1、一种分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品, 包括: 设有气嘴的气囊, 其特征在于:
还包括一可包裹在充气后气囊外的加固定型网;
所述气囊外径大于加固定型网内径。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品, 其特 征在于:
所述气囊由至少有一只柔性防水质内胎和包裹在其外的强力柔质 外胎构成, 所述柔性防水质内胎充气后的体积大于包裹在其外的强力 柔质外胎。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品, 其特征在于:
所述柔性防水质内胎是塑模内胎。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品, 其特 征在于:
所述强力柔质外胎内设有两只柔性防水质内胎,其中一只为备用柔 性防水质内胎, 备用柔性防水质内胎设置在强力柔质外胎与柔性防水 质内胎之间。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品, 其特 征在于:
所述强力柔质外胎是化纤尼龙织布或织网制成的强力网布外胎。

所述气囊为条管状气囊, 条管状气囊折弯盘踞在加固定型网 内, 条管状气囊的两端分别设有气嘴。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品, 其特 征在于:
所述两气嘴间设有可将两气嘴盖对接的连接件。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品, 其特 征在于:
所述条管状气囊折弯形成的缝隙间设有通气管。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品, 其 特征在于:
所述加固定型网为分体结构网, 由上网框、下网框和分布在上网框 与下网框间若干长度小于充气后条管状气囊高度的牵拉绳构成, 牵拉 绳的一端与上网框或下网框固定连接, 牵拉绳的另一端与上网框或下 网框之间为活动扣件连接。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品, 其 特征在于: 所述下网框内设有一与下网框面相对应的硬质底板,硬质底板上布 有与上网框与下网框间牵拉绳位置相对应的绳索穿孔。
12、根据权利要求 6所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品,其特 征在于:
所述气囊是并联的双条管状气囊, 并联的双条管状气囊两端分 别设有气嘴, 并联的双条管状气囊折弯盘踞在加固定型网内。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品, 其 特征在于:
所述两气嘴间设有可将两气嘴盖对接的螺纹连接件。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品, 其 特征在于:
所述并联的双条管状气囊间隔设有可防止双条管状气囊塑型 折弯盘踞状态下错位的固定套。
15、根据权利要求 6所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品,其特 征在于:
所述气囊包括坐垫气囊、 靠背气囊和底座气囊, 靠背气囊和底 座气囊通过连接布连为一体, 坐垫气囊上设有一宽度与连接布宽度 相对应供靠背气囊及连接布穿置的穿梭缝;所述靠背气囊及底座气囊 间的连接布通过穿梭于充气坐垫的穿梭缝与充气坐垫连接为一体形 成充气靠背椅。
16、 根据权利要求 6所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品, 其 特征在于: 所述气囊是空腔透光气囊,空腔透光气囊一端设有可将照明灯灯头 端插入后紧箍的腔口,与腔口对应的空腔透光气囊另端腔口设有镜面。
17、根据权利要求 6所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品,其特 征在于:
所述气囊为锥形透光气囊,锥形透光气囊配设有硬质底座;加固定 型网内设有一将锥形透光气囊和硬质底座分隔的分隔网, 锥形透光气 囊和硬质底座分别置于加固定型网的分隔网上部和下部内。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品, 其 特征在于:
所述加固定型网上设有反光带。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的分层包裹式高强度耐压充气产品, 其 特征在于:
