Abstract

본 발명은 반도체 저장장치, 백업 제어부, 백업 저장부, 및 적어도 하나의 반도체 저장장치 메모리 디스크부에 연결된 2차 전원장치를 포함하고, 상기 2차 전원장치는 주 전원장치의 동작 중지에 대응해서 동작되며, 상기 백업 제어부는 상기 주 전원장치의 고장에 대응해서 상기 적어도 하나의 반도체 저장장치 메모리 디스크부에 저장된 반도체 저장장치 데이터를 상기 백업 저장부에 백업하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 저장장치 백업 및 복구 시스템에 관한 것이다.
