Description

Function panel mounting structure
The present invention relates to a functional panel mounting structure in which a functional panel is mounted in a recess provided in a wall surface.
Conventionally, various attachment structures for attaching a panel body to a wall surface have been proposed. For example, Patent Document 1 shown below can be cited.
In Patent Document 1 below, a spring member having a substantially U-shaped cross section is provided at a fitting portion of a panel support provided on a support column, and a locking portion formed at an end of the panel is provided between the spring member and the fitting portion. A structure is disclosed in which a panel is supported by a panel support in a state of being sandwiched between the other side wall.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-31925
By the way, in a functional panel having a humidity control function, a deodorizing function, etc. in a house that has been proposed in recent years, a functional part such as an air passage for circulating indoor air protrudes from the back side of the front plate. Something is seen. When such a functional panel is provided in the recess of the wall surface, if the mounting position of the panel receiving member that holds the functional panel is deviated, the functional panel may not be successfully mounted.
For example, when the attachment position of the panel receiving member is attached inward (back side) from the end of the opening side inner surface of the recess, the hooking portion of the hooking member is not locked to the panel receiving member. I can't catch it. In addition, when the mounting position of the panel receiving member is attached to the outside (near side) from the end of the inner surface on the opening side of the recess, that is, on the mounting side of the functional panel, it becomes easy to hook the hooking member. However, the functional panel floats from the wall surface and a gap is generated.
Therefore, there is a demand for a holding member that can attach the functional panel along the wall surface without a gap even if the mounting position of the panel receiving member is slightly shifted.
The structure of Patent Document 1 is such that the locking portion is formed by cutting out the end portion of the panel, and the locking portion is inserted and fitted along the fitting portion of the panel support. Therefore, it cannot be applied to the structure in which the functional panel is locked in the recess of the wall surface as described above.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a functional panel mounting structure that allows a functional panel to be mounted in a recess in a wall surface without a gap.
In order to achieve the above object, a functional panel mounting structure according to the present invention is a functional panel mounting structure in which a functional panel is mounted in a recess provided on a wall surface. A panel receiving member having a fixing portion fixed to the inner side surface of the opening side and a standing wall portion that is connected to the fixing portion and is formed to be bent on the opening side is provided. A hooking member that protrudes in a shape parallel to the hooking portion and has a hook portion that is locked to the standing wall portion, and a plate-like spring is provided at the hooking portion of the panel receiving member and the hooking member. And attaching the functional panel in a state where the functional panel is pulled toward the wall surface by the spring force of the plate-like spring portion when the functional panel is attached to the recess by hooking the collar portion on the standing wall portion. Features.
In the present invention, the plate-like spring portion may be provided on the standing wall portion.

The function panel 4 is provided with a hooking member 2 having a flange portion 21 that protrudes from the back surface of the front plate 40 of the function panel 4 in parallel with the fixed portion 10 and is locked to the standing wall portion 11.
Since the hook portion between the panel receiving member 1 and the hooking member 2 is provided with the plate-like spring portion 3, when attaching the functional panel 4 to the recess 5 by hooking the collar portion 21 to the standing wall portion 11. The functional panel 4 can be attached in a state of being pulled toward the wall surface 6 by the spring force of the plate spring 3.
In the mounting structure of the functional panel 4 according to the first embodiment, the plate-like spring portion 3 is provided on the standing wall portion 11.
The functional panel 4 attached to the recess 5 of the wall surface 6 is installed vertically along the wall surface 6 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 and is formed in a vertically long thin rectangular shape.
The function panel 4 includes a front plate 40 in which an exhaust port 42 and an intake port 43 are formed, and a functional unit 41 that protrudes from the back side of the front plate 40.
The front plate 40 is formed larger than the front surface of the functional unit 41 so as to cover the functional unit 41 in the attached state to the recess 5.
An exhaust port 42 is provided on the upper end side of the front plate 40, and an intake port 43 is provided on the lower end side away from the exhaust port 42. An internal air passage (not shown) is provided so as to communicate with the internal space between the exhaust port 42 and the air intake port 43, and this internal air passage is inside the functional unit 41 provided on the back side of the front plate 40. Is formed.
A plurality of hooking members 2 to be hooked on the panel receiving member 1 are provided at predetermined positions on the rear surface side end portion of the front plate 40 (see FIG. 2).
The configuration of the function panel 4 is not particularly limited, but a filter or a sirocco fan may be disposed on the back side of the air inlet 43, and the filter has a capturing property and a deodorizing property such as dust. An activated carbon filter may be used. In addition, in the internal air passage formed in the functional unit 41, a honeycomb structure composed of an aggregate of a large number of hollow cylindrical cells that open in the air blowing direction is disposed, and a humidity control material, a deodorizing agent, or the like is placed in the cell. It is good also as what accommodated the functional material.
In this way, the filter having humidity control and deodorizing properties is arranged, or the honeycomb-like structure containing the functional material as described above is arranged in the internal air passage so that it is taken in from the air inlet 43. Humidity adjustment and deodorization of indoor air can be performed. Further, the air whose humidity has been adjusted and deodorized can be exhausted from the exhaust port 42.
Further, a plurality of sirocco fans may be installed in the left-right direction according to the width of the function panel 4, and the air sucked from the front side may be discharged upward. Furthermore, a control unit that drives and controls a sirocco fan or the like may be disposed in the space above the function panel 4.
Note that power is supplied to the sirocco fan, the control unit, and the like through a power cord (not shown) or the like drawn to the back side of the part as appropriate.
The wall surface 6 includes a wall surface material 60, a vertical beam 50 made of a prismatic wood material and the like and provided substantially perpendicular to the floor surface 7, and a wall base material 61. The wall 5 is provided with a recess 5 at a position where the functional panel 4 is attached. The recess 5 is formed by not providing the wall surface material 60 between the pair of vertical bars 50 and 50. The distance between the pair of vertical bars 50 and 50 is set in accordance with the dimension in the width direction of the function unit 41 of the function panel 4.
For the sake of explanation, FIG. 2 shows a state in which the vertical rail 50 and the wall base material 61 are cut according to the longitudinal dimension of the functional panel 4. (Not shown). And the wall surface material 60 has a part which is not provided in part according to the installation position of a pair of vertical crosspieces 50 and 50 and the dimension of the function panel 4 so that the recess 5 may be formed.
The panel receiving member 1 is produced by bending a thin plate made of a steel material.
The panel receiving member 1 is formed to be bent at a substantially right angle so that the fixed portion 10 and the standing wall portion 11 have a substantially L-shaped cross section.
A plurality of fixing tool insertion holes 12 are formed in the fixing portion 10. A fixing tool 13 such as a screw is inserted into the fixing tool insertion hole 12, and specifically, the inner side surface 51 of the opening side 5 a of the recess 5, specifically, It is fixed to a predetermined location on the inner surface 51 of the vertical beam 50.
Here, an example is shown in which the fixing tool insertion holes 12 are formed in three places, but the present invention is not limited to this, and even when the functional panel 4 is locked and a load is applied, the inner side surface 51 is firmly attached. What is necessary is just the structure in which the fixing tool 13 is provided so that the panel receiving member 1 may be fixed to.
The standing wall portion 11 is connected to the end portion of the fixed portion 10, and is bent in a direction facing each other on the opening side 5 a than the fixed portion 10 provided on the other inner side surface 51 facing the pair of vertical bars 50, 50. Has been.
The bent portion of the fixed portion 10 and the standing wall portion 11 may be bent at a substantially right angle as shown in the enlarged view of the portion X in FIG. 2 or may be bent and bent. The hook portion 21 of the provided hooking member 2 is configured to be hooked.
As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the standing wall portion 11 is provided with a plate spring portion 3.
1A shows a state before the collar portion 21 is locked to the standing wall portion 11, and FIG. 1B shows a state where the collar portion 21 is locked to the standing wall portion 12. .
The plate-like spring portion 3 is made of a plate-like steel material having spring properties, and is bent into a mountain shape so that the central portion 32 protrudes when provided on the standing wall portion 11 (see FIG. 1A). ).
The upper end 30 of the plate spring 3 is fixed to the upper end of the standing wall 11 by screwing or welding. The lower end portion 31 is a free end that is not fixed to the standing wall portion 11 so that the plate spring portion 3 is deformed and moves downward when the collar portion 21 is locked and pressed by the central portion 32. (See FIG. 1B).
It is desirable that the protruding width of the mountain-shaped central portion 32 be larger than the protruding width in the attached state of the flange portion 21. According to this, even if there is a slight shift in the front-rear direction at the mounting position of the panel receiving member 1, for example, the central portion 32 of the plate-like spring portion 3 protrudes, so that it can be easily locked to the flange portion 21, and plate-like The action of the force that pulls the functional panel 4 by the spring part 3 can be effectively exhibited.
The hooking member 2 provided on the back surface of the functional panel 4 is made of a metal material or the like, and protrudes in a form that is substantially parallel to the fixing portion 10 from the back surface and the fixing portion 20 that is fixed to the back surface of the front plate 40 of the functional panel 4. And a collar portion 21 that is locked to the standing wall portion 11.
As described above, the flange portion 21 is provided so as to protrude substantially parallel to the fixing portion 10, in other words, in a substantially orthogonal direction from the fixing portion 20, and is bent from the top to the bottom as shown in the Y portion enlarged view of FIG. 2. A part of the plate-like body is cut out in such a bowl shape. At this time, even when the attachment position of the panel receiving member 1 is attached to the inner side (back side) from the end portion of the inner side surface 51 of the opening 5a of the recess 5, for example, the collar portion 21 is hooked on the standing wall portion 11. As shown, a notch portion 21a that is a hooking portion of the flange portion 21 is formed large.
The method of fixing the hook member 2 to the back surface of the front plate 40 is not particularly limited, such as screwing or welding, but here, the fixing portion insertion hole 22 is provided in the fixing portion 20 and the fixing member 23 is fixed. An example is shown.
If the hook member 2 is hooked and held on the panel receiving member 1 in this way, the functional panel 4 can be easily attached and detached, and can be easily removed after installation.
Therefore, maintenance after the functional panel 4 is constructed is easy.
According to the above configuration, since the plate-like spring portion 3 is provided on the standing wall portion 11, when attaching the functional panel 4 to the recess 5 by hooking the flange portion 21 on the standing wall portion 11, the plate-like spring portion. The functional panel 4 can be attached while being pulled toward the wall surface 6 by the spring force of 3.
That is, when the collar portion 21 is locked to the central portion 32 of the plate-like spring portion 3, the central portion 32 is elastically pressed toward the front plate 40, and as a result, the lower end portion 31 moves downward and is plate-like. A spring restoring elasticity is generated in which the spring portion 3 tries to return to its original shape.
Accordingly, the plate-like spring portion 3 moves up and down in accordance with the pressing state of the flange portion 21 against the central portion 32, and the functional panel 4 does not cause a gap between the front plate 40 of the functional panel 4 and the wall surface material 60. Can be attached to the recess 5.
If the notch portion 21a of the flange portion 21 is formed to be large as described above, for example, the mounting position of the panel receiving member 1 is inward from the end portion of the inner side surface 51 of the opening side 5a of the recess 5 ( Even when attached to the back side), the hooked portion of the collar portion 21 does not reach the panel receiving member 1 and cannot be hooked. Further, for example, even when the mounting position of the panel receiving member is attached to the outside (front side) from the end of the inner side surface 51 of the opening 5 a of the recess 5, that is, to the mounting side of the functional panel 4, the plate spring 3 The function panel 4 can be attached in a state of being pulled toward the wall surface 6 without causing the function panel 4 to float from the wall surface 6 due to the above-described action and causing a gap.
Further, the hook members 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 and 2 are positioned as positions where all the flanges 21, 21, 21, 21, 21, 21, 21 are in contact with all the corresponding fixed portions 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10. If 2, 2 and 2 are fixed to the function panel 4, the function panel 4 can be attached to the wall surface 6 in a state in which the function panel 4 is accurately positioned without shaking.
Here, an example is shown in which a total of six panel receiving members 1 are provided, three for each of the pair of vertical bars 50, 50, and accordingly, the hooking member 2 is placed in front of the functional panel 4. An example in which six pieces are provided on the back surface of the plate 40 is shown. However, the number of the panel receiving member 1 and the hooking member 2 provided is not limited to the illustrated example, and can be appropriately provided according to the size and weight of the functional panel 4.
Next, an outline of an example of a procedure for mounting the functional panel 4 will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, the fixing portion 10 of the panel receiving member 1 is attached and fixed to the inner side surface 51 of the opening side 5 a of the recess 5. Specifically, the fixing part 10 can be fixed to the inner side surface 51 by inserting the fixing tool 13 into the fixing tool insertion hole 12 of the fixing part 10 and screwing it. At this time, as shown in the enlarged view of the portion X in FIG. 2, it is desirable that the standing wall portion 11 is attached so as to be substantially flush with the surface of the wall surface material 60 so as not to protrude too much.
A plurality of panel receiving members 1 are sequentially attached to the inner side surface 51 in the same manner. At this time, the mounting position of the panel receiving member 1 is set so as to correspond to the mounting position of the hook member 2 fixed to the function panel 4. Here, the plate-like spring portion 3 is provided on the standing wall portion 11, and the functional panel 4 can be attached in the state of being pulled toward the wall surface 6 by the spring force of the plate-like spring portion 3 as described above. There is no problem even if the mounting position of the receiving member 1 is slightly shifted in the front-rear direction.
On the other hand, on the back surface of the front plate 40 of the function panel 4, a plurality of hook members 2 are fixed in order at positions where the collar portion 21 can be locked to the standing wall portion 11.
Next, the function panel 4 stands substantially vertically (see FIG. 2) and is lifted slightly upward. The hooking members 2 are hooked on the standing wall portions 11 of the panel receiving member 1, and the function panel 4 is lowered in this state. Slide to. Then, the functional panel 4 can be attached to the wall surface 6 as shown in FIG.
According to the above configuration, even if the mounting position of the panel receiving member 1 is slightly deviated, the functional panel 4 can be mounted in a state of being pulled toward the wall surface 6 by the spring force of the plate spring portion 3.
Therefore, when the functional panel 4 is attached to the recess 5 of the wall surface 6, it can be attached without causing a gap between the front plate 40 and the wall surface material 60.
Moreover, the function part 41 which protruded from the back surface of the front board 40 can be accommodated between a pair of vertical rails 50 and 50 (refer FIG. 3).
Therefore, the functional panel 4 can be held on the wall surface 6 with good fit and good appearance (see FIG. 4).
Next, the mounting structure of the functional panel 4 according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
In addition, a common code | symbol is attached | subjected to a common part and description of a common part is abbreviate | omitted.
The mounting structure of the functional panel 4 according to the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the plate-like spring portion 3 is provided on the flange portion 21 of the hooking member 2.
FIG. 5A shows a state before the collar part 21 is locked to the standing wall part 11, and FIG. 5B shows a state where the collar part 21 is locked to the standing wall part 11. .
As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the hook part 21 of the hooking member 2 is formed by cutting a part of the plate-like body into a hook shape to form the hook part 21 and substantially parallel to the fixing part 20. A mounting piece 24 is formed in the direction to be, and the plate-like spring portion 3 is fixed to the mounting piece 24.
The fixing method of the plate-like spring part 3 to the attachment piece 24 is not specifically limited, such as screwing or welding.
In addition, when the notch part 21a of the collar part 21 is formed large, and the plate-shaped spring part 3 consists of plate-shaped steel materials which have spring property, when it is provided in the attachment piece 24, the center part 32 protrudes. Thus, it is the same as that of the first embodiment in that it is bent into a mountain shape (see FIG. 5A).
The upper end 30 of the plate spring 3 is fixed to the upper end of the mounting piece 24 by screwing or welding. The lower end portion 31 is a free end that is not fixed to the mounting piece 24 so that the plate-like spring portion 3 is deformed and moves downward when the collar portion 21 is locked and pressed by the standing wall portion 11. (See FIG. 5B).
Even when the plate-like spring portion 3 is provided in the flange portion 21, when the functional panel 4 is attached to the recess 5 by hooking the flange portion 21 to the standing wall portion 11 as in the first embodiment, the plate-like spring portion. The functional panel 4 can be attached while being pulled toward the wall surface 6 by the spring force of 3.
Even if the mounting position of the panel receiving member 1 is slightly shifted, the functional panel 4 can be mounted in the recess 5 of the wall surface 6 without any gap.
In addition, although this embodiment demonstrated the example in which the functional panel 4 provided with the humidity control function and the deodorizing function with the panel receiving member 1 and the hooking member 2 was attached to the recess 5 of the wall surface 6, the shape of the functional panel 4 The configuration and the like are not limited to the above-described example, and are suitably used as a panel mounting structure in which the functional unit 41 is provided on the back side of the front plate 40.
Further, the shapes and configurations of the panel receiving member 1 and the hooking member 2 are not limited to the illustrated examples.
