Abstract

L'invention concerne un circuit pour convertisseur multi-niveaux, composé de différentes cellules qui sont faites d'un condensateur de circuit intermédiaire, ainsi que, pour chaque phase, de 2 commutateurs semi-conducteurs, de 2 diodes en roue libre et de 2 thyristors. Les circuits intermédiaires des cellules sont montés en série, les thyristors de toutes les cellules appartenant à une phase sont montés en série et forment la sortie de phase du convertisseur. Pour chaque phase, l'un des thyristors est mis en service et sélectionne ainsi la cellule active pour cette phase. Pour permettre la commutation des thyristors, il est nécessaire d'avoir une source auxiliaire de tension.
