电信网络与业务经历几十年的蓬勃发展, 各类新技术、 新业务层出不 穷, 为用户提供了方便快捷、 安全可靠的通信环境, 同时也促进了国民经 济的快速发展。 其中, 移动通信从模拟到数字, 从 2G、 2.5G到 3G; 固网 通信从电路交换、 IP交换到下一代网络(NGN )。 随着电信技术与业务的发 展和社会信息化水平的日益提高, 数据及多媒体业务的重要性越来越突出, 但目前的网络难以满足人们对话音、 数据与多媒体融合业务的要求, 难以 实现人们在任何时间、 任何地点、 任何方式通信的美好愿望。
用户对业务的需求推动电信网、 互联网、 和广播网络的融合。 对用户 而言, 三网融合, 可以实现真正的随时随地沟通; 在通信手段和通信方式 上有了更多的选择性和灵活性; 同时还可以享受到融合所带来的更多的新 业务。
三网融合能为运营商节省投资、 降低运营成本、 增强其差异化竟争能 力, 更方便地为用户提供全业务服务。 传统的电信网、 互联网、 和广播网 是三张相互独立的网, 很多业务存在重叠的问题, 致使运营维护费用高。 移动终端电视业务作为三网融合的代表业务, 由于缺乏统一的信令控制模 式, 在电信网、 互联网、 广播网上开发时也必须分别升级三张网络才能够 为用户分别提供移动终端电视业务, 致使移动终端电视业务的提供成本高, 开发难度大, 后期维护及优化存在大量的重复投入等问题, 其中, 所述广 播网单向传输电视节目信号。 因此, 在三网融合的趋势下, 移动终端电视 业务的控制, 包括业务的开通, 注销、 业务信息的获取、 业务的订购与退 订等, 都需要一种统一的信令控制流程, 实现控制与业务分离、 网络接入 方式的无关性, 从而真正实现移动终端电视业务的三网融合。
现有技术中, 移动终端基本都是通过 GPRS 的方式在三网融合环境下 实现移动终端电视业务, 与三种网络之间没有形成统一的控制指令, 不能 真正实现移动终端电视业务的三网融合。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种移动终端及移动终端电视 业务的控制方法和系统, 实现移动终端电视业务在控制流程上与接入网络 的无关性、 统一的控制指令、 开放的业务环境、 一致的业务归属能力。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供的一种移动终端电视业务的控制方法, 该控制方法包括: 移动终端根据要进行的移动终端电视业务的控制, 通过电信网 /互联网 传送相应的基于会话初始协议(SIP, Session Initiation Protocol ) 的控制指 令到电视业务平台;
电视业务平台根据移动终端的控制指令, 返回相应的响应消息及数据; 移动终端对电视业务平台返回的响应消息及数据进行处理。
上述方案中, 所述移动终端根据要进行的移动终端电视业务的控制, 包括: 进行锁频、 业务开通、 订购业务; 所述相应的基于 SIP 的控制指令 为: 用于进行锁频的携带身份标识信息的通知(Notify )消息、 用于业务开 通的注册(Register ) 消息、 用于订购业务的请求 (INVITE ) 消息。
上述方案中, 所述移动终端在需要发送数据时, 该方法进一步包括: 将数据以 XML 格式封装在会话描述协议 ( SDP , Session Description Protocol ) 消息中, 由相应的所述基于 SIP的控制指令携带。 上述方案中, 所述电视业务平台根据移动终端的控制指令返回数据包 括: 将数据以 XML格式封装在 SDP消息中, 由相应的所述响应消息携带。
上述方案中, 所述要进行的移动终端电视业务的控制为进行锁频时, 所述控制方法为: 移动终端发送携带身份标识信息的 Notify消息; 电视业 务平台根据身份标识信息确定不需要进行业务开通时, 将业务信息由 200 OK消息携带发给移动终端, 移动终端提取业务信息, 并根据业务信息中指 示的频点进行锁频。
上述方案中, 所述要进行的移动终端电视业务的控制为业务开通时, 所述控制方法为:移动终端与电视业务平台通过 SIP的 Register消息进行认 证和密钥协商 (AKA )机制的鉴权, 在鉴权成功后, 开通移动终端电视业 务。
上述方案中, 所述要进行的移动终端电视业务的控制为订购业务时, 所述订购方式为四步订购;
所述四步订购为:移动终端将订购电视业务的内容文件由 INVITE消息 携带; 电视业务平台按照 SIP提取订购电视业务的内容文件, 进行订购处 理, 并向移动终端发送 180响应消息; 移动终端收到 180响应消息后, 回 送 ACK消息; 在订购成功后, 电视业务平台向移动终端回复携带订购文件 的 200 OK消息。
上述方案中, 所述要进行的移动终端电视业务的控制为订购业务时, 所述订购方式为两步订购;
所述两步订购为:移动终端将订购电视业务的内容文件由 INVITE消息 携带; 电视业务平台按照 SIP提取订购电视业务的内容文件, 进行订购处 理, 在订购成功后, 向移动终端回复携带订购文件的 200 OK消息。
本发明提供的一种移动终端, 该移动终端包括: 控制指令模块、 响应 处理模块; 其中, 控制指令模块, 用于根据要进行的移动终端电视业务的控制, 通过电 信网 /互联网传送相应的基于 SIP的控制指令到电视业务平台;
响应处理模块, 用于对电视业务平台返回的响应消息及数据进行处理。 上述方案中, 所述控制指令模块, 还用于将需要发送的数据以 XML格 式封装在 SDP消息中, 由相应的基于 SIP的控制指令携带。
本发明提供的一种移动终端电视业务的控制系统, 该控制系统包括: 移动终端、 电视业务平台; 其中,
移动终端, 用于根据要进行的移动终端电视业务的控制, 通过电信网 / 互联网传送相应的基于 SIP 的控制指令到电视业务平台; 并对电视业务平 台返回的响应消息及数据进行处理;
电视业务平台, 用于根据移动终端的控制指令, 返回相应的响应消息 及数据。
上述方案中, 所述移动终端, 进一步用于在需要发送数据时, 将数据 以 XML格式封装在 SDP消息中, 由相应的基于 SIP的控制指令携带; 所述电视业务平台,进一步用于将返回的数据以 XML格式封装在 SDP 消息中, 由相应的响应消息携带。
本发明提供的一种移动终端及移动终端电视业务的控制方法和系统, 移动终端根据要进行的移动终端电视业务的控制, 通过电信网 /互联网传送 相应的基于 SIP 的控制指令到电视业务平台; 电视业务平台根据移动终端 的控制指令, 返回相应的响应消息及数据; 移动终端对电视业务平台返回 的响应消息及数据进行处理。 如此, 通过统一的 SIP 的控制指令, 可以实 现三网融合环境下移动终端电视业务的控制与业务分离、 网络接入方式的 无关性、 开放的业务环境、 一致的业务归属能力, 从而真正实现移动终端 电视业务的三网融合。 附图说明

由于 SIP本身可以被用户数据包协议(UDP )或传输控制协议(TCP ) 承载, 能够同时满足电信网和互联网的信息传送, 因此利用 SIP替换现有 控制协议不需对网络硬件设备进行任何调整, 只需要进行软件的升级即可。
本发明的基本思想是: 移动终端根据要进行的移动终端电视业务的控 制, 通过电信网 /互联网传送相应的基于 SIP的控制指令到电视业务平台; 电视业务平台根据移动终端的控制指令, 返回相应的响应消息及数据; 移 动终端对电视业务平台返回的响应消息及数据进行处理。
下面通过附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
本发明实现了一种移动终端电视业务的控制方法, 如图 1 所示, 该方 法包括以下几个步骤:
步骤 101 : 移动终端根据要进行的移动终端电视业务的控制, 通过电信 网 /互联网传送相应的基于 SIP的控制指令到电视业务平台;
本步骤中, 所述移动终端根据要进行的移动终端电视业务的控制, 包 括: 进行锁频、 业务开通、 订购业务等; 所述相应的基于 SIP 的控制指令 为: 用于进行锁频的携带身份标识信息的 Notify 消息、 用于业务开通的 Register消息、 用于订购业务的 INVITE消息等;
进一步的, 所述移动终端在需要发送数据时, 可以将数据以 XML格式 封装在 SDP消息中, 由相应的基于 SIP的控制指令携带。
步骤 102: 电视业务平台根据移动终端的控制指令, 通过电信网 /互联 网返回相应的响应消息及数据;
进一步的, 所述电视业务平台根据移动终端的控制指令返回数据时, 可以将数据以 XML格式封装在 SDP消息中, 由相应的响应消息携带。
步骤 103: 移动终端对电视业务平台返回的响应消息及数据进行处理。 基于上述方法, 本发明还提供了一种移动终端电视业务的控制系统, 如图 2所示, 该控制系统包括: 移动终端 21、 电视业务平台 22; 其中, 移动终端 21 , 用于根据要进行的移动终端电视业务的控制, 通过电信 网 23/互联网 24传送相应的基于 SIP的控制指令到电视业务平台 22; 并对 电视业务平台 22返回的响应消息及数据进行处理;

本实施例中, 移动终端进行移动终端电视业务的锁频时, 实现移动终 端电视业务的控制方法, 如图 3所示, 该方法包括以下几个步骤:
步骤 301 : 移动终端启动电视业务的功能时,发送携带身份标识信息的
SIP的 Notify消息, 电视业务平台提取 Notify消息中的身份标识信息, 与 数据库中存储的身份标识信息比较是否一致,如果不一致,则执行步骤 302; 如果一致, 则执行步骤 303 ;
具体的, 移动终端启动电视业务的功能, 通过电信网 /互联网发送携带
SIM卡中的身份标识信息的 SIP的 Notify消息到电视业务平台, 电视业务 平台按照 SIP提取 Notify消息中的身份标识信息, 与数据库中存储的身份 标识信息进行比较, 如果不一致, 则返回 401 响应消息, 通知移动终端需 要进行业务开通, 即执行步骤 302; 如果一致, 则执行步骤 303;
所述身份标识信息包括私有身份标识( IMPI )、公有身份标识( IMPU )。 步骤 302: 返回表示需要业务开通的 401响应消息, 移动终端进行业务 开通, 在业务开通了以后, 重新执行步骤 301 ;
步骤 303: 电视业务平台回送 SIP的 200 OK响应消息, 在该响应消息 中需要携带业务信息;
具体的, 电视业务平台将业务信息以 XML格式封装在 SDP消息中, 在回送 SIP的 200 OK响应消息中携带所述 SDP消息;
所述业务信息包括: 频道列表、 节目单、 订购关系等
步骤 304: 移动终端在接收到 200 OK响应消息后, 按照 SIP提取业务 信息, 在业务信息接收完毕后, 发送 ACK消息给电视业务平台;
具体的, 移动终端在接收到 200 OK响应消息后,按照 SIP提取出 SDP 消息, 然后根据 XML格式进行解封装, 得到其中的业务信息; 在业务信息 接收完毕后, 发送 ACK消息给电视业务平台。 步骤 305:电视业务平台收到移动终端的 ACK消息后,再次回送 200 OK 响应消息, 所述响应消息不携带业务信息, 仅用于与移动终端确认业务消 息传送成功;
步骤 306: 移动终端再次接收到 200 OK响应消息后, 根据接收到的业 务信息中指示的频点进行锁频, 以及更新自身的业务信息。
实施例二:
本实施例中, 移动终端进行移动终端电视业务的业务开通时, 实现移 动终端电视业务的控制方法的基本思想是: 移动终端与电视业务平台通过
SIP的 Register消息进行 AKA机制的鉴权, 在鉴权成功后, 开通移动终端 电视业务; 如图 4所示, 该方法包括以下几个步骤:
步骤 401 : 移动终端提取 SIM 卡中的身份标识信息, 封装在 SIP 的 Register消息中, 通过电信网 /互联网转发给电视业务平台;
步骤 402: 电视业务平台收到 Register消息, 按照 SIP解析出身份标识 信息, 以其中的 IMPI为关键字, 生成鉴权向量, 将随机数(RAND )、 认 证标识( AUTH )封装在 SIP的 4XX系列消息发给移动终端;
其中, 所述解析出身份标识信息后, 将身份标识信息存储到数据库中; 所述鉴权向量一般为鉴权向量 5元组, 包括: RAND、 AUTH, 期望的 响应 (XRES )、 加密密钥 (CK )和完整性密钥 (IK ); 电视业务平台保存 XRES、 CK和 IK;
下面通过一个具体的例子对所述的将 RAND、 AUTH封装在 SIP的 4XX 系列消息进行说明。

步骤 403: 根据 AUTH判断移动终端合法后, 移动终端获得鉴权响应 ( RES ), 并通过 SIP的 Register消息发送给电视业务平台;
具体的, 移动终端获得 AUTH后, 提取其中的消息认证码(MAC )和 序列号(SQN ), 并利用共享密钥 IK得到期望的消息认证码(XMAC ), 在 XMAC与 MAC—致、 且 SQN在合理数值范围内时, 判定移动终端合法, 移动终端利用共享密钥和 RAND得到 RES, 并通过 SIP的 Register消息发 送给电视业务平台。
步骤 404: 电视业务平台按照 SIP解析 Register消息, 比较解析出的
RES和本地的 XRES是否一致, 如果一致, 则鉴权成功, 执行步骤 405; 如 果不一致, 则执行步骤 406;
步骤 405 : 电视业务平台设置移动终端电视业务的开通标志 ( Registration Flag )为已开通,向移动终端发送 SIP的 2XX注册完成响应, 移动终端收到后, 提示用户移动终端电视业务开通成功, 流程结束;
步骤 406: 电视业务平台返回鉴权失败的 SIP的消息给移动终端, 移动 终端收到后, 提示用户移动终端电视业务开通失败。
实施例三:
本实施例中, 移动终端在通过 Notify消息锁频后, 在进行移动终端电 视业务的订购时, 订购方式为四步订购, 实现移动终端电视业务的控制方 法, 如图 5所示, 该方法包括以下几个步骤:
步骤 501 : 移动终端启动业务订购功能, 将订购电视业务的内容文件由 SIP的 INVITE消息携带发送到电视业务平台;
具体的, 移动终端启动业务订购功能, 根据用户选择订购的电视业务, 将订购电视业务的内容文件以 XML格式封装到 SDP消息中, 在发送给电 视业务平台的 SIP的 INVITE消息中, 携带所述的 SDP消息; 所述订购电 视业务的内容文件包括业务名称、 频道等。
步骤 502: 电视业务平台收到 INVITE消息后, 按照 SIP提取订购电视 业务的内容文件, 进行订购处理, 并向移动终端发送 180响应消息;
具体的, 电视业务平台收到 INVITE消息后, 按照 SIP提取出 SDP消 息, 然后根据 XML格式解封装, 得到其中的订购电视业务的内容文件, 根 据订购电视业务的内容文件进行订购处理, 包括: 更新数据库中的订购关 系表等; 并向移动终端发送 180响应消息, 通知移动终端, 电视业务平台 正在处理该订购请求。
步骤 503: 移动终端收到 180响应消息后, 回送 ACK消息, 通知电视 业务平台, 移动终端正在等待处理结果; 步骤 504: 在订购成功后, 电视业务平台向移动终端回复携带订购文件 的 200 OK消息;
具体的, 在成功更新数据库中的订购关系表后, 电视业务平台将订购 文件以 XML格式封装在 SDP消息中,通过 SIP的 200 OK消息携带发送给 移动终端; 所述订购文件描述了所订购电视业务的相关信息, 包括订购时 长、 订购内容、 付费消息等;
本步骤进一步包括, 在订购失败时, 根据失败原因, 回复 4XX消息给 移动终端, 如 401表示鉴权失败, 408表示订购响应超时等, 用以让移动终 端将各种失败消息呈现给用户。
实施例四:
移动终端在通过 Notify消息锁频和 Register消息进行业务开通后, 在 进行移动终端电视业务的订购时, 订购方式为两步订购, 实现移动终端电 视业务的控制方法, 如图 6所示, 该方法包括以下几个步骤:
步骤 601 : 移动终端启动业务订购功能, 将订购电视业务的内容文件由 SIP的 INVITE消息携带发送到电视业务平台;
具体的, 移动终端启动业务订购功能, 根据用户选择订购的电视业务, 将订购电视业务的内容文件以 XML格式封装到 SDP消息中, 在发送给电 视业务平台的 SIP的 INVITE消息中, 携带所述的 SDP消息; 所述订购电 视业务的内容文件包括业务名称、 频道等。
步骤 602: 电视业务平台收到 INVITE消息后, 按照 SIP提取订购电视 业务的内容文件, 进行订购处理, 在订购成功后, 电视业务平台向移动终 端回复携带订购文件的 200 OK消息;
具体的, 在身份验证成功和更新数据库中的订购关系表后, 电视业务 平台将订购文件以 XML格式封装在 SDP消息中,通过 SIP的 200 OK消息 发送给移动终端; 所述订购文件描述了所订购电视业务的相关信息, 包括 订购时长、 订购内容、 付费消息等;
本步骤进一步包括, 在订购失败时, 根据失败原因, 回复 4XX消息给 移动终端, 如 401表示鉴权失败, 408表示订购响应超时等, 用以使移动终 端将各种失败消息呈现给用户。

控制指令模块, 用于根据要进行的移动终端电视业务的控制, 通过电 信网 /互联网传送相应的基于 SIP的控制指令到电视业务平台;
响应处理模块, 用于对电视业务平台返回的响应消息及数据进行处理。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述控制指令模 块, 还用于将需要发送的数据以 XML格式封装在 SDP消息中, 由相应的 基于 SIP的控制指令携带。
11、 一种移动终端电视业务的控制系统, 其特征在于, 该控制系统包 括: 移动终端、 电视业务平台; 其中,
移动终端, 用于根据要进行的移动终端电视业务的控制, 通过电信网 / 互联网传送相应的基于 SIP 的控制指令到电视业务平台; 并对电视业务平 台返回的响应消息及数据进行处理;
电视业务平台, 用于根据移动终端的控制指令, 返回相应的响应消息 及数据。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的控制系统, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端, 进一步用于在需要发送数据时, 将数据以 XML格式封装在 SDP消息中, 由相应的基于 SIP的控制指令携带;
所述电视业务平台,进一步用于将返回的数据以 XML格式封装在 SDP 消息中, 由相应的响应消息携带。
