Description

一种上行功率状态报告的传输方法及系统
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种上行功率状态 ^艮告的传输方法及系 统。
背景技术
在无线通信系统中, 基站是指为终端提供服务的设备, 基站通过上 /下行 链路与终端进行通信, 其中, 下行(或前向)是指从基站到终端的方向, 上 行(或反向)是指从终端到基站的方向。 多个终端可同时通过上行链路向基 站发送数据, 也可以通过下行链路同时从基站接收数据。
在正交频分复用 ( Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing , 简称为 OFDM ) 系统中, 本小区内的基站受到的其他小区内终端的同频干扰, 即为 上行小区间干扰; 本小区内的终端受到的其他小区内基站的同频干扰, 即下 行小区间干扰。 上行小区间干扰和下行小区间干扰统称为小区间干扰。 降低 小区间干扰对系统性能的影响是 OFDM系统设计的一个重要目标, 如果小区 间的干扰严重, 则会降低系统容量, 特别是降低小区边缘用户的传输能力, 进而影响系统的覆盖能力以及终端的性能。
为了有效克服上行小区间干扰, 需要为终端分配适合的发射功率, 保证 基站既可以正确的接收终端发送的数据信息, 又可以有效控制上行小区间干 扰强度。 为达到上述目的, 终端需要向基站反馈与上行功率控制相关的信息, 如在 802.16m系统中终端需要利用上行信令头 (Uplink Signaling Header ) 中 的上行功率状态 4艮告头( Uplink Power Status Report Header )反馈终端上行功 率状态信息, 该信息中包括了终端上行功率控制相关的信息, 例如, 上行功 率控制参数更新指示信息 ( ULPC Parameters Updating Indicator ) 、 发送功率 谱密度信息(tx Power Psd Base )等。 而其中的上行功率控制参数更新指示信 息则是根据基站发送的系统配置描述消息 ( AAI-System Configuration Descriptor(SCD) Message ) 中上行功率控制相关配置参数是否发生变化而定。 如果系统配置描述消息中上行功率控制相关配置参数发生了变化, 终端收到 基站发送的更新的系统配置描述消息后, 当终端需要发送上行功率状态报告 头( Uplink Power Status Report Header )时, 则会将上行功率控制参数更新指 示信息的比特位需置 "1"表示终端已经更新了相关的上行功率控制相关配置 参数; 否则, 上行功率控制参数更新指示信息的比特位需置 "0" , 表示在基 站发送的更新的系统配置描述消息中, 与上行功率控制相关配置参数没有发 生改变。
现有技术存在如下问题, 假设在终端发送 Uplink Power Status Report Header之前, 基站已经发送了两次 AAI— SCD消息, 并且这两次消息中与上 行功率控制相关的配置参数都发生了变化, 但是由于信道快衰的影响, 终端 并没有收到第二次 AAI— SCD 消息, 但是终端在发送 Uplink Power Status Report Header时同样会将 ULPC Parameters Updating Indicator比特位置 " 1 " , 因为在终端看来只接收到 1次 AAI— SCD消息,这样基站和终端就会存在一个 严重的错误,基站并不清楚终端没有成功接收第二个 AAI-SCD消息, 从而将 导致基站无法为终端合理分配资源。 发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种上行功率状态报告的传输方法及系 统, 使基站能够确定终端是否正确接收到基站发送的系统配置描述消息或上 行数据信道功率配置消息。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种上行功率状态报告的传输方法, 所述方法包括:
终端向基站发送上行功率状态报告信息, 其中所述上行功率状态报告信 息中包括配置变化指示信息。
所述配置变化指示信息用于指示所述终端接收所述基站发送的系统配置 描述(AAI— SCD ) 消息和 /或 AAI— SCD消息中上行数据信道功率控制配置的 信息的变化情况。
所述配置变化指示信息用于指示以下内容中的至少一种或任意组合: 所述终端收到的最新的 AAI— SCD消息的索引信息; 所述终端收到的最新的 AAI— SCD 消息中上行数据信道功率控制配置的 索引信息;
AAI SCD消息配置是否发生变化;
AAI_SCD消息中上行数据信道功率控制配置是否发生变化。
所述终端向基站发送上行功率状态报告信息的步骤包括:
所述终端通过上行信令头 (Uplink Signaling Header ) 、 上行数据信道 ( Uplink Data Channel ) , 或者上行控制信道 ( Uplink Control Channel )发送 上行功率状态报告信息。
所述上行信令头包括上行功率状态报告头。
当所述配置变化指示信息用于指示终端收到的最新的 AAI— SCD 消息的 索引信息时,所述配置变化指示信息为所述最新的 AAI— SCD消息中的参数改 变指示信息 ( Change Configuration Change ) 。
所述终端向基站发送上行功率状态报告信息的步骤包括: 所述终端周期 发送、 和 /或根据特定触发条件向所述基站发送所述上行功率状态报告信息。

所述特定值具体为:指示 AAI— SCD消息中上行数据信道功率控制配置发 生变化的值。
所述终端向基站发送上行功率状态报告信息的步骤包括: 所述终端通过 上行功率状态报告头向所述基站发送所述上行功率状态报告信息; 所述配置变化指示信息包括上行功率状态报告头的长度指示信息
( Length ) , 且当所述长度指示信息为特定值时, 所述配置变化指示信息还 包括所述终端收到的最新的 AAI— SCD消息的索引信息。
所述上行功率状态 告信息的发送间隔小于两倍的所述 AAI-SCD 消息 的发送间隔或周期。

所述配置变化指示信息用于指示以下内容中的至少一种或任意组合: 所述终端收到的最新的 AAI— SCD消息的索引信息;

系统配置描述(AAI— SCD ) 消息配置是否发生变化;

为解决现有技术中存在的问题, 本发明提供一种上行功率状态报告的传 输方法, 其釆用如下技术方案:
终端向基站发送上行功率状态报告信息, 其中所述上行功率状态报告信 息中包括配置变化指示信息。
其中, 所述配置变化指示信息用于指示所述终端接收所述基站发送的系 统配置描述(AAI— SCD ) 消息的变化情况和 /或 AAI— SCD消息中上行数据信 道功率控制配置的信息的变化情况。
进一步的, 所述配置变化指示信息用于指示以下内容中的至少一种或任 意组合: a )指示系统配置描述(AAI— SCD ) 消息配置是否发生变化; b )指示系统配置描述(AAI— SCD ) 消息中上行数据信道功率控制配置 ( Ulpc Data Channel Set )是否发生变化;
c )指示终端收到的最新的系统配置描述(AAI— SCD ) 消息的索引信息; d )指示终端收到的最新的系统配置描述(AAI— SCD ) 消息中上行数据 信道功率控制配置 ( UlpcDataChannelSet ) 的索引信息。
进一步的, 所述上行功率状态 ^艮告信息可以通过以下方式发送: 上行信令头 ( Uplink Signaling Header ) 、 上行数据信道 ( Uplink Data Channel ) , 或者上行控制信道 ( Uplink Control Channel ) 。
进一步的, 所述上行信令头可以是上行功率状态报告头。
进一步的, 当所述配置变化指示信息为指示终端收到的最新的系统配置 描述(AAI— SCD ) 消息的索引信息时, 所述配置变化指示信息可以是系统配 置描述 (AAI— SCD ) 消息中的参数改变指示信息 (Change Configuration Change , 也称作 Configuration Change Count ) 。

进一步的, 基站接收到终端发送的上行功率状态报告信息后, 根据其中 的配置变化指示信息确认终端是否正确接收到基站发送的系统配置描述 ( AAI SCD ) 消息和 /或上行数据信道功率控制配置 (UlpcDataChannelSet ) 消息。
进一步的, 如果基站确认终端没有正确接收到基站发送的系统配置描述 ( AAI SCD )消息或上行数据信道功率控制配置( UlpcDataChannelSet )消息, 则基站将所述系统配置描述(AAI— SCD ) 消息或上行数据信道功率控制配置 ( UlpcDataChannelSet ) 消息重新发送给所述终端。 进一步的, 如果基站确认终端正确接收到基站发送的系统配置描述
( AAI SCD )消息或上行数据信道功率控制配置( UlpcDataChannelSet )消息, 则基站根据上行功率状态报告信息中的其他信息进行后续操作。

优选实例一
本实例中, 终端通过 Uplink Power Status Report Header将上行功率状态 报告发送给基站, 该上行功率状态报告中至少包括配置变化指示信息, 其中 该配置变化指示信息为接收到的最新的 AAI-SCD消息的参数改变指示信息。
假设终端 1 (简称 MS1 ) 的服务基站为 BS1 , 如图 1所示, 本实例的上 行功率状态 ^艮告的传输方法具体描述如下:
步骤 101 , BS1通过下行信道发送 AAI-SCD消息,该消息中至少包括 4bits 的参数改变指示信息( Change Configuration Change ) ,用来指示当前 AAI-SCD 消息的参数配置相较于之前发送的 AAI-SCD 消息是否有改变。 例如最新的 AAI-SCD 消息的 Change Configuration Change=0100 , 而在此之前发送的 AAI-SCD消息的 Change Configuration Change=0011 ,则表明 AAI-SCD消息中 有些配置参数发生了变化。
本实施例中假设, 最新的 AAI-SCD 消息的 Change Configuration
Change=0100。
步骤 102, MSI接收基站发送的 AAI-SCD消息, 并且按照该消息配置具 体参数;
步骤 103 , 由于特定条件触发和 /或周期触发, MS1需要发送上行功率状 态报告给 BS 1 , 则 MS 1在 Uplink Power Status Report Header中将上行功率状 态报告发送给 BS1 ;
其中, 所述的特定条件触发可由标准默认配置或由所述基站通过信令发 送给所述终端。 其中, Uplink Power Status Report Header中的上行功率状态 4艮告至少包括 配置变化指示信息,本实施例中所述配置变化指示信息即是 MS1接收到的最 新的 AAI-SCD消息的 Change Configuration Change信息, 取值为 0100 , 具体 参数如表 1所示。

优选实例二
如图 2所示, 本实例的上行功率状态 ^艮告的传输方法具体描述如下: 步骤 201 , BS1通过下行信道发送 AAI-SCD消息,该消息中至少包括 4bits 的参数改变指示信息( Change Configuration Change ) ,用来指示当前 AAI-SCD 消息的参数配置相比于之前发送的 AAI-SCD消息是否有改变;
本实施例中假设, BS1先后发送了 3个 AAI-SCD消息, AAI-SCD1、 AAI-SCD2, AAI-SCD3 , 并且 Change Configuration Change分别为 "0100" 、 "0101" 和 "0110" 。 假设 Change Configuration Change的改变都是由于上行 数据信道功率控制配置 ( UlpcDataChannelSet ) 消息发生了改变。
步骤 202, MS1接收基站发送的 AAI-SCD消息, 并且按照该消息配置具 体参数;
本实施例中, 假定由于信道快衰的原因, MS1 只成功接收到了 AAI-SCDl , AAI-SCD2, 并没有接收到 AAI-SCD3;
步骤 203 , 由于特定条件触发和 /或周期触发, MS1需要发送上行功率状 态报告发送给 BS 1。 其中, Uplink Power Status Report Header中的至少包括配 置变化指示信息,本实施例中所述配置变化指示信息即是 MS1收到的最新的 AAI-SCD消息 AAI-SCD2的 Change Configuration Change信息,取值为 0101 , 具体参数如表 2所示。

步骤 601 , BS1通过下行信道发送 AAI-SCD消息,该消息中至少包括 4bits 的参数改变指示信息( Change Configuration Change ) ,用来指示当前 AAI-SCD 消息的参数配置相较于之前发送的 AAI-SCD 消息是否有改变。 例如最新的 AAI-SCD 消息的 Change Configuration Change=0011 , 而在此之前发送的 AAI-SCD消息的 Change Configuration Change=0010,则表明 AAI-SCD消息中 有些配置参数发生了变化。 本实施例中假设所述配置参数变化来自于上行数 据信道功率控制配置 (UlpcDataChannelSet ) 消息发生了改变。
本实施例中假设, 最新的 AAI-SCD 消息的 Change Configuration Change=0100。
步骤 602, MSI接收基站发送的 AAI-SCD消息, 并且按照该消息配置具 体参数;
步骤 603 , 由于特定条件触发和 /或周期触发, MS1需要发送上行功率状 态报告给 BS1 , 则 MS1

本实例与前述实例五的区别在于, 本实例是在配置变化指示信息 1为特 定值(即 UlpcDataChannelSet为 1 )时, 才包括配置变化指示信息 2 (最新的 AAI-SCD消息的 Change Configuration Change信息) 。
优选实例七
本实例中假设终端 1的服务基站为 BS1 , 本实例的上行功率状态报告的 传输方法具体描述如下 (未图示) :

本实施例中假设, 最新的 AAI-SCD 消息的 Change Configuration Change=0100。
步骤 702, MSI接收基站发送的 AAI-SCD消息, 并且按照该消息配置具 体参数;
步骤 703 , 由于特定条件触发和 /或周期触发, MS1需要发送上行功率状 态报告发送给 BS1 ;
其中, Uplink Power Status Report Header中的上行功率状态 4艮告至少包括 配置变化指示信息。 所述配置变化指示信息包括 Uplink Power Status Report Header的长度指示信息( Length ) , 以及当所述长度指示信息( Length )为特 定值时还包括 MS1 收到的最新的 AAI-SCD 消息的 Change Configuration Change信息, 本实施例中假设当 Length为 5 ( byte ) 时, 所述配置变化指示 信息还包括 MS 1收到的最新的 AAI-SCD消息的 Change Configuration Change 信息, 本实施例中 Change Configuration Change取值为 0100, 具体参数如表 7 所示。

步骤 704, BS1接收 MSI发送的 Uplink Power Status Report Header, 获 知配置变化指示信息 "Length =5" , 进而解码出 Change Configuration Change =0100" , 判定 MSI 已经正确接收最新的 AAI-SCD消息。 则 BS1根据 Uplink Power Status Report Header中的其他消息进行后续操作。

本实例的上行功率状态^艮告的传输方法具体描述如下 (未图示) : 步骤 801 , BS1通过下行信道发送 AAI-SCD消息, 假设该消息的发送间 隔为 N 个帧, 该消息中至少包括 4bits 的参数改变指示信息 (Change Configuration Change ) , 用来指示当前 AAI-SCD消息的参数配置相比于之前 发送的 AAI-SCD消息是否有改变;
本实施例中假设最新的 AAI-SCD消息相比于之前的 AAI-SCD消息在上 行数据信道功率控制配置 ( UlpcDataChannelSet ) 消息发生了改变。
步骤 802, MS1接收基站发送的 AAI-SCD消息, 并且按照该消息配置具 体参数;
本实施例中假设 MS1没有接收基站发送的更新的 AAI-SCD消息; 但需要保证上报的间隔要小于 (2 *N ) 帧, 使得每 2次上行功率状态报告的 时间段内至多有一次 AAI-SCD消息的发送;
当 MS1需要发送上行功率状态报告给 BS1时, 则 MS1在 Uplink Power

指示所述终端收到的最新的 AAI— SCD消息的索引信息;
指示所述终端收到的最新的 AAI— SCD 消息中上行数据信道功率控制配 置的索引信息;
指示系统配置描述(AAI— SCD ) 消息配置是否发生变化; 指示 AAI— SCD消息中上行数据信道功率控制配置是否发生变化; 进一步地, 所述信息报告单元用于, 通过以下方式发送所述上行功率状 态报告信息:
上行信令头 ( Uplink Signaling Header ) 、 上行数据信道 ( Uplink Data Channel ) , 或者上行控制信道( Uplink Control Channel ) 。
进一步地, 所述信息报告单元用于, 周期发送、 和 /或根据特定触发条件 向所述基站发送所述上行功率状态报告信息;
其中,如果周期发送,则发送周期小于两倍的 AAI-SCD消息的发送周期。 进一步地, 所述传输系统还包括基站, 所述基站括下行配置单元和接收 确认单元,
所述下行配置单元用于, 向终端发送的 AAI— SCD消息和 /或上行数据信 道功率控制配置消息;
所述接收确认单元用于, 收到所述上行功率状态报告信息后, 根据其中 的所述配置变化指示信息确认终端是否正确接收到基站发送的 AAI— SCD 消 息和 /或上行数据信道功率控制配置消息, 如果确认所述终端没有正确接收到 AAI SCD 消息和 /或上行数据信道功率控制配置消息, 则通知所述下行配置 单元将所述 AAI— SCD消息和 /或上行数据信道功率控制配置消息重新发送给 所述终端。
需要说明的是, 上述传输系统的实施例可以参照上述方法给出的实施例 及其实例的细节来理解和实施, 实施例中的邻区关系列表更新方案属于本思 想的一种举例说明, 在此不再对相同或者相似方法进行重复描述。
尽管为示例目的, 已经公开了本发明的优选实施例, 本领域的技术人员 将意识到各种改进、 增加和取代也是可能的, 因此, 本发明的范围应当不限 于上述实施例。

工业实用性
本发明的方案使基站能够确定终端是否正确接收到基站发送的系统配置 描述消息或上行数据信道功率配置消息, 从而可以为终端合理分配资源。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种上行功率状态 ^艮告的传输方法, 所述方法包括:
终端向基站发送上行功率状态报告信息, 其中所述上行功率状态报告信 息中包括配置变化指示信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述配置变化指示信息用于指示所述终端接收所述基站发送的系统配置 描述(AAI— SCD ) 消息和 /或 AAI— SCD消息中上行数据信道功率控制配置的 信息的变化情况。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述配置变化指示信息用于指示以 下内容中的至少一种或任意组合:
所述终端收到的最新的 AAI— SCD消息的索引信息;
所述终端收到的最新的 AAI— SCD 消息中上行数据信道功率控制配置的 索引信息;
AAI SCD消息配置是否发生变化;
AAI SCD消息中上行数据信道功率控制配置是否发生变化。
4、 如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的方法, 其中,
所述终端向基站发送上行功率状态报告信息的步骤包括:
所述终端通过上行信令头 (Uplink Signaling Header ) 、 上行数据信道 ( Uplink Data Channel ) , 或者上行控制信道 ( Uplink Control Channel )发送 上行功率状态 ^艮告信息。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中,
所述上行信令头包括上行功率状态报告头。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中,
当所述配置变化指示信息用于指示终端收到的最新的 AAI— SCD 消息的 索引信息时,所述配置变化指示信息为所述最新的 AAI— SCD消息中的参数改 变指示信息 ( Change Configuration Change ) 。
7、 如权利要求 1、 2、 3或 6所述的方法, 其中,
所述终端向基站发送上行功率状态报告信息的步骤包括: 所述终端周期 发送、 和 /或根据特定触发条件向所述基站发送所述上行功率状态报告信息。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中,
所述终端的发送周期小于两倍的所述 AAI-SCD消息的发送周期。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 所述方法还包括:
所述基站接收到所述上行功率状态报告信息后, 根据其中的所述配置变 化指示信息确认终端是否正确接收到基站发送的 AAI— SCD消息和 /或上行数 据信道功率控制配置消息, 如果所述基站确认所述终端没有正确接收到 AAI SCD 消息和 /或上行数据信道功率控制配置消息, 则所述基站将所述 AAI SCD消息和 /或上行数据信道功率控制配置消息重新发送给所述终端。
10、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中,
所述配置变化指示信息包括指示 AAI— SCD 消息中上行数据信道功率控 制配置是否发生变化的信息,且当所述指示 AAI— SCD消息中上行数据信道功 率控制配置是否发生变化的信息为特定值时, 所述配置变化指示信息还包括 所述终端收到的最新的 AAI— SCD消息的索引信息。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其中,
所述特定值为:指示 AAI— SCD消息中上行数据信道功率控制配置发生变 化的值。
12、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述终端向基站发送上行功率状态报告信息的步骤包括: 所述终端通过 上行功率状态报告头向所述基站发送所述上行功率状态报告信息;
所述配置变化指示信息包括上行功率状态报告头的长度指示信息 ( Length ) , 且当所述长度指示信息为特定值时, 所述配置变化指示信息还 包括所述终端收到的最新的 AAI— SCD消息的索引信息。
13、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述上行功率状态 告信息的发送间隔小于两倍的所述 AAI-SCD 消息 的发送间隔或周期。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的方法, 其中,
所述上行功率状态报告信息的发送间隔由所述基站通过上行功率状态报 告配置 ( AAI UL_PSR-CFG )信令发送给所述终端。
15、 一种上行功率状态 ^艮告的传输系统, 所述传输系统包括终端, 所述 终端包括信息报告单元,
所述信息报告单元设置为: 向基站发送上行功率状态报告信息, 其中该 上行功率状态 告信息中包括配置变化指示信息。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的传输系统, 其中,
所述配置变化指示信息用于指示以下内容中的至少一种或任意组合: 所述终端收到的最新的 AAI— SCD消息的索引信息;
所述终端收到的最新的 AAI— SCD 消息中上行数据信道功率控制配置的 索引信息;
系统配置描述(AAI— SCD ) 消息配置是否发生变化;
AAI SCD消息中上行数据信道功率控制配置是否发生变化。
17、 如权利要求 15或 16所述的传输系统, 其中,
所述信息报告单元是设置为通过上行信令头(Uplink Signaling Header ) 、 上行数据信道 ( Uplink Data Channel ) , 或者上行控制信道 ( Uplink Control Channel )发送所述上行功率状态报告信息。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的传输系统, 其中,
所述信息报告单元是设置为: 周期发送、 和 /或根据特定触发条件向所述 基站发送所述上行功率状态报告信息;
其中,如果周期发送,则发送周期小于两倍的 AAI-SCD消息的发送周期。
19、 如权利要求 15或 16所述的传输系统, 所述传输系统还包括基站, 所述基站包括下行配置单元和接收确认单元,
所述下行配置单元设置为: 向终端发送的 AAI— SCD消息和 /或上行数据 信道功率控制配置消息; 所述接收确认单元设置为: 收到所述上行功率状态报告信息后, 根据其 中的所述配置变化指示信息确认终端是否正确接收到基站发送的 AAI— SCD 消息和 /或上行数据信道功率控制配置消息, 如果确认所述终端没有正确接收 到 AAI SCD消息和 /或上行数据信道功率控制配置消息, 则通知所述下行配 置单元将所述 AAI— SCD消息和 /或上行数据信道功率控制配置消息重新发送 给所述终端。
