述现金账目明细包括 所述申请业务量批价得到的金额。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 接收所述余额 管理中心发送的信用控制响应, 所述信用控制响应包含了已核算的业务量。
5、 一种免费资源处理的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收计费装置发送的信用控制请求, 所述信用控制请求包含现金账目 明细和免费资源账目明细; 根据所述现金账目明细和所述免费资源账目明细, 进行核算费用; 向所述计费装置发送信用控制响应, 所述信用控制响应包含了已核算 的业务量。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述免费资源 账目明细包含申请业务量, 所述根据所述现金账目明细和所述免费资源账目明细, 进行核算费用, 包括: 如果免费资源账本中剩余业务量大于所述申请业务量, 则利用免费 资源核算费用, 已核算的业务量等于所述申请业务量; 如果免费资源账本 中剩余的业务量小于所述申请业务量, 则利用免费资源核算费用, 已核算 的业务量等于所述免费资源账本中剩余的业务量; 如果免费资源账本中剩 余的业务量为零时, 则利用现金账本核算费用。
7、 一种计费装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接收单元, 用于接收前端设备发送的信用控制请求, 所述信用控 制请求包含申请业务量和用户标识; 免费资源账目明细生成单元, 用于根据所述用户标识, 确定本次请求 符合免费资源处理条件, 生成免费资源账目明细;
现金账目明细生成单元, 用于对所述申请业务量进行批价处理, 生成 现金账目明细; 第一发送单元, 用于向余额管理中心发送携带所述现金账目明细和所 述免费资源账目明细的信用控制请求, 以便于所述余额管理中心根据所述 现金账目明细和所述免费资源账目明细进行费用核算。
8、 一种余额管理中心, 其特征在于, 包括: 第二接收单元, 用于接收计费装置发送的信用控制请求, 所述信用控 制请求包含现金账目明细和免费资源账目明细; 核算单元, 用于根据所述现金账目明细和所述免费资源账目明细, 进 行核算费用; 第二发送单元, 用于向所述计费装置发送信用控制响应, 所述信用控 制响应包含了已核算的业务量。
9、 一种免费资源处理的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 计费装置, 用于接收前端设备发送的信用控制请求, 所述信用控制请 求包含申请业务量和用户标识; 根据所述用户标识, 确定本次请求符合免 费资源处理条件, 生成免费资源账目明细; 对所述申请业务量进行批价处 理, 生成现金账目明细; 向余额管理中心发送携带所述现金账目明细和所 述免费资源账目明细的信用控制请求, 以便于所述余额管理中心根据所述 现金账目明细和所述免费资源账目明细进行费用核算;
所述余额管理中心, 用于接收计费装置发送的信用控制请求, 所述信 用控制请求包含现金账目明细和免费资源账目明细; 根据所述现金账目明 细和所述免费资源账目明细, 进行核算费用; 向所述计费装置发送信用控 制响应, 所述信用控制响应包含了已核算的业务量。
