Abstract
본 발명은 줄기세포로부터 생성된 배아체를 대량 증식 및 유지하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 배아줄기세포 또는 유도 만능줄기세포로부터 일차적으로 제작된 배아체를 연속적으로 계대 배양하는 단계를 포함하는, 배아체를 장시간 배양하면서 본래의 성질을 유지한 채 대량 증식 및 유지하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법을 이용하면 제한된 양의 줄기세포 분획으로부터 배아체를 제작한 후, 지속적으로 줄기세포를 소모하지 않고도 기술적으로 단순한 기계적 계대 배양 방법을 이용하여 배아체를 대량 생산 및 유지하는 것이 가능하다.
