步骤 302、 用户 B未能正常接收该多媒体短消息, 彩信中心生成存储 请求并将存储请求和多媒体短消息发送给多媒体短消息处理装置; 步骤 303、 多媒体短消息处理装置中的用户请求入库模块接收到彩信 中心发送的多媒体短消息和存储请求, 将发送方号码、 接收方号码、 业务 类型、 彩信内容等消息入库并初始化标记位, 再将该存储请求和多媒体短 消息发送给受理模块进行鉴权;
步骤 304、 多媒体短消息处理装置中的受理模块检查用户 B是否具有 存储权限, 如果是, 则向用户请求入库模块返回更改对应鉴权的标记位为 成功的反馈信息, 发送多媒体短消息和存储请求给存储模块; 如果不是, 则丟弃该请求, 并向用户请求入库模块返回更改对应鉴权的标记位记为不 可重试失败的反馈信息, 同时终止流程;
步骤 305、多媒体短消息处理装置中的存储模块在接收到多媒体短消息 和存储命令后, 存储该多媒体短消息, 并向用户请求入库模块返回反馈信 息, 由其更改对应存储的标记位;
步骤 306, 存储模块在存储多媒体短消息后, 生成存储结果提示语, 并 发送给提示语下发模块;
步骤 307、 提示语下发模块在接收到存储模块发送的存储结果提示语 后, 发送存储结果提示语至短信中心;
步骤 308、 短信中心将存储结果提示语发送给用户 B。
在步骤 205和步骤 305中, 若存储模块没有成功存储多媒体短消息, 则可以返回存储失败的反馈信息, 由用户请求入库模块更改对应存储的标 记位为存储失败。 进一步, 本发明实施例还可以对这些失败的业务进行重 试操作, 当然, 多媒体短消息处理装置中的重试模块需要根据标记位来判 断该失败是否可以进行重试, 如果是由于鉴权不通过导致的失败, 则属于 不可重试的失败, 如果是由于冲突等存储时的意外导致的失败, 则可以进 行重试。
本发明实施例中, 用户还可以主动下载多媒体短消息, 如图 4所示, 包括: 步骤 401 ,用户通过互联网门户或者终端发送下载请求给多媒体短消息 处理装置;
步骤 402, 多媒体短消息中的用户请求入库模块接收到该下载请求后, 存储接收方终端号码、 彩信内容、 操作类型, 并在初始化标记位后从存储 模块中读取多媒体短消息发送给彩信中心;
步骤 403 , 彩信中心将该多媒体短消息发送给用户的终端;
步骤 404, 彩信中心返回发送结果给用户请求入库模块, 由用户请求入 库模块修改相应的标记位。
也可以由受理模块在对用户进行鉴权后, 再允许用户下载多媒体短消 息。
同时, 本发明实施例还允许用户编辑多媒体短消息或者对存储的多媒 体短消息进行修改。 用户请求入库模块在接收到用户发送的编辑请求和修 改请求后, 根据用户后续发送的操作内容, 对多媒体短消息进行相应的编 辑和爹改。
用户发送请求时, 可以通过移动终端发送, 也可以通过网站发送。 下面以具体实例说明进行多媒体短消息处理的过程: 当用户 Α主动上 传多媒体短消息时, 用户 A发送存储请求和要上传的多媒体短消息至彩信 中心, 彩信中心将存储请求与需要存储的多媒体短消息一并发送给多媒体 短消息处理装置, 或者, 当用户 A没能及时接收多媒体短消息时, 相应的 彩信中心生成相应的存储请求, 并将存储请求和未成功发送的多媒体短消 息一并发送给多媒体短消息处理装置。 多媒体短消息处理装置中的用户请 求入库模块接收到存储请求和多媒体消息后, 初始化标记位, 若存储多媒 体短消息的过程包括入库、 鉴权、 存储三个部分, 则可以设置 3个标记位, 在用户请求入库模块成功记录存储请求中用户标识、 业务类型等相关信息 并关联该多媒体消息后, 将对应入库的标记位设置为成功, 用户请求入库 模块将存储请求和多媒体短消息发送给业务受理模块进行鉴权, 业务受理 模块鉴权后, 反馈鉴权结果, 由用户请求入库模块修改对应鉴权的标记位, 如果鉴权通过, 业务受理模块继续将存储请求和多媒体短消息发送给存储 模块, 存储模块存储该多媒体短消息和必要的信息, 并向用户请求入库模 块返回存储结果, 由用户请求入库模块修改对应存储的标记位, 提示语下 发模块在存储模块存储该多媒体短消息操作结束后, 根据存储结果生成相 应的短消息, 通过短信中心发送给用户 A, 完成多媒体短消息存储的过程。
为进一步向用户提供较好的服务, 还可以仅对注册用户提供服务, 用 户注册的流程如图 5所示:
步骤 501、多媒体短消息处理装置中的用户请求入库模块接收用户发送 的注册请求, 该请求可以通过网站门户发送, 也可以通过移动终端发送; 步骤 502、多媒体短消息处理装置中的用户请求入库模块接收到该注册 请求后, 设置标记位, 并将该注册请求转发给业务受理模块;
步骤 503、 业务受理模块接收到注册请求后, 向用户返回注册码, 并向 用户请求入库模块反馈, 由用户请求入库模块更改标记位;
步骤 504、用户请求入库模块接收用户输入的注册码, 更改相应标记位 并将注册码转发给业务受理模块;
步骤 505、 业务受理模块验证注册码, 完成用户注册, 并向用户请求入 库模块反馈, 由用户请求入库模块更改标记位;
步骤 506、 业务受理模块生成注册结果提示语发送给提示语下发模块; 步骤 507、 提示语下发模块将提示语下发给短信中心;
步骤 508、 短信中心将注册结果提示语发送给用户。
更改标记位的操作是为了能够较好的实现业务, 在出现问题时能够及 时发现出现问题的环节, 并排除故障, 并非实现业务所必须的操作; 短消 息提示是为了进一步提高用户的感受度而设置, 也不是必要的操作。
对应的注销流程如图 6所示, 包括:
步骤 601、短信中心接收用户通过网站门户或者移动终端发送的销户请 求;
步骤 602、 短信中心将销户请求转发给多媒体短消息处理装置; 步骤 603、多媒体短消息处理装置中的用户请求入库模块记录该销户请 求, 并设置标记位后将该销户请求发送给业务受理模块;
步骤 604、 业务受理模块完成用户销户后, 向用户请求入库模块反馈, 由用户请求入库模块更改标记位;
步骤 605、 业务受理模块生成销户结果提示语发送给提示语下发模块; 步骤 606、 提示语下发模块将销户结果提示语下发给短信中心; 步骤 607、 短信中心将销户结果提示语发送给用户。
本发明实施例还提供一种多媒体短消息处理装置, 如图 7所示, 包括: 用户请求入库模块 701 ,用于接收彩信中心发送的存储请求以及需要存 储的多媒体短消息, 记录该多媒体短消息, 并初始化标记位, 以及根据各 模块的反馈修改相应标记位;
存储模块 702, 用于存储多媒体短消息, 并向用户请求入库模块 701反 馈存储结果。
进一步, 还可以用于提示用户业务执行的结果, 此时, 多媒体短消息 处理装置中还包括: 提示语下发模块 703 , 用于接收存储模块在存储用户发 送的多媒体短消息并向用户请求入库模块反馈存储结果后, 发送的存储结 果提示语, 并将存储结果提示语下发至短信中心, 并由短信中心将存储结 果提示语发送给用户, 以及向用户请求入库模块 701反馈提示语下发结果。
当多媒体短消息处理装置支持用户下载时, 用户请求入库模块 701 还 用于当接收到用户下载请求时, 修改相应标记位并将存储模块中存储的相 应多媒体短消息发送给彩信中心, 由彩信中心将相应的多媒体短消息发送 给用户。
当多媒体短消息处理装置支持用户对多媒体短消息的编辑和修改时, 用户请求入库模块 701 还用于, 根据用户的编辑修改请求和操作, 对存储 模块中存储的多媒体短消息进行相应编辑和修改。
当然, 多媒体短消息处理装置在接收到用户的请求后, 还可以对用户 进行鉴权, 此时, 多媒体短消息处理装置中还包括业务受理模块, 用于根 据用户请求入库模块 701接收并转发的用户请求, 对请求业务的用户进行 鉴权, 并向用户请求入库模块 701 反馈鉴权结果, 由用户请求入库模块根 据鉴权结果更改标记位。
本发明实施例提供的多媒体短消息处理装置还可以对失败的业务进行 重试, 在业务结束后或者定时启动重试模块, 重试模块检查用户请求入库 模块中各个业务的标记位, 删除或者忽略成功记录和不可重试失败的记录, 启动对可重试失败记录对应项目的重试。 其中, 不可重试失败通常为鉴权 失败等错误, 可重试失败通常为由于网络繁忙、 业务冲突或存储失误等原 因造成的失败。
本发明实施例还提供一种多媒体短消息处理系统, 如图 8所示, 包括: 彩信中心 801 , 用于发送存储请求以及需要存储的多媒体短消息; 多媒体短消息处理装置 802 ,用于接收彩信中心 801发送的存储请求和 需要存储的多媒体短消息, 并存储多媒体短消息。
进一步, 还可以通过文本短消息的方式通知用户业务执行的结果, 此 时, 系统中还包括: 短信中心 803 , 用于接收多媒体短消息处理装置在存储 多媒体短消息后发送的提示短消息, 并将提示短消息发送给用户。
其中, 多媒体短消息处理装置 802还用于:
当接收到用户通过用户终端发送的下载请求时, 修改相应标记位并将 存储模块中存储的相应多媒体短消息发送给彩信中心, 由彩信中心 801 将 相应的多媒体短消息发送给用户。
进一步, 多媒体短消息处理装置 802还用于, 根据用户通过终端设备 发送的编辑修改请求和操作, 对存储的多媒体短消息进行相应编辑和修改。
进一步, 多媒体短消息处理装置 802在接收到用户的请求后, 还可以 对用户进行鉴权, 仅执行鉴权通过的用户请求。
本发明实施例提供的多媒体短消息处理装置 801 还可以进一步对失败 的业务进行重试, 在业务结束后或者定时启动重试模块, 重试模块检查用 户请求入库模块中各个业务的标记位, 删除或者忽略成功记录和不可重试 失败的记录, 启动对可重试失败记录对应项目的重试。
本发明实施例提供一种多媒体短消息处理方法、 装置及系统, 通过对 存储请求和多媒体短消息的处理, 实现集中存储多媒体短消息, 避免了多 媒体短消息的丟失, 满足了用户不便于接收或存储多媒体短消息时的存储 需求, 并进一步便于用户下载、 编辑和修改存储的多媒体短消息。 本发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权 利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在 内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种多媒体短消息处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收彩信中心发送的存储请求, 以及需要存储的多媒体短消息; 根据所述存储请求记录所述多媒体短消息, 并初始化标记位; 存储所述多媒体短消息, 并更改对应的标记位。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收彩信中心发送的 存储请求以及需要存储的多媒体短消息, 具体为:
用户通过所述彩信中心主动发送的存储请求以及需要存储的多媒体短 消息; 或者,
所述彩信中心发送的发送失败的多媒体短消息以及彩信中心生产的存 储请求。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在存储所述多媒体短消息 并更改对应的标记位后, 还包括:
发送存储结果提示语至短信中心, 并由短信中心将所述存储结果提示 语发送给上传多媒体短消息的用户或者接收多媒体短消息失败的用户。
4、 如权利要求 1-3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 当接收到用户发送的下载请求时, 修改相应标记位并通过彩信中心将 相应的多媒体短消息发送给用户; 或者,
根据用户的编辑修改请求和操作, 对多媒体短消息进行相应编辑和修 改。
5、 一种多媒体短消息处理装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户请求入库模块, 用于接收彩信中心发送的存储请求以及需要存储 的多媒体短消息, 记录所述多媒体短消息, 并初始化标记位, 以及根据各 模块的反馈修改相应标记位;
存储模块, 用于存储所述多媒体短消息, 并向所述用户请求入库模块 反馈存储结果。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
提示语下发模块, 用于接收所述存储模块在存储所示多媒体短消息后 生成的存储结果提示语, 并下发给所述短信中心, 由所述短信中心将所述 存储结果提示语发送给用户, 以及向所述用户请求入库模块反馈提示语下 发结果。
7、 如权利要求 5或 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述用户请求入库模 块还用于:
当接收到用户下载请求时, 修改相应标记位并将所述存储模块中存储 的相应多媒体短消息发送给彩信中心, 由所述彩信中心将相应的多媒体短 消息发送给用户; 或者,
所述用户请求入库模块还用于, 根据用户的编辑修改请求和操作, 对 所述存储模块中存储的多媒体短消息进行相应编辑和修改。
8、 一种多媒体短消息处理系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
彩信中心, 用于发送存储请求以及需要存储的多媒体短消息; 多媒体短消息处理装置, 用于接收所述彩信中心发送的存储请求和需 要存储的多媒体短消息, 并存储所述多媒体短消息。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 还包括:
短信中心, 用于接收所述多媒体短消息处理装置在存储所述多媒体短 消息后发送的提示短消息, 并将所述提示短消息发送给用户。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述多媒体短消息 处理装置还用于:
当接收到用户通过所述用户终端发送的下载请求时, 修改相应标记位 并将所述存储模块中存储的相应多媒体短消息发送给所述彩信中心, 由所 述彩信中心将相应的多媒体短消息发送给用户; 或者,
所述多媒体短消息处理装置还用于, 根据用户通过终端设备发送的编 辑修改请求和操作, 对存储的多媒体短消息进行相应编辑和修改。
