Claims (10)
- 약액 주입 장치의 약액 주입 이력 관리 방법에 있어서,(a) 상기 약액 주입 장치 상에서 약액 주입 정보를 설정하는 단계;(b) 상기 설정된 약액 주입 정보에 따라 환자에게 주입되는 약액의 주입 이력을 미리 결정된 시간 간격에 따라 저장하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 저장된 약액의 주입 이력을 미리 결정된 시간 간격별로 분석하여 상기 환자에 대한 약액 주입 상태를 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액 주입 이력 관리 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 (a) 단계에서 상기 약액 주입 정보는 약액 목표 주입량, 약액 유속, 약액에 포함된 약제량, 볼러스 주입량, 볼러스 유속, 및 시간당 볼러스 제한량을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액 주입 이력 관리 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 (a) 단계에 이어서,(a1) 상기 설정된 약액 주입 정보를 디스플레이하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액 주입 이력 관리 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 (a1) 단계는,(a11) 상기 약액 목표 주입량과 상기 약액 유속을 디스플레이하는 단계;(a12) 상기 약제량을 디스플레이하고 상기 약액 목표 주입량, 상기 약액 유속, 및 상기 약제량을 이용하여 약제 유속을 계산한 후 상기 약제 유속을 디스플레이하는 단계; 및(a13) 상기 볼러스 주입량과 상기 볼러스 유속을 디스플레이하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액 주입 이력 관리 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 (a12) 단계에서 상기 약제 유속은 아래의 수학식에 의해 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제 주입 이력 관리 방법.DR=(DA/TV)*FR여기에서, DR은 약제 유속, DA는 약제량, TV는 약액 목표 주입량, 및 FR은 약액 유속을 의미한다.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계는,(b1) 상기 미리 결정된 시간 간격별로 상기 약액의 주입량을 체크하여 상기 미리 결정된 시간 간격별 상기 약액의 주입량과 상기 약액의 총 주입량을 저장하는 단계; 및(b2) 상기 미리 결정된 시간 간격별로 볼러스 시도 횟수와 볼러스 주입 횟수를 체크하여 상기 미리 결정된 시간 간격별로 볼러스 시도 횟수, 상기 볼러스 주입 횟수, 및 볼러스 주입량을 저장하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액 주입 이력 관리 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 (b2) 단계에 이어서,(b3) 상기 미리 결정된 시간 간격별로 상기 약액 주입 장치의 일시 정지 여부를 체크하여 상기 미리 결정된 시간 간격별로 상기 약액 주입 장치의 일시 정지 이력을 저장하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액 주입 이력 관리 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 (b1) 단계에서 상기 미리 결정된 시간 간격별 약액 주입량과 상기 약액 총 주입량, 상기 (b2) 단계에서 상기 볼러스 시도 횟수, 상기 볼러스 주입 횟수, 및 상기 볼러스 주입량, 및 상기 (b3) 단계에서 상기 일시 정지 이력은 상기 약액 주입 장치 상에서 디스플레이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 약액 주입 이력 관리 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 (c) 단계는,(c1) 상기 약액 목표 주입량과 상기 미리 결정된 시간 간격별로 저장된 약액 주입량을 이용하여 상기 미리 결정된 시간 간격별 약액 주입 누락량을 산출하는 단계; 및(c2) 상기 산출된 누락 주입량이 미리 결정된 다음 시간 간격안에 주입되도록 약액 주입 속도를 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액 주입 이력 관리 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 (c2) 단계에 이어서,(c3) 상기 미리 결정된 시간 간격별로 저장된 볼러스 시도 횟수와 볼러스 주입 횟수의 차를 계산하여 차이값이 미리 결정된 기준값 이상인 경우 다음 볼러스 주입시에 볼러스 주입량을 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액 주입 이력 관리 방법.
