Abstract

본 발명은 엘이디(LED) 조명 모듈에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 비대칭형으로 이루어져 방향성을 가지는 리플렉터에 의하여 조사되는 LED 불빛이 지향성을 갖도록 하여 불빛의 도달 거리의 증대와 냉각 기능이 구비되어 조도가 상승하는 엘이디 조명 모듈에 관한 것인바 본 발명은 LED 조명 모듈에 있어서, LED 소자의 전기적 연결을 위한 연결회로패턴이 형성된 PCB기판상에 복수의 LED 소자가 배치된 LED모듈과; 상기 LED소자로부터 출사되는 광을 집광하여 단방향 지향성을 갖도록 가로 길이방향 단면 형상은 우측면의 반사각은 20°∼ 40°범위이고, 좌측면은 수직에 가까운 비대칭형으로 구성되고 상측에서 하측으로 내려갈수록 내부 공간이 좁아지는 형상으로 구성되고, 세로 길이방향 단면 형상은 전 후면측 반사각이 20°∼ 30°이며 상측에서 하측으로 내려갈수록 내부공간이 좁아지는 형상으로 구성되되 전 후면측 반사각의 내측으로는 냉각수가 흐르는 유로가 형성되어 이루어진 비대칭 리플렉터와; 상기 비대칭 리플렉터에 의해 반사된 빛을 집광하여 장거리 도달시키는 둥근 반원형의 렌즈부와 기판과 리플렉터를 삽입하는 공간부를 구비한 바디가 일체로 형성된 튜브형의 고정부재와; 상기 고정부재의 양 끝단을 밀봉하는 연질의 고무캡을 포함하여 이루어진 것에 그 특징이 있다.
