Abstract

Provided is a device to aid in transdermal patch application that allows application of a transdermal patch on the affected area without wrinkling and easy peeling of the transdermal patch release liner. Said transdermal patch application aid is provided with a plate comprising a transdermal patch holder whereon the transdermal patch (16) is loaded and held. The transdermal patch holder is bendable so that it can lay flat or form an angle and is provided with a retention means for keeping the transdermal patch holder bent in the angled form. With said configuration, when a transdermal patch is loaded on the transdermal patch holder that has been bent into the angled form, the ridge of the angle presses the release liner separating line, facilitating peeling thereof. When same occurs, wrinkles are not formed because the transdermal patch support is held by the transdermal patch holder.

Description

Auxiliary device for patch application
The present invention relates to an auxiliary device for applying a patch used when applying a patch to a desired site.
Conventionally, various patches for the purpose of improving stiff shoulders, back pain, muscle pain, muscle fatigue, joint pain and the like have been distributed. These patches are usually composed of a support, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a medicinal component, provided on one side of the support, and a release sheet that is releasably attached to the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. It is configured. At the time of use, the release sheet is peeled off from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to expose the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and is applied to the application site.
However, patches have a problem that they are generally flexible, difficult to handle, and easily wrinkled.
Therefore, conventionally, an auxiliary device for applying a patch as described in Patent Document 1 below has been proposed. The instrument described in Patent Document 1 includes a support plate having a larger surface than the patch to be used, and a temporary fixing means provided on the surface of the support plate for temporarily holding the patch in a peelable manner. It is composed of The auxiliary device for patch application includes a protective material that temporarily covers the adhesive layer so that the adhesive layer (drug layer) of the patch is not accidentally attached to the hand or the like. When using such an auxiliary tool for patch application, first move the protective material from the surface of the support plate to another position, then temporarily fix the patch on the temporary fixing means, and return the protective material to its original position. Cover the adhesive layer of the patch. And after arrange | positioning this patch sticking auxiliary tool in the desired site | part of skin, a protective material is peeled off from a patch and a patch is stuck on skin by pushing a support plate.
According to this auxiliary device for patch application, the patch can be held in an expanded state on the temporary fixing means fixed to the support plate, and the patch is bent during the application work so that the patch is bent. It is also possible to prevent a problem that the adhesive surfaces are partially bonded to each other.
By the way, in the conventional auxiliary tool for applying a patch as disclosed in Patent Document 1, when placing the patch on the temporary fixing means, the release sheet is peeled off in advance or the release sheet is peeled off. The adhesive sheet is temporarily fixed to the temporary fixing means, and then the release sheet is peeled off.
However, if the patch is placed on the temporary fixing means after the release sheet is peeled off, the patch may be temporarily fixed with wrinkles. In such a case, the patch is applied to the affected part with wrinkles. In addition, the protective material may interfere with placing the patch on the temporary fixing means. On the other hand, if the release sheet is peeled off after the patch is temporarily fixed by the temporary fixing means, there is a problem in that the protective material may be in the way and the release sheet is difficult to peel off.
The present invention aims to eliminate such problems.
In order to achieve the above object, an auxiliary device for patch application for assisting in applying a patch according to the present invention comprises a plate-like body having a patch holding part on which the patch is placed and held. The patch holding part is foldable between a flat shape and a chevron, and a maintenance means is provided for maintaining the state where the patch holding part is folded in a chevron It is characterized by being.
Such an auxiliary tool for patch application is particularly effective for a patch having a cutting line (weakening line) at the center of the release sheet. That is, when the patch is placed on the patch holding portion bent into a chevron, the cutting line of the release sheet is pushed at the chevron ridge line portion, and the peeling becomes easy. Further, at this time, since the patch support is held by the patch holding part, wrinkles do not approach.
In addition, it is desirable that handle portions for gripping the plate-like body are provided on both sides of the plate-like body in order to facilitate the handling thereof.
Furthermore, it is preferable that the handle portions on both sides can be placed on a certain surface when the patch holding portion is bent in a mountain shape. In such a configuration, since the handle portion can be placed on the plane of the table, the patch holding portion is stable, and the release sheet of the patch is more easily peeled off.
As the maintenance means, one inclined surface of the patch holding portion folded into a chevron, or an engaging portion provided on the handle portion on the same side as this inclined surface, and the other inclined surface of the patch holding portion, Or what consists of a to-be-engaged part with which the engaging part is engaged provided in the handle part on the same side as this other inclined surface can be considered.
Other maintenance means include a magnet and a magnetic body provided on the back side of the patch holding portion, and when the patch holding portion is bent, the magnet is magnetically attached to the magnetic body. The mountain shape of the patch holding part can be maintained.
As another maintaining means, a surface fastener composed of an engagement piece and an engagement piece provided on the back side of the patch holding part can be considered, and when the patch holding part is bent, the engagement piece is The mountain shape of the patch holding part can be maintained by engaging with the engaged piece.
In addition, it is preferable that the angle between the pair of inclined surfaces in the patch holding part maintained in a mountain shape by the maintaining means is 0 to 120 degrees.
Further, it is preferable that the auxiliary tool for patch application according to the present invention has a temporary fixing means for temporarily fixing the patch placed on the patch holding part.
The temporary fixing means is preferably due to static electricity generated on the surface of the patch holding part.
Further, when the support of the patch is made of cloth or non-woven fabric, the temporary fixing means may be made of a cloth or non-woven fabric having a number of raised parts on the surface. This is because the raised hair is entangled with the support and can be temporarily fixed. In addition, as an element having the same effect, an engagement piece having a large number of hook-shaped protrusions in the surface fastener can be used as the temporary fixing means.
When the patch holding part is bent into a mountain shape, the ridge line part formed on the patch holding part may be substantially flat. Here, “substantially flat” is not limited to a completely flat surface, but also includes a slightly curved surface. When the ridge portion is substantially flat, a patch having a cutting line (including a weakening line) at the center of the release sheet is particularly effectively used. That is, the release sheet can be easily peeled by pushing the periphery of each cutting line of the release sheet by the corners of the ridge line portion and the left and right inclined surfaces.
In addition, when the patch used has two corrugated or curved cutting lines (including weakening lines) in the center, the width of the substantially flat ridge line part is the interval between the two cutting lines. It is preferable that it is below the maximum value.
Furthermore, a backing pad is preferably provided on the back side of the patch holding part. In this case, the backing pad functions as a reinforcing plate for the patch holding part. In addition, if the backing pad has elasticity, if the auxiliary device for applying a patch is used with the backing pad attached to the wall surface, the backing pad becomes a cushion, and the patch is comfortable for the user. Can be affixed.
Also, it is preferable that a protrusion for pressing the patch release sheet is preferably formed on the patch holding part to promote the peeling of the release sheet of the patch.
As described above, when the auxiliary device for patch application according to the present invention is used, the patch can be applied to the skin without wrinkles, and the release sheet can be easily peeled off.

It should be noted that in the illustrated patch application aid 10, the central portion of the release sheet 12 as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) to 4 (e) mainly has one or two cutting lines (weakening lines) 14. It shall be used for the patch 16 of the type cut along.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the patch application auxiliary device 10 of this embodiment is composed of an elongated rectangular plate-like body 20. A central portion of this plate-like body 20 (in FIG. 1, a region sandwiched between two one-dot chain lines 22 extending in parallel with the short side of the plate-like body 20) is a portion (paste) where the patch 16 is placed and held. Agent holding part) 24. In addition, in this specification, the surface of the patch holding | maintenance part 24 in which the patch 16 is mounted is called a surface, and the surface on the opposite side is called a back surface.
A handle portion 26 is continuously provided on each of the left and right sides of the patch holding portion 24. That is, in FIG. 1, a portion extending outside each one-dot chain line 22 is a handle portion 26. An opening 28 is formed in the handle portion 26, and by inserting a fingertip into the opening 28, the patch application auxiliary device 10 can be grasped and handled.
1 is a crease line, and each handle 26 can be bent along the crease line 22 in a direction in which the surface approaches the surface of the patch holding part 24. That is, the plate-like body 20 can be valley-folded along the crease line 22 when viewed from the surface side. In addition, two crease lines (lines indicated by two-dot chain lines in FIG. 1) 30 parallel to the crease line 22 are formed at the center of the patch holding part 24, and the patch is attached along the crease line 30. The agent holding part 24 can be bent in the direction opposite to the handle part 26. When the plate-like body 20 is bent along the crease lines 22 and 30, the shape shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is obtained, the left and right handle portions 26 are substantially flush with each other, and the patch holding portion 24 is formed therefrom. It becomes a protruding mountain shape.
The angle (θ in FIG. 2) formed between the left and right inclined surfaces 32 formed in the patch holding part 24 when the plate-like body 20 is bent, and the substantially flat formed between the crease lines 30 and 30. The width of the ridge line portion 34 (D in FIG. 2) is appropriately determined depending on the size of the patch 16 used, the type of the cutting line 14 provided on the release sheet 12, and the like, which will be described later. This will be explained in detail with an example.
In the illustrated embodiment, a W-shaped or corrugated cut 36 is formed in the fold line 30 of the patch holding part 24, and when the patch holding part 24 is bent, the cut 36 projects upward. The protrusion part 38 which protrudes, and the protrusion part 40 which protrudes on the left-right outer side are formed. The function of the protrusions 38 and 40 will also be described later.
Furthermore, the patch application auxiliary device 10 is provided with a maintenance means for maintaining the folded state in a mountain shape. In FIG. 1, the maintaining means has a flap 42 provided on the right side of the patch holding part 24, and the flap 42 extends into the opening 28 of the right handle part 26. The tip of the flap 42 has a hook shape. When the plate-like body 20 is folded, the hook-shaped tip portion (engagement portion) 44 is folded in the direction opposite to the handle portion 26 along the fold line 22, and pasted along the other fold line 22. It can be inserted into an insertion portion (engaged portion) 46 formed on the left side portion 32 of the agent holding portion 24 and can be hooked there. This makes it possible to maintain the mountain shape shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, by providing the hook-shaped tip portion 44 with the inclined portion 48, when the left and right handle portions 26 are pulled in opposite directions, the hook-shaped tip portion 44 comes out of the insertion portion 46. The plate-like body 20 can be easily returned from the chevron to the flat shape.
The dimensions of the plate-like body 20 are appropriately determined according to the dimensions of the patch 16 to be used, but the patch holding part 24 is at least larger than the patch 16. Moreover, it is preferable that the total length of the plate-like body 20 has at least a length that allows the left and right handle portions 26 to be gripped in a state where both hands are rotated backward from the waist.
Although the constituent material of the plate-like body 20 is not particularly limited, the skin is pressed against the patch 16 placed on the patch holder 24, so that a certain degree of softness may be required. On the other hand, in order to facilitate the handling of the patch application auxiliary device 10, a certain degree of hardness may be required. Therefore, as the base material of the plate-like body 20, hard urethane, polyvinyl chloride (polyvinyl chloride) or the like is preferable. As other materials, for example, rubber (elastomer), rubber sponge, synthetic resin (excluding elastomer), synthetic resin sponge, paper, plastic, metal, etc. can be used and combined in layers. You can also. Moreover, it is preferable that the surface of the base material is exposed to a material that is easily charged or is coated with a material that is easily charged. Thereby, when the support 18 of the patch 16 is made of plastic, the patch 16 can be temporarily fixed on the patch holding portion 24 by the action of static electricity. Further, as a temporary fixing means other than the action of static electricity, for example, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (including a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side of a double-sided tape) is provided on the surface of the patch holding part 24. But you can. Of course, this pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may be re-peelable. Further, as a temporary fixing means other than the action of static electricity, when the support 18 of the patch 16 is made of cloth or non-woven fabric, one of brushed material, fleece, felt, or hook-and-loop fastener (hook-like protrusion is used). A large number of engagement pieces) can be considered, and the patch 16 can be temporarily fixed by being entangled with the support 18. In addition, pile fabrics used for clothes brushes and the like are also used in the same manner as materials having raised hair. In addition, since the piles of the pile fabric are inclined in one direction, a plurality of pile fabrics are prepared, and these pile fabrics are pasted on the surface of the patch holding part 24 so that the inclination directions of the piles are different. Further, the holding force for the patch 16 is further increased.
It should be noted that marks, product descriptions, other patterns (designs), etc. may be printed on the front or back surface of the plate-like body 20. Further, the outer peripheral edge of the plate-like body 20 and the inner peripheral edge of the opening 28 may have a waveform shape with a short pitch.
Next, a method of using the patch application auxiliary device 10 having the above-described configuration will be described.
First, the patch application auxiliary device 10 is bent from the flat state of FIG. 1 to the mountain state shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and the hook-shaped tip portion 44 of the flap 42 is inserted into the insertion portion 46 and maintained in that state. . At this time, since the left and right handle portions 26 are substantially the same surface, the patch application auxiliary device 10 can be placed in a stable state on a flat surface such as a table, for example.
Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the patch 16 is placed on the mountain-shaped patch holder 24 with the support 18 facing downward. In the example shown in FIG. 5, the patch 16 is of the type shown in FIG. 4 (e), and the release sheet 12 has two corrugated cutting lines 14. The patch 16 is placed on the patch holding portion 24 so that the intermediate release sheet 12 a between the cutting lines 14 and 14 of the release sheet 12 contacts the substantially flat ridge line portion 34 of the patch holding portion 24.
Next, the entire support 18 of the patch 16 is brought into close contact with the surface of the patch holding part 24 while slightly pulling the left and right of the patch 16 downward. At this time, the ridge line portion 34 of the patch holding portion 24 presses the back surface of the patch 16, and the protrusions 38 and 40 formed on the ridge line portion 34 are also formed on the back surface of the patch, particularly the cutting line 14 of the release sheet 12. The periphery is pressed locally, and as a result, the release sheet 12 tries to lift from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the support 18 and part of the periphery of the cutting line 14 is peeled off, even if it is not actually peeled off. It becomes easy to do. From this, it will be understood that the width of the ridge line portion 34 and the positions of the protrusions 38 and 40 are appropriately set according to the patch 16 used.
Subsequently, the user peels off the release sheet 12. In FIG. 5, the peeling is first performed from the intermediate release sheet 12 a, but the method of peeling is not limited to this, and the first release may be performed from the left and right release sheets 12 b and 12 c. During the peeling operation, the support 18 of the patch 16 is temporarily fixed on the patch holding portion 24 by the action of static electricity, and the patch sticking auxiliary device 10 itself maintains the chevron and the handle portion 26. Therefore, the patch 16 does not deviate from the patch holder 24 and the patch 16 is not wrinkled.
Thereafter, the hook-shaped tip portion 44 of the flap 42 is removed from the insertion portion 46, and the left and right handle portions 26 are pulled in opposite directions to return the patch application auxiliary device 10 to a flat state. When the patch 16 is pasted on the user's back, the user has the patch pasting auxiliary device 10 in the form as shown in FIG. 6, and the patch 16 is used by pulling it on the back. Pasted to the person. During this time, since the patch 16 maintains a wrinkle-free state on the patch holding part 24, the pasted state becomes clean without wrinkles. In addition, since the temporary fixing of the patch 16 due to the action of static electricity is weaker than the adhesive force of the adhesive layer to the human body, after the patch 16 is pressed against the back of the user, the auxiliary tool 10 for applying the patch is used. The patch 16 remains on the user's back simply by separating it from the back.
The intermediate release sheet 12a is peeled off before the patch 16 is placed on the patch sticking auxiliary device 10, and the patch 16 is placed on the patch sticking auxiliary device 10 in that state, and then the left and right release sheets 12b, 12c. It is good also as the procedure of peeling off. Also in this case, since the entire patch 16 can be brought into close contact with the surface of the patch holding part 24 while pulling the left and right of the patch 16 before the left and right release sheets 12b and 12c are peeled off, Never stop by.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, but it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments.
For example, even if the projections 38 and 40 are not provided at all, or only one of the projections (for example, the configuration in which the left and right projections 40 are not provided as shown in FIG. 7), the patch holding unit 24 has a mountain shape. By doing so, the release sheet 12 of the patch 16 can be easily peeled off. In the configuration of FIG. 7, a felt 49 is attached to the ridge line portion 34. The felt 49 can prevent slippage when the patch 16 is placed, and can also serve as a cushion when the patch 16 is applied to the skin.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 8A to 8J, the shape of the handle portion, the shape of the opening formed in the handle portion, and the protrusion formed when the patch holding portion is folded into a mountain shape Various shapes and numbers are conceivable.
The width of the ridge line part in the patch holding part can also be appropriately changed from narrow to wide as shown in FIG. Furthermore, the ridge line portion does not need to be completely flat, may be slightly curved, and may be a straight line having substantially no width as shown in FIG. In the form as shown in FIG. 8 (j), no protrusion is formed, but for example, there is one cutting line 14 of the release sheet 12 as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b). The release sheet 12 can be effectively peeled from the product.
Further, as shown in FIG. 8 (k), as a maintenance means for maintaining the patch application auxiliary device 10 in a state of being folded in a mountain shape, an elongated engagement portion extending from the left and right sides of the patch holding portion. A configuration in which 50 tips are engaged with each other is also conceivable. In this case, one engaging part can be handled as being an engaged part with which the other engaging part is engaged. Moreover, the place where such an engaging part and an engaged part are formed can be the left and right inclined surfaces and / or the left and right handle parts of the patch holding part.
Furthermore, in the said embodiment, although a part of plate-like body 20 is used as the handle part 26, it is also conceivable to use a string-like body (not shown) connected to the patch holding part 24. . Moreover, the form which cannot bend a handle part with respect to a patch holding | maintenance part is also included in the scope of the present invention.
Furthermore, in addition to the felt as described above, a fleece, a raised cloth material having raised hairs, or an engagement piece having a large number of hook-shaped protrusions of a hook-and-loop fastener may be attached to the ridge line portion. In this case, displacement of the patch on the ridge line portion can be prevented, and the patch can be more reliably applied. In addition, depending on the type of the support of the patch, an effect of temporary fixing by felt or the like on the ridge portion can be obtained.
9 to 12 show a patch sticking auxiliary device 100 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 9 is a rear view thereof, and FIG. 10 (a) is a patch sticking shown in FIG. FIG. 10 (b) is a perspective view showing a bent state, FIG. 10 (c) is a perspective view showing a compact state for storage and carrying, FIG. Is a perspective view showing a state where the release sheet is peeled off from the patch, and FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing a state where the patch is applied.
Since the auxiliary device 100 for patch application according to the second embodiment is basically the same as that of the first embodiment described above, the same reference numerals are given to the overlapping portions, and the details thereof are described. The detailed explanation is omitted.
The difference from the first embodiment is that the backing pad 110 is first attached to the back surface of the patch holder 24. The backing pads 110 are respectively attached to the left and right outer regions of the patch holding part 24 with respect to the ridge line portion 34.
The constituent material of the backing pad 110 is not particularly limited as long as it has some elasticity. For example, hard urethane, synthetic resin sponge, rubber (elastomer), rubber sponge, synthetic resin (excluding elastomer) A foam made of synthetic resin or rubber can be used. The foam material is not particularly limited. For example, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, polyurethane, polyolefin, polyester, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, phenol resin, urea resin, epoxy resin, etc. are used, and these are used alone. Two or more of them may be used in combination.
When the patch holding part 24 is bent as shown in FIG. 10B, the back surfaces of the two backing pads 110 are in contact with each other. In the state where the back surfaces are in contact with each other, the left and right surfaces of the patch holding part 24 are substantially parallel, and the patch holding part 24 protrudes at a substantially right angle with respect to the handle part 26. In the present specification, the protruding state shown in FIG. 10B is also referred to as a mountain shape. Further, in order to maintain a state in which the back surfaces are in contact with each other, a magnet (preferably a plate-shaped magnet) 120 is attached to the back surface of one backing pad 110 as a maintaining means, and the back surface of the other backing pad 110. Is attached with a magnetic body 122 (preferably plate-shaped) that is magnetically attached to the magnet 120. The magnetic body 122 may be a magnet.
Further, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that there is no crease line for defining the ridge line portion 34. For this reason, when the patch holding part 24 is bent as shown in FIG. 10 (b), the cross section of the ridge line part 34 becomes a gentle arc shape, and the protrusions as in the first embodiment are also here. Not formed.
Furthermore, in this 2nd Embodiment, the raising cloth material 130 which the surface consists of many raisings is affixed on the whole patch holding | maintenance part 24. FIG. Therefore, the raising of the raised cloth material is entangled with the support 18 of the patch 16 made of cloth or non-woven fabric so that it can be temporarily fixed. It is known that the same effect can be obtained even if a fleece or felt is used instead of the raised cloth material 130, and the engagement piece having a number of hook-like projections constituting the surface fastener is used. Also good. Further, a pile fabric used for clothes brushes and the like is used in the same manner. As described with respect to the first embodiment, the pile fabric piles are inclined in one direction. Therefore, a plurality of pile fabrics are prepared, and these pile fabrics are held in patches with different pile inclination directions. When pasted on the surface of the portion 24, the holding force for the patch 16 is further increased.
Further, in the second embodiment, the length of the handle portion 26 is longer than half the length of the patch holding portion 24. As a result, the auxiliary device 100 for patch application according to the second embodiment can be folded as shown in FIG. 10 (c), so that it can be made compact and convenient for storage and carrying. ing.
In the configuration as described above, the method of using the patch application auxiliary device 100 according to the second embodiment is basically the same as the patch application auxiliary device 10 according to the first embodiment. That is, at the time of use, first, the bent state shown in FIG. At this time, since the magnet 120 is used as a maintaining means for maintaining the folded state, the state is maintained only by bending the patch holding part 24.
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 11, when the patch 16 is placed on the patch holding part 24, the patch 16 is temporarily fixed by the raised cloth material 130. Further, by aligning the cutting line 14 of the release sheet 12 of the patch 16 with the position of the ridge line part 34 of the patch holding part 24, the release sheet 12 is pressed against the ridge line part 34 from the back side, as shown in FIG. A part peels and the peeling sheet 12 can be peeled easily.
If the release sheet 12 is completely peeled from the patch 16, the user can stick the patch 16 to the affected area in the same manner as in FIG. The support 18 of the patch 16 is held without forming wrinkles on the patch holding part 24 from when the patch 16 is placed on the patch holding part 24 to when it is attached to the affected part. The fact that the patch 16 can be applied without wrinkles is the same as in the first embodiment. The backing pad 110 has a function to reinforce the patch holding part 24, so that the rigidity necessary for sticking the patch 16 is retained even if the plate-like body 20 is made of a material that is relatively easily bent. It can be given to part 24. Further, since the raised cloth material 130 is located between the patch holding part 24 and the patch 16, the raised cloth material 130 serves as a cushion, and avoids or reduces the discomfort and pain to the user. be able to.
Further, in the second embodiment, since the magnet 120 is used as a maintaining means for maintaining the shape of the patch holding part 24, it adheres to the magnetic wall surface 140 such as a refrigerator door as shown in FIG. The patch 16 can be attached without using a hand. In such a sticking mode, the backing pad 110 serves as a cushion, and this can also avoid or reduce giving the user discomfort and pain.
Although the second embodiment has been described above, this is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, and various modifications can be made.
For example, in the second embodiment, the magnet 120 is used as a maintaining means for maintaining the shape of the patch holding part 24, but a hook-and-loop fastener may be used instead of the magnet. In this case, for example, an engagement piece having a hook-shaped protrusion is disposed at a position indicated by reference numeral 120, and an engaged piece having a loop-shaped protrusion is disposed at a position indicated by reference numeral 122. Moreover, a thing like the flap in 1st Embodiment can also be used as a maintenance means. As another maintaining means, an adhesive tape having one side that is removable is attached to the back surface of the plate-like body 20 so that the removable pressure-sensitive adhesive surface is exposed. When this re-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is used, not only the shape can be maintained, but also the patch application auxiliary device 100 can be repeatedly applied to the nonmagnetic wall surface.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 13A to 13H, the shape of the handle portion, the shape of the opening formed in the handle portion, the divided arrangement and the shape of the raised cloth material as temporary fixing means, Various modifications are possible, such as the thickness of the backing pad. Note that, as shown in FIG. 13F, a protrusion may be formed as in the first embodiment. FIGS. 13 (g) and 13 (h) utilize static electricity action similar to that of the first embodiment as temporary fixing means.
Of course, the configurations shown in FIGS. 1 to 13 are not limited to the types of patches shown in FIGS. 4A to 4E, but can be applied to other types of patches. For example, even if the patch has a release sheet without a cutting line, when it is held by the patch holding part, it is an obstacle to the release work like the protective material described in Patent Document 1 around the release sheet. Since there is no member which becomes, the effect that peeling of a peeling sheet is easier than the conventional structure is acquired.
Next, the results of an experiment examining the relationship between the angle between a pair of inclined surfaces formed on the patch holding part and the ease of peeling of the release sheet of the patch will be described.
In this experiment, six types of patches were prepared.

The patch A has a length of 14 cm and a width of 20 cm, and has a linear cutting line in the center of the release sheet as shown in FIG.
The patch B has a length of 10 cm and a width of 14 cm, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), with one linear cutting line in the center of the release sheet,
The patch C has a length of 7 cm and a width of 10 cm, as shown in (b) of FIG.
The patch D has a length of 10 cm and a width of 14 cm, as shown in FIG.
The patch E has a length of 7 cm and a width of 14 cm, and has two corrugated cutting lines in the center of the release sheet, as shown in FIG.
The patch F has a length of 7 cm and a width of 10 cm, and has two wavy cutting lines in the center of the release sheet as shown in FIG.
In addition, as an auxiliary device for patch application, the device shown in FIGS. 2 to 3 was used.
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000001
The experimental results are as shown in Table 1 below. In this table, the angle is the angle corresponding to θ in FIG. The symbols in the table indicate the degree of ease of peeling of the release sheet, 、 indicates very easy, ○ indicates easy, Δ indicates slightly easy, and X indicates not easy.
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000001
From Table 1, it was found that the angle formed by the pair of inclined surfaces is preferably 0 to 120 degrees, more preferably 0 to 100 degrees, and most preferably 0 to 90 degrees.
Further, the ease of peeling of the release sheet of the patch was evaluated by changing the width of the ridge line portion formed when the patch holding part was folded.
The patches used in this evaluation experiment are the above six types of patches A to F.
Also, six types of auxiliary devices for patch application were prepared in the form shown in FIGS. 9 to 12, and the width of the ridge portion was 1 cm, 2 cm, 3 cm, 4 cm, 5 cm, and 6 cm. As the width of 0 cm, the experimental results in the case of 0 degree in Table 1 above were used. Moreover, the ridgeline part used what became completely flat.
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000002
The symbols in the table are the same as those in Table 1.
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000002
From the above results, it can be seen that the patch containing one cutting line is easy to peel in the case of a ridge line having a length of 0% to 35% of the entire width of the patch. In addition, when it exceeds 35% of the width of the whole patch, it tends to be difficult to grip the left and right portions of the patch, and it is difficult to temporarily fix the patch on the inclined surface of the patch holding part.
Further, for a patch having two corrugated or curved cutting lines in the center of the patch, the width of the ridge line portion is smaller than the maximum value of the width of the intermediate release sheet (interval between the cutting lines). In some cases, peeling becomes easy. Above that, the ease of peeling is impaired. Therefore, the width of the ridge line portion is preferably equal to or less than the maximum value of the width of the intermediate release sheet. From this, it will be understood that if the patch is large and the width of the intermediate release sheet is, for example, 10 cm, the width of the ridge line portion is preferably 10 cm or less.
