上述用户终端不需要具备电视功能, 只需要具备短距离无线通信功能, 例如具备 wifi功能或蓝牙功能就可以。 一般的终端, 比如手机都具有流媒体 播放器, 用户通过终端的流媒体播放器就可以实时看到用户所喜欢的电视节 。 如图 2所示,本实施例的电视 Modem服务器可以包括以下几个功能模块: 接收广播电视信号功能模块、 无线通信模块、 转码功能模块、 数据解扰 功能模块、 移动通信模块、 网页内容管理服务器和流媒体服务器, 本实施例 的电视 Modem服务器作为电视基站能够被终端所访问,作为一个局域电视网 络的服务器, 为普通终端提供观看电视节目和上网功能。
其中, 无线通信模块, 例如 Wifi功能模块或蓝牙功能模块, 设置成与用 户终端建立无线通信。
接收广播电视信号功能模块设置成接收到用户终端发送的用户待观看的 电视节目的信息后, 通过电视芯片接收用户待观看的电视节目, 并将接收到 的电视节目发送给用户终端。
转码功能模块: 由于广播电视内容具有标清和高清的区别, 对于比较便 携的终端, 比如手机, 能够播放的通用视频格式大小都是: 320 X 240 (像素) 的大小, 对于高清的电视内容必须进行转换格式使得以一种通用的格式被普 通用户终端接收。
移动通信模块: 对于加扰电视节目, 电视 Modem服务器需要判断终端用 户的权限, 再决定是否让用户进行观看电视节目, 这就需要移动通信模块通 过 HTTP或者 wap与用户管理服务器交互, 以对终端用户进行鉴权。
具体地, 移动通信模块将用户信息发送给网络侧 (例如, 用户管理服务 器)进行鉴权, 若接收到网络侧返回鉴权成功消息, 则向接收广播电视信号 功能模块输出鉴权成功消息。 接收广播电视信号功能模块接收到鉴权成功消 息才开始接收加扰的电视节目, 然后将加扰电视节目发送给数据解扰功能模 块。
数据解扰功能模块设置成对加扰的电视节目进行解扰, 然后将解扰后的 电视节目输出给所述转码功能模块。 网页内容管理服务器 (Web Server )设置成管理本地可供观看的电视节 目内容, 通过无线通信模块将可供观看的电视节目清单发送给用户终端; 当 接收用户终端发来的观看电视节目请求, 向接收广播电视信号功能模块发送 用户待观看的电视节目的信息。 本实施例的电视 Modem服务器还可以包括流媒体服务器,可用于緩存转 码功能模块转换后的电视节目流媒体, 通过无线通信模块将用户待观看的电 视节目流媒体发送给用户终端。
图 3是利用上述电视 Modem服务器进行电视节目转发的方法的流程图, 如图所示, 可以包括步骤:
S100、 电视 Modem服务器与用户终端建立无线通信;
S200、 接收到用户终端发送的用户待观看的电视节目的信息后, 接收用 户待观看的电视节目, 并将接收到的电视节目发送给用户终端。
进一步地, 步骤 S100中, 电视 Modem服务器可以向在其服务区范围内 的用户终端发送可供观看的电视节目清单, 以供用户选择观看电视节目。
进一步地, 步骤 S200中,还包括将接收到的电视节目转换成预定的视频 格式, 例如普通手机通用的视频格式, 以使普通用户终端也能接收到电视节 。
进一步地, 步骤 S200中,还包括判断用户待观看的电视节目是否是加扰 电视节目, 若是, 则向网络侧发送与该加扰电视节目相对应的用户信息进行 鉴权, 若接收到网络侧返回鉴权成功消息, 则接收所述加扰电视节目。
根据本发明利用电视调制解调 (Modem )建立小区式电视基站, 可以使 普通不具备多媒体电视功能的移动终端也能便捷的收看电视。
本实施例的电视网络系统可以部署在公共场所, 例如商场, 咖啡厅, 茶 吧, 机场, 或者社区等等, 本实施例中的电视 Modem服务器和移动终端具备 wifi功能。 利用本实施例的电视网络系统转发电视节目的方法流程如图 4所 示, 可以包括下面步骤:
511、 电视 Modem服务器对进入其服务区内的具备 wifi功能的终端 Push 能够在此观看电视的内容网页的消息;
具体地, 电视 Modem服务器中的 wifi功能将 web Server (网页内容管理 服务器) 的地址 push给终端。
512、 终端收到此消息后, 通过 wifi链接到电视 Modem服务器内置的 Web server; 终端链接电视 Modem服务器的同时, 将终端号 (手机号) 、 或 IMEI ( (International Mobile Equipment Identity, 国际移动身份识别)号、 或其他用 于识别用户身份的标识发送给电视 Modem服务器;
513、 用户可以通过终端 Web页面上显示的频道及节目内容选择需要收 看的节目, 并发送给电视 Modem服务器;
514、 电视 Modem服务器判断用户选择收看的频道是否加扰, 若加扰, 则转向步骤 S15; 若无加扰, 则转向步骤 S19;
515、 当用户选择收看加扰频道时, 电视 Modem服务器需要通过移动通 信网络访问运营商的用户管理服务器, 发送该手机终端的用户标识至用户管 理服务器查询该用户是否有权限收看加扰节目, 若用户未开通权限, 则转向 步骤 S16; 若用户已开通权限, 则跳至步骤 S18;
516、 用户管理服务器判断手机用户此时尚未开通收看加扰节目的权限, 则通过移动通信网络向终端发送是否需要订购的消息;
517、若用户需要订购该加扰节目, 则通过终端将确认订购的消息返回给 用户管理服务器, 然后转向步骤 S18; 若用户不需要订购该加扰节目, 则通 过终端将不订购的消息返回给用户管理服务器, 然后转向步骤 S22;
518、 用户管理服务器携带终端用户标识通知电视 Modem服务器可以给 该终端用户开放收看加扰节目的权限;
进一步地, 用户管理服务器查看该用户的付费方式信息, 若该用户的付 费方式为按时长付费, 则开启付费计时, 进行计费控制。
519、 电视 Modem服务器的接收广播电视信号功能模块开始接收电视频 道节目。
520、 电视 Modem服务器对加扰的节目流先进行解扰, 然后再对高码率 的电视节日进行转换;
若接收到的电视节目的码率较高, 则可以通过转码模块将电视节目转换 成低码率的视频格式, 例如, 转化为 RTP ( Real Time Protocol, 实时传输协 议)格式, 使得用户终端和服务器以流媒体的格式获取电视节目内容。
例如, 对于 cmmb ( China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting, 中国移动数字 多媒体广播) , 其本身的视频格式是 Η.264, 码率较低, 可以不转换; 对于 欧洲的 DVB-T 电视标准或者标清 \高清等电视信号, 需要将格式转换为码率 更低的 h264格式(手机一般支持 h264, 其他格式不一定支持, 另外码率太高 手机性能处理不了) 。
S21、同时终端和电视 Modem服务器建立流媒体链接,终端从电视 Modem 服务器上获取转换好的实时的媒体数据, 进行播放;
若用户进行换台操作, 则重新进入步骤 S13。
当用户结束观看电视节目时,终端向电视 Modem服务器发送结束观看节 目的消息。
进一步地, 电视 Modem服务器接收到终端发来的结束观看节目的消息 后, 还判断终端结束观看的电视节目是否是加扰电视节目, 若是, 则向用户 管理服务器发送结束观看消息, 用户管理服务器接收到结束观看消息后, 记 录该用户信息。 进一步地, 若用户管理服务器判断该用户的付费方式为按时 长付费, 则进行计费处理, 出话单。
当用户退出本实施例电视服务器时, 如果是注册用户, 则电视服务器可 以向用户管理服务器发送注销退出用户信息的消息, 并记录此用户的信息。
522、 用户管理服务器向电视服务器发送用户不订购节目的消息;
523、 电视服务器接收到用户不订购节目的消息后, 向用户提示不能收看 此节目等的信息。
当然, 本发明还可以有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的转发电视节目的方法、 电视 Modem服务 器及电视网络系统, 利用电视调制解调 (Modem )建立小区式电视基站, 可 以使普通不具备多媒体电视功能的移动终端也能便捷的收看电视。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、一种电视调制解调服务器, 用于向具备无线通信功能的用户终端转发 电视节目, 包括:
无线通信模块, 其设置成与用户终端建立无线通信; 以及
接收广播电视信号功能模块, 其设置成在接收到用户终端发送的用户待 观看的电视节目的信息后, 接收用户待观看的电视节目, 并将接收到的电视 节目发送给用户终端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的电视调制解调服务器, 还包括转码功能模块, 其 中,
所述接收广播电视信号功能模块是设置成在接收到用户待观看的电视节 目后, 将接收到的电视节目输出给所述转码功能模块, 以通过所述转码功能 模块将所述电视节目发送给所述用户终端;
所述转码功能模块设置成接收到电视节目后, 将所接收到的电视节目转 换成预定的视频格式, 然后将转换后的电视节目发送给用户终端。
3、如权利要求 2所述的电视调制解调服务器, 还包括移动通信模块和数 据解扰功能模块, 其中,
所述接收广播电视信号功能模块还设置成: 在接收到用户待观看的电视 节目的信息后, 判断用户待观看的电视节目是否是加扰电视节目, 若是, 则 向所述移动通信模块输出鉴权消息; 以及在接收到所述移动通信模块输出的 鉴权成功消息后, 接收所述加扰电视节目, 并将接收到的加扰电视节目发送 给所述数据解扰功能模块;
所述移动通信模块设置成: 接收到所述接收广播电视信号功能模块发送 的鉴权消息后, 将用户信息发送给网络侧进行鉴权, 若接收到网络侧返回的 鉴权成功消息, 则向所述接收广播电视信号功能模块输出该鉴权成功消息; 所述数据解扰功能模块设置成对加扰电视节目进行解扰, 然后将解扰后 的电视节目输出给所述转码功能模块。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的电视调制解调服务器, 还包括: 网页内容管理服务器, 其设置成: 管理本地可供观看的电视节目内容, 通过无线通信模块将可供观看的电视节目清单发送给用户终端; 以及在接收 到用户终端发来的观看电视节目的请求后, 向所述接收广播电视信号功能模 块发送用户待观看的电视节目的信息。
5、 如权利要求 1-4任一项所述的电视调制解调服务器, 其中,
所述无线通信模块为 Wifi功能模块或蓝牙功能模块。
6、 一种电视网络系统, 包括如权利要求 1所述的电视调制解调服务器和 具有无线通信功能的用户终端, 其中,
所述电视调制解调服务器设置成根据用户终端的请求接收电视节目, 并 将接收到的电视节目转换成预定的视频格式, 然后将用户待观看的电视节目 发送给用户终端。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的电视网络系统, 还包括用户管理服务器, 其中, 所述电视调制解调服务器还设置成: 判断用户待观看的电视节目是否是 加扰电视节目, 若是, 则将所述用户的信息发送给所述用户管理服务器; 以 及接收到所述用户管理服务器发送的鉴权成功消息后, 接收所述加扰电视节 η ·,
所述用户管理服务器设置成: 接收到所述用户的信息后, 对所述用户的 信息进行鉴权, 若查询到该用户已开通观看所述加扰电视节目的信息, 则向 所述电视调制解调服务器发送鉴权成功消息。
8、 一种转发电视节目的方法,基于权利要求 1所述的电视调制解调服务 器实现, 包括:
与用户终端建立无线通信;
接收到用户终端发送的用户待观看的电视节目的信息后, 接收用户待观 看的电视节目, 并将接收到的电视节目发送给用户终端。
9、如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其在将接收到的电视节目发送给用户终端 的步骤之前还包括:
将所接收的电视节目转换成预定的视频格式。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的方法, 其中, 在接收到用户终端发送的用 户待观看的电视节目的信息后, 该方法还包括:
判断用户待观看的电视节目是否是加扰电视节目, 若是, 则向网络侧发 送所述用户的用户信息进行鉴权,只有在接收到网络侧返回鉴权成功消息时, 才接收所述加扰电视节目。
11、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其在与用户终端建立无线通信的步骤之 后还包括:
将可供观看的电视节目清单发送给用户终端。
