为了解决上述问题, 本发明的目的是提供一种交互式网络电视系统中 点播节目的方法及装置, 当用户在书签列表中选中书签信息后, 可直接定 位到节目所在的 EPG页面或者直接向媒体资源服务器请求节目对应的媒体 资源, 从而使得用户能更高效、 更方便的使用书签播放功能, 有效提高了 用户使用 IPTV系统的体验效果。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种交互式网络电视系统中点播节目的方法, 所述方法包括: 步骤 1、机顶盒获取书签列表,所述书签列表中记录有节目的书签信息; 步骤 2、根据用户在所述书签列表中选择的书签信息, 直接向媒体资源 服务器请求所述节目对应的媒体资源; 或者, 所述机顶盒与 EPG电子节目 菜单服务器交互, 所述机顶盒将所述书签信息对应节目所在的 EPG页面显 示到显示终端上。
所述书签信息包括: 节目名称和所述节目的媒体资源地址;
所述步骤 2包括: 根据用户选择的所述节目的媒体资源地址, 所述机顶盒直接向媒体资 源服务器请求所述节目对应的媒体资源。
所述步骤 2还包括:
当利用所述媒体资源地址点播节目不成功时, 所述机顶盒携带所述节 目名称向 EPG服务器请求所述节目所在的 EPG页面;
所述机顶盒接收所述 EPG服务器返回的所述节目所在的 EPG页面,并 将所述 EPG页面主页显示到显示终端上。
所述步骤 2还包括:
当与所述节目名称对应的节目不存在时, 所述机顶盒接收所述 EPG服 务器返回的 EPG主页, 将所述 EPG主页显示到显示终端上。
所述步骤 2还包括:

所述处理模块还用于: 当与所述节目名称对应的节目不存在时, 接收 所述 EPG服务器返回的 EPG主页,并将所述 EPG主页显示到显示终端上。

一种交互式网络电视系统中点播节目的方法, 所述方法包括: EPG 电子节目菜单服务器根据用户登陆请求中的用户信息, 在书签列 表中查询出与所述用户信息对应的书签列表;
所述 EPG服务器将查询得到的所述书签列表发送给机顶盒;
所述 EPG服务器根据机顶盒发送的由用户选取的所述书签信息, 查询 出与所述书签信息对应的节目所在的 EPG页面, 或者所述节目对应的媒体 资源地址; 资源地址返回给所述机顶盒。
一种交互式网络电视系统中点播节目的装置, 包括:
查询模块, 用于根据用户登陆请求中的用户信息, 在书签列表中查询 出与所述用户信息对应的书签列表; 以及根据机顶盒发送的由用户选取的 所述书签信息, 查询出与所述书签信息对应的节目所在的 EPG页面, 或者 查询出所述节目对应的媒体资源地址;
发送模块, 用于将查询得到的所述书签列表发送给机顶盒; 以及将查 询得到的所述节目所在的 EPG页面或者所述节目对应的媒体资源地址返回 给所述机顶盒。
由上述技术方案可知, 本发明方法及装置, 通过记录节目的书签信息, 并将该书签信息存储到书签列表中, 当用户需要点播节目时, 机顶盒可将 该书签列表显示到显示终端上, 根据用户在该书签列表中选择书签信息, 机顶盒可直接将节目所在的 EPG页面显示到显示终端上或者直接向媒体资 源服务器请求节目对应的媒体资源, 从而使得用户能更高效、 更方便的使 用书签播放功能, 有效提高了用户使用 IPTV系统的体验效果。 附图说明

为了使本发明实施例的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 下面结 合实施例和附图, 对本发明实施例做进一步详细地说明。 在此, 本发明的 示意性实施例及说明用于解释本发明, 但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例一
参见图 2,为本发明的实施例一中 IPTV系统中点播节目的方法流程图, 具体步骤如下:
步骤 201、机顶盒获取一书签列表, 所述书签列表中记录有节目的书签 信息;
例如当用户退出节目播放时, 机顶盒记录节目的书签信息, 使得当用 户需要点播该节目时, 可通过选择该书签信息的方式, 直接定位到该节目 所在的 EPG页面, 或者直接向媒体资源服务器请求节目对应的媒体资源, 从而方便用户继续观看节目。 该书签信息包括节目名称和该节目的媒体资 源地址。 可由 IPTV系统或用户选择定位到该节目所在的 EPG页面, 还是 直接向媒体资源服务器请求对应的媒体资源, 从而免去了现有书签点播过 程中的中间繁瑣步骤。
在本实施例中, 该书签列表可存储在机顶盒中, 当然也可存储在 EPG 服务器中。 该书签列表在显示时可釆用最新的书签信息最上面显示策略; 当书签信息被用户成功使用后(点播成功后), 可自动将该书签信息从书签 列表中删除; 当书签信息的数目超过书签列表的长度后, 也可自动删除时 间最久的书签信息。
步骤 202、 当用户需要书签点播节目时, 机顶盒将书签列表显示到显示 终端上;
例如用户通过遥控器向机顶盒发送书签点播节目的请求消息, 机顶盒 接收到该请求消息后, 将保存的书签列表显示在显示终端上, 此时该书签 列表中存储有历史书签信息 (之前记录的书签信息)。
步骤 203、根据用户在该书签列表中选择的书签信息, 直接向媒体资源 服务器请求节目对应的媒体资源, 或者机顶盒与 EPG服务器交互, 机顶盒 将书签信息对应节目所在的 EPG页面显示到显示终端上。
也就是,机顶盒根据用户选择的书签信息,直接定位到节目所在的 EPG 页面或者直接向媒体资源服务器请求节目对应的媒体资源, 该媒体资源可 以是音视频流媒体资源, 当然也可以是其他媒体资源, 例如电子书等。
由上述技术方案可知, 由于可通过书签信息直接定位到节目所在的 EPG 页面, 或者根据该书签信息直接向媒体资源服务器请求节目对应的媒 体资源, 从而使得用户能更高效、 更方便的使用书签播放功能, 有效提高 了用户使用 IPTV系统的体验效果。
下面通过两个具体的实施例来详细介绍本实施例中 IPTV 系统中点播 节目的方法流程。 在步骤 301〜步骤 312中机顶盒记录的书签信息包括节目 名称, 而在步骤 401~410 中机顶盒记录的书签信息包括节目名称和节目的 媒体资源地址, 机顶盒通过节目名称可直接定位到节目所在的 EPG页面, 或者通过节目的媒体资源地址直接向媒体资源服务器请求节目对应的媒体 资源。
参见图 3 , 为本发明的实施例一中 IPTV系统中点播节目的方法流程图 一, 具体步骤如下: 步骤 301、 记录节目的书签信息;
例如: 当用户中途退出点播的节目时, 机顶盒可自动生成该节目的书 签信息。 该书签信息包括: 节目名称, 机顶盒通过该节目名称可直接定位 到节目所在的 EPG页面。
步骤 302、 机顶盒将书签信息添加到书签列表中。
例如: 可在机顶盒上设置一存储模块, 用来存储书签列表。 相应的可 在遥控器增加书签功能键: 首次按此功能键后, 调出书签列表, 将书签列 表在显示终端上显示出来, 再次按该功能键后, 释放书签列表, 返回之前 的显示。
步骤 303、 用户向机顶盒请求书签列表。
步骤 304、 机顶盒调出书签列表, 在显示终端上显示给用户。
步骤 305、 用户选中某条书签信息, 请求进入节目所在的 EPG页面。 步骤 306、 机顶盒携带书签信息向 EPG服务器请求节目所在的 EPG页 面。
也就是, 根据用户选择的书签信息, 该机顶盒携带该书签信息向 EPG 服务器请求节目所在的 EPG页面。
步骤 307、 EPG服务器收到请求后,对请求信息进行分析并组合电子菜 单: 如果请求消息没有书签信息, 则将 EPG主页反馈给机顶盒; 如果请求 消息有书签信息, 根据书签信息进行查询, 如果节目还在, 则将节目所在 的 EPG页面返回给机顶盒, 否则将 EPG主页反馈给机顶盒, 并提示用户该 节目已不存在。
步骤 308、 机顶盒将节目所在的 EPG页面显示到显示终端上。
也就是,机顶盒接收 EPG服务器返回的节目所在的 EPG页面, 并将该 EPG 页面显示到显示终端上, 例如通过显示到显示终端的方式, 此时光标 可聚焦在书签信息处(如果看是的电视剧的第 6 集, 则将光标聚焦在第 6 集上 )。
步骤 309、 用户进行节目点播。
步骤 310、 机顶盒向媒体资源服务器请求媒体资源。
当用户在 EPG页面上进行选择节目的操作后, 机顶盒根据用户选择的 节目, 向媒体资源服务器请求该节目对应媒体资源。
步骤 311、 将媒体资源发送给机顶盒。
步骤 312、 删除该书签信息。
也就是, 当节目点播成功后, 机顶盒将书签列表中与该节目对应的书 签信息删除。
参见图 4, 为本发明的实施例一中 IPTV系统中点播节目的方法流程图 二, 具体步骤如下:
步骤 401、 记录节目的书签信息;
例如: 当用户中途退出点播的节目时, 机顶盒自动生成该点播节目的 书签信息。 该书签信息包括: 节目名称和节目的媒体资源地址, 机顶盒通 过该节目名称可直接定位到节目所在的 EPG页面, 或者通过节目的媒体资 源地址直接向媒体资源服务器请求节目对应的媒体资源。
用户点播成功后, 将此节目的媒体资源地址保存到机顶盒中, 用户中 途以书签的方式退出点播节目。
步骤 402、机顶盒将节目名称和该节目的媒体资源地址添加到书签列表 中。
例如: 机顶盒上增加一个存储模块, 用来存储书签列表, 该书签列表 包含两项内容, 一项是节目名称, 另一项是节目所在媒体资源地址。 相应 的遥控器增加书签功能键: 首次按该功能键后, 调出书签列表, 显示给用 户, 再次按该功能键后, 释放书签列表。
步骤 403、 用户通过该遥控器的功能键向机顶盒请求书签列表。 步骤 404、 机顶盒调出书签列表, 显示给用户。
步骤 405、 用户选中某个书签信息进行点播。
步骤 406、机顶盒在前台根据书签信息中的媒体资源地址向媒体资源服 务器请求媒体资源, 同时在后台向 EPG服务器请求节目所在的 EPG页面。
也就是, 根据用户选择的节目的媒体资源地址, 机顶盒可直接向媒体 资源服务器请求节目对应的媒体资源。
步骤 407、 如果前台点播成功, 则进行播放, 播放结束后返回到后台请 求节目所在的 EPG页面,否则提示用户到节目所在的 EPG页面上重新请求, 然后退出前台的请求, 将后台请求的节目所在的 EPG页面转到前台。
步骤 408、 媒体资源服务器将媒体资源发送给机顶盒。
步骤 409、 EPG服务器收到请求后,对请求信息进行分析并组合电子菜 单: 如果节目还在, 则将节目所在的 EPG页面返回给机顶盒, 否则将 EPG 主页反馈给机顶盒, 并提示用户节目已不存在。
也就是, 当根据媒体资源地址点播节目不成功时, 机顶盒携带节目名 称向 EPG服务器请求节目所在的 EPG页面; 机顶盒接收 EPG服务器返回 的节目所在的 EPG页面, 并将 EPG页面显示到显示终端上。 当与书签对应 的节目不存在时, 机顶盒接收 EPG服务器返回的 EPG主页, 并将该 EPG 主页显示到显示终端上。
步骤 410、 删除该书签信息。
当节目点播成功后, 机顶盒将书签列表中与节目对应的书签信息删除。 上述两个方法实施例中, 首先将书签信息记录保存在机顶盒上, 然后 通过遥控器上的书签功能键来进入书签列表中, 以查找出与点播节目相关 的书签信息, 最后根据书签信息直接定位到节目所在的 EPG页面上, 或者 直接向媒体资源服务器请求节目对应的媒体资源。
在具体使用实施例一中的两种方法流程时,可由 IPTV系统选择或用户 选择定位到该节目所在的 EPG页面, 还是直接向媒体资源服务器请求对应 的媒体资源例如, 可在书签列表中增添 "进入 EPG页面" 和 "直接请求节 目 " 两个选项, 参见表 1 :

表 1 以用户选择方式为例: 当用户选择 "进入 EPG页面" 时, 机顶盒将该 节目所在的 EPG页面显示到显示终端上。 当用户选择 "直接请求节目 "时, 机顶盒根据媒体资源地址, 直接向媒体资源服务器请求该节目对应的媒体 资源。
参见图 5 ,为本发明的实施例一中 IPTV系统中点播节目的装置结构图, 该装置包括:
记录模块 51 , 用于获取书签列表中, 所述书签列表中记录有节目的书 签信息;
书签列表显示模块 52 , 将所述书签列表显示到显示终端上;
处理模块 53 , 用于根据用户在所述书签列表中选择的书签信息, 直接 向媒体资源服务器请求所述节目对应的媒体资源, 或者与 EPG电子节目菜 单服务器交互, 将所述书签信息对应节目所在的 EPG页面显示到显示终端 上。
上述处理模块 53还用于:当与书签对应的节目不存在时,接收所述 EPG 服务器返回的 EPG主页, 并将所述 EPG主页显示到显示终端上。
实施例二 在本实施例中, 首先在 EPG主页上增加功能选项 "书签列表", 当 EPG 服务器接收到用户登陆 IPTV请求后, EPG服务器根据用户信息查询用户的 历史书签信息, 在查询得到书签信息后, EPG服务器将书签信息对应节目 所在的 EPG页面或者节目对应的媒体资源地址返回给机顶盒, 再由机顶盒 将该节目所在的 EPG页面显示到显示终端或者机顶盒根据该媒体资源地址 直接向媒体资源服务器请求节目对应的媒体资源。
如图 6所示,为本发明的实施例二中 IPTV系统中点播节目的方法流程 图, 具体步骤如下:
步骤 601、 EPG服务器根据用户登陆请求中的用户信息在书签列表中, 查询出与用户信息对应的书签列表;
步骤 602、 EPG服务器将查询得到的书签列表发送给机顶盒, 由用户在 书签列表中选择书签信息;
步骤 603、 EPG服务器根据机顶盒发送的由用户选取的书签信息,查询 出与书签信息对应节目所在的 EPG页面, 或者节目对应的媒体资源地址; 步骤 604、 EPG服务器将节目所在的 EPG页面或者节目对应的媒体资 源地址返回给机顶盒。
由于 EPG服务器可根据书签信息直接定位到节目所在的 EPG页面或者 节目对应的媒体资源地址, 使得用户能够根据机顶盒提供的 EPG页面直接 进行节目点播, 从而简化了书签点播的操作过程, 从而使得用户能更高效、 更方便的使用书签播放功能, 有效提高了用户使用 IPTV系统的体验效果。
参见图 7,为本发明的实施例二中 IPTV系统中点播节目的方法流程图, 具体步骤如下:
步骤 701、 用户中途书签方式退出点播节目。
步骤 702、 机顶盒将书签信息发送给 EPG服务器。
在本步骤中, 该书签信息包括节目名称。 步骤 703、 EPG服务器将书签信息保存到用户信息中。
步骤 704、 用户登录 IPTV。
步骤 705、 机顶盒向 EPG服务器发送登录请求。
步骤 706、 EPG服务器收到登陆请求后,对请求信息进行分析并组合电 子菜单, 将 EPG的主页反馈给机顶盒: 在 EPG的主页上增加选项: 书签列 表。
步骤 707、 用户请求书签列表。
步骤 708、 机顶盒将用户信息和书签列表请求反馈给 EPG服务器。 步骤 709、 EPG服务器根据用户信息查询用户的历史书签记录,将书签 列表反馈给机顶盒。
步骤 710、 机顶盒将书签列表显示给用户。
步骤 711、 用户选中某个书签信息, 请求进入该节目所在的 EPG页面。 步骤 712、 机顶盒携带用户选择的书签信息向 EPG服务器请求节目所 在的 EPG页面。
步骤 713、 EPG服务器收到请求后,对请求信息进行分析并组合电子菜 单: 根据书签信息进行查询, 如果节目还在, 则将节目所在的 EPG页面返 回给机顶盒, 否则发送消息给机顶盒, 通知用户所选的节目已不存在, 并 在书签记录中删除该记录。
步骤 714、 机顶盒根据 EPG服务器的反馈信息做出相应的响应: 通知 用户节目已不存在或者显示节目所在的 EPG页面, 光标聚焦在书签处(如 果看是的电视剧的第 6集, 则将光标聚焦在第 6集上 )。
步骤 715、 用户进行书签点播。
步骤 716、 机顶盒向媒体资源服务器请求媒体资源。
步骤 717、 媒体资源服务器将媒体资源发送给机顶盒。
步骤 718、 点播成功后, 前台播放, 后台发消息通知 EPG服务器点播 成功。
步骤 719、EPG服务器收到点播成功消息后从用户信息中删除该书签信 息。
在本实施例中, 若 EPG服务器记录的书签信息中节目名称和节目媒体 资源地址时, 可釆用类似步骤 401〜步骤 410中的节目点播方式, 此时上述 步骤 711中,用户选中某个书签信息后,请求进入该节目所在的 EPG页面, 若该节目存在, 即可继续执行步骤 711 , 若该节目不存在, 则还可根据节目 媒体资源地址向媒体资源服务器请求媒体资源。
如图 8所示,为本发明的实施例二中 IPTV系统中点播节目的装置结构 图, 该装置包括:
查询模块 81 , 用于根据用户登陆请求中的用户信息在书签列表中, 查 询出与所述用户信息对应的书签列表; 以及根据机顶盒发送的由用户选取 的所述书签信息, 查询出与所述书签信息对应节目所在的 EPG页面, 或者 查询出所述节目对应的媒体资源地址;
发送模块 82, 用于将查询得到的所述书签列表发送给机顶盒, 由用户 在所述书签列表中选择书签信息; 以及将查询得到的所述节目所在的 EPG 步骤 301〜步骤 312和步骤 701〜步骤 719是先执行登陆查询流程 (进入 节目所在的 EPG页面), 然后执行节目点播流程。 步骤 401〜步骤 410中是 同步执行登陆查询流程和点播流程。 当然步骤 701〜步骤 719也可仿照步骤 401〜步骤 410来制定一个新的步骤流程以同步执行登陆查询流程和点播流 程。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进 和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

权利要求书
1、 一种交互式网络电视系统中点播节目的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方 法包括:
步骤 1、机顶盒获取书签列表,所述书签列表中记录有节目的书签信息; 步骤 2、根据用户在所述书签列表中选择的书签信息, 直接向媒体资源 服务器请求所述节目对应的媒体资源; 或者, 所述机顶盒与 EPG电子节目 菜单服务器交互, 所述机顶盒将所述书签信息对应节目所在的 EPG页面显 示到显示终端上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述书签信息包括: 节 目名称和所述节目的媒体资源地址;
所述步骤 2包括:
根据用户选择的所述节目的媒体资源地址, 所述机顶盒直接向媒体资 源服务器请求所述节目对应的媒体资源。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 2还包括: 当利用所述媒体资源地址点播节目不成功时, 所述机顶盒携带所述节 目名称向 EPG服务器请求所述节目所在的 EPG页面;
所述机顶盒接收所述 EPG服务器返回的所述节目所在的 EPG页面,并 将所述 EPG页面主页显示到显示终端上。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 2还包括: 当与所述节目名称对应的节目不存在时, 所述机顶盒接收所述 EPG服 务器返回的 EPG主页, 将所述 EPG主页显示到显示终端上。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 2还包括: 所述机顶盒在所述显示终端上提示所述节目已经不存在。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一 步包括: 所述机顶盒将所述书签列表显示到显示终端上。
7、 一种交互式网络电视系统中点播节目的装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 获取模块, 用于获取书签列表中, 所述书签列表中记录有节目的书签 信息;
处理模块, 用于根据用户在所述书签列表中选择的书签信息, 直接向 媒体资源服务器请求所述节目对应的媒体资源; 或者, 与 EPG电子节目菜 单服务器交互, 将所述书签信息对应节目所在的 EPG页面显示到显示终端 上。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块还用于: 当与所述节目名称对应的节目不存在时, 接收所述 EPG服务器返回的 EPG 主页, 并将所述 EPG主页显示到显示终端上。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置进一步包括 书签列表显示模块, 用于将所述书签列表显示到显示终端上。
10、 一种交互式网络电视系统中点播节目的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 方法包括:
EPG 电子节目菜单服务器根据用户登陆请求中的用户信息, 在书签列 表中查询出与所述用户信息对应的书签列表;
所述 EPG服务器将查询得到的所述书签列表发送给机顶盒;
所述 EPG服务器根据机顶盒发送的由用户选取的所述书签信息, 查询 出与所述书签信息对应的节目所在的 EPG页面, 或者所述节目对应的媒体 资源地址; 资源地址返回给所述机顶盒。
11、 一种交互式网络电视系统中点播节目的装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 查询模块, 用于根据用户登陆请求中的用户信息, 在书签列表中查询 出与所述用户信息对应的书签列表; 以及根据机顶盒发送的由用户选取的 所述书签信息, 查询出与所述书签信息对应的节目所在的 EPG页面, 或者 查询出所述节目对应的媒体资源地址;
发送模块, 用于将查询得到的所述书签列表发送给机顶盒; 以及将查 询得到的所述节目所在的 EPG页面或者所述节目对应的媒体资源地址返回 给所述机顶盒。
