Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un bloc de caoutchouc comportant des blocs supérieurs repositionnables, l'agencement des blocs supérieurs disposés sur une plaque inférieure pouvant changer librement afin de faciliter le changement du profil supérieur. Le bloc de caoutchouc de la présente invention comprend une plaque inférieure qui se compose d'une matière de résine synthétique et comporte une pluralité d'axes d'introduction sur le dessus ; et une pluralité de blocs supérieurs fixés sur la plaque inférieure, chacun ayant une force élastique et comprenant une rainure d'introduction dans le fond pour recevoir l'axe d'introduction, respectivement. Les axes d'introduction sont placés sur la surface supérieure de la plaque inférieure en rangées et colonnes qui alternent à intervalles égaux le long de la direction diagonale, et les rainures d'introduction sont également placées sur le fond des blocs supérieurs en rangées et colonnes à intervalles égaux, à condition que l'intervalle entre les rainures d'introduction dans les directions longitudinale et latérale fasse la moitié de l'intervalle entre les axes d'introduction dans les directions longitudinale et latérale. En outre, des trous d'évacuation sont formés dans la section intermédiaire entre les axes d'introduction disposés longitudinalement, et dans la section intermédiaire entre les axes d'introduction disposés latéralement. L'axe d'introduction a une forme tubulaire, dans laquelle la partie supérieure du tube est pourvue d'une saillie circonférentielle en forme de cale ayant un plan incliné s'étendant vers le bas et vers l'extérieur, et d'au moins un long trou vertical qui s'ouvre vers le haut. La rainure d'introduction se présente sous forme globulaire, dans laquelle la partie supérieure de la rainure globulaire est pourvue d'une rainure d'introduction circonférentielle pour recevoir l'extrémité inférieure de la saillie circonférentielle en forme de cale pour éviter la fuite libre de la saillie. De plus, il y a un espace entre les blocs supérieurs pour y introduire du sable ou de la terre. En outre, une saillie inférieure ayant une longue rainure d'assemblage sur le dessus est respectivement formée sur l'extrémité avant et sur une extrémité latérale de la plaque inférieure. Une saillie supérieure possédant un élément d'introduction saillant dans le fond à introduire dans la longue rainure d'assemblage de la saillie inférieure est également respectivement formée sur l'extrémité arrière et sur l'autre extrémité latérale de ma plaque inférieure de sorte que la saillie supérieure et la saillie inférieure puissent se chevaucher et être assemblées au cours de l'assemblage entre les plaques inférieures voisines.
