指令接收单元 102， 用于接收菜单画面显示指令； 调用单元 103， 用于根据所述指令接收单元的菜单画面显示指令， 从所述 显示方式存储单元中调用应用的显示方式； 显示单元 103， 用于根据所述调用单元调用的显示方式， 在菜单画面显示 区域的一部分区域显示设定的以快捷方式显示的应用，在菜单画面显示区域的 另一部分区域显示设定的以 Widget方式显示的应用。 可以理解的是显示单元 103具体可以是手机的触摸显示屏等硬件设备。 为了满足各种用户的需求，在移动终端设备上都会安装有各种应用。例如， 在手机上通常会安装的应用程序包括但不限于： 电子书、 日历、计算器、天气、 邮件、 短消息和电话本。 在具有 Widget功能的移动终端设备上， 对应用的显 示方式包括快捷方式和 Widget方式。 例如， 在手机中， 应用程序的快捷方式 为待机界面上的一个个小图标， 当用户选中某个图标后， 该图标可以快速导航 进入具有特定功能的应用。 但是， 图标本身并不显示应用中的具体信息， 即， 快捷方式本身并显示应用中的具体信息。 与快捷方式不同， Widget 方式本身 可以显示出应用中的具体信息。 例如， 如图 2所示， 其为一种应用的 Widget 方式的示意图。 当天气应用以 Widget方式进行显示时， Widget方式本身显示 出了天气应用的具体信息。在本发明实施例中，移动终端设备包括但不限于手 机、 PDA, 家庭信息机（ Home information Display, HID )、 平板电脑等。 当用户通过界面操作向移动终端设备中的指令接收单元 102发送菜单画 面显示指令时，调用单元 103根据该菜单画面显示指令，从显示方式存储单元 101中调用应用的显示方式。 例如， 用户通过开机的界面操作向移动终端发送 菜单画面显示指令。 在调用单元 103从显示方式存储单元 101调用各种应用的显示方式后，显 示单元 104根据调用单元 103调用的显示方式，在菜单画面显示区域的一部分 区域显示设定的以快捷方式显示的应用，在菜单画面显示区域的另一部分区域 显示设定的以 Widget方式显示的应用。 例如， 在 5个应用： 应用 1、 应用 2、 应用 3、 应用 4和应用 5中， 如果设定应用 1、 应用 2和应用 3以快捷方式显 示， 设定应用 4和应用 5以 Widget方式显示， 则在菜单画面显示区域的一部 分区域以快捷方式显示应用 1、 应用 2和应用 3， 在菜单画面显示区域的另一 部分区域以 Widget方式显示应用 4和应用 5。 其中， 需要说明的是， 在本发明实施例中， 可以由终端用户根据自身的使 用需求，从移动终端设备所支持的所有应用中设定以快捷方式显示的应用和以 Widget 方式显示的应用。 也可以由系统从移动终端设备所指示的所有应用中 统一设定以快捷方式显示的应用和以 Widget方式显示的应用， 本发明实施例 对此并不限定。 另外， 还需要说明的是， 在本发明实施例中， 可以任意对以快捷方式显示 的应用和以 Widget方式显示的应用进行布局， 并申请实施例对此并不限定。 例如， 将菜单画面显示区域分成左右两个区域， 左边区域为快捷方式区域， 右 边区域为 Widget方式区域。 在快捷方式区域显示以快捷方式显示的应用， 在 Widget方式区域显示以 Widget方式显示的应用。 请参阅图 2， 其为本发明一种菜单画面的示意图。 如图 2所示， 菜单画面 显示区域的左边区域作为快捷方式区域，显示以快捷方式显示的各个应用， 菜 单画面显示区域的右边区域作为 Widget方式区域， 显示以 Widget方式显示的 各个应用。 其中， 每个区域并不限定显示当前屏幕所显示的内容， 还可以通过 上下滑动或者左右滑动的方式使每个区域显示当前屏幕之外的内容。 由上述实施例可以看出，菜单画面显示装置中的显示方式存储单元存储应 用的显示方式， 所述显示方式包括快捷方式和 Widget方式； 调用单元当接收 到菜单画面显示指令时，从所述显示方式存储单元中调用应用的显示方式； 显 示单元根据所述调用单元调用的显示方式，在菜单的一个区域显示设定的以快 捷方式显示的应用， 在菜单的另一个区域显示设定的以 Widget方式显示的应 用。 从而将菜单同时提供快捷方式和 Widget方式这两种显示方式， 使得用户 在菜单画面上可以直接看到 Widget方式显示的各种应用， 以便更加快捷和方 便地运用移动终端设备上的 Widget功能。 实施例二 请参阅图 3， 其为本发明一种菜单画面显示装置的另一个实施例的结构 图， 本实施例与实施例一的区别在于， 本实施例的菜单画面显示装置还进一步 包括第一转换单元 105， 其中， 第一转换单元 105， 用于在用户输入的转换指令的触发下， 将指定的应用 的显示方式从当前的快捷方式转换为 Widget方式。 例如， 用户可以通过实施一个拖动操作输入一个转换指令。 如图 2所示， 当用户将快捷方式区域中的某一个以快捷方式显示的应用，如电子书，拖动到 Widget方式区域时， 第一转换单元 105将该电子书的显示方式从当前的快捷 方式转换为 Widget方式。 即， 以快捷方式显示的电子书从快捷方式区域消失， 并在 Widget方式区域以 Widget方式进行显示。 进一步的， 请参阅图 4， 其为本发明一种菜单画面显示装置的另一个实施 例的结构图。本实施例的菜单画面显示装置还包括有第二转换单元 106，其中， 第二转换单元 106， 用于在用户输入的转换指令的触发下， 将指定的应用 的显示方式从当前的 Widget方式转换为快捷方式。 例如， 用户可以通过实施一个拖动操作输入一个转换指令。 如图 2所示， 当用户将 Widget方式区域中的某一个以 Widget方式显示的应用， 如时钟， 拖 动到快捷方式区域时，第二转换单元 106将该时钟的显示方式从当前的 Widget 方式转换为快捷方式。即，以 Widget方式显示的时钟从 Widget方式区域消失， 并在快捷方式区域以快捷方式进行显示。 由上述实施例可以看出， 除了具有实施例一的有益效果之外， 本实施例通 过第一转换单元可以将应用从当前的快捷方式转换为 Widget方式， 通过第二 转换单元可以将应用从当前的 Widget方式转换为快捷方式。 从而使用户还可 以进一步在菜单画面上任意转换各种应用的显示方式。 实施例三 请参阅图 5， 其为本发明一种菜单画面显示装置的另一个实施例的结构 图， 本实施例与实施例一的区别在于， 本实施例的菜单画面显示装置还进一步 包括第一添加单元 107， 其中， 第一添加单元 107， 用于在用户输入的添加指令的触发下， 将指定的应用 的快捷方式添加到待机界面显示单元，以便所述待机界面显示单元在待机界面 上以快捷方式显示所述指定的应用。 例如， 用户可以通过实施一个长按操作输入一个添加指令。 如图 2所示， 当用户将快捷方式区域中的某一个以快捷方式显示的应用，如电子邮件， 进行 长按时， 第一添加单元 107 将该电子邮件的快捷方式添加到待机界面显示单 元， 以便所述待机界面显示单元在待机界面上以快捷方式显示电子邮件。 进一步的， 请参阅图 6， 其为本发明一种菜单画面显示装置的另一个实施 例的结构图。本实施例的菜单画面显示装置还包括有第二添加单元 108，其中， 第二添加单元 108， 用于在用于输入的添加命令的触发下， 将应用的 Widget 方式添加到待机界面显示单元， 以便所述待机界面显示单元在待机界 面上以 Widget方式显示所述指定的应用。 例如， 用户可以通过实施一个长按操作输入一个添加指令。 如图 2所示， 当用户将 Widget方式区域中的某一个以 Widget方式显示的应用，如天气状况， 进行长按时， 第二添加单元 107将该天气状况的 Widget方式添加到待机界面 显示单元， 以便所述待机界面显示单元在待机界面上以 Widget方式显示天气 状况。 由上述实施例可以看出， 除了具有实施例一的有益效果之外， 本实施例通 过第一添加单元可以将以快捷方式显示的应用添加到待机界面显示单元，由待 机界面显示单元在待机界面上以快捷方式显示应用，通过第二添加单元可以将 以 Widget方式显示的应用添加到待机界面显示单元， 由待机界面显示单元在 待机界面上以 Widget方式显示应用。 从而使用户还可以进一步控制应用在待 机界面上以各种显示方式进行显示。
实施例四 与上述一种菜单画面显示装置相对应，本发明实施例还提供了一种菜单画 面显示方法。 请参阅图 7， 其为本发明一种菜单画面显示方法， 该方法包括以 下步骤：
步骤 701 : 接收菜单画面显示指令； 步骤 702: 根据所述菜单画面显示指令， 调用应用的显示方式， 所述显示 方式包括快捷方式和 Widget方式； 步骤 703： 在菜单画面显示区域的一部分区域显示设定的以快捷方式显示 的应用， 在菜单画面显示区域的另一部分区域显示设定的以 Widget方式显示 的应用。 优选的， 当接收到用户输入的转换指令时， 所述方法还进一步包括： 在所 述转换指令的触发下， 将指定的应用的显示方式从当前的快捷方式转换为 Widget方式。 或者， 在所述转换指令的触发下， 将指定的应用的显示方式从当前的 Widget方式转换为快捷方式。 优选的， 当接收到用户输入的添加指令时， 所述方法还进一步包括： 在所 述添加指令的触发下，将指定的应用的快捷方式添加到待机界面显示单元， 以 便所述待机界面显示单元在待机界面上以快捷方式显示所述指定的应用。
或者， 在所述添加指令的触发下， 将应用的 Widget方式添加到待机界面 显示单元， 以便所述待机界面显示单元在待机界面上以 Widget方式显示所述 指定的应用。 由上述实施例可以看出， 通过存储应用的显示方式，所述显示方式包括快 捷方式和 Widget方式， 并且， 当接收到菜单画面显示指令时， 调用应用的显 示方式，根据所述调用单元调用的显示方式，在菜单的一个区域显示设定的以 快捷方式显示的应用， 在菜单的另一个区域显示设定的以 Widget方式显示的 应用。 从而将菜单同时提供快捷方式和 Widget方式这两种显示方式， 使得用 户在菜单画面上可以直接看到 Widget方式显示的各种应用， 以便更加快捷和 方便地运用移动终端设备上的 Widget功能。 另外， 还可以将应用从当前的快捷方式转换为 Widget方式， 将应用从当 前的 Widget方式转换为快捷方式。 从而使用户还可以进一步在菜单画面上任 意转换各种应用的显示方式。 另外，还可以将以快捷方式显示的应用添加到待机界面显示单元， 由待机 界面显示单元在待机界面上以快捷方式显示应用， 将以 Widget方式显示的应 用添加到待机界面显示单元， 由待机界面显示单元在待机界面上以 Widget方 式显示应用。从而使用户还可以进一步控制应用在待机界面上以各种显示方式 进行显示。 在上述发明实施例中， 移动终端设备包括但不限于手机、 PDA、 家庭信息 机 ( Home information Display, HID )等。 需要说明的是，本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全 部或部分流程，是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成， 所述的程序 可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中， 该程序在执行时， 可包括如上述各方法 的实施例的流程。 其中， 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存储记忆体 ( Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体 ( Random Access Memory, RAM )等。 以上对本发明所提供的一种菜单画面显示装置和方法进行了详细介绍，本 说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想； 同时，对于本领域的一般 技术人员，依据本发明的思想，在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处， 综上所述， 本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种菜单画面显示装置， 其特征在于， 包括：
显示方式存储单元， 用于存储应用的显示方式， 所述显示方式包括快捷方 式和 Widget方式；
指令接收单元， 用于接收菜单画面显示指令；
调用单元， 用于根据所述指令接收单元接收的菜单画面显示指令，从所述 显示方式存储单元中调用应用的显示方式；
显示单元， 用于根据所述调用单元调用的显示方式，在菜单画面显示区域 的一部分区域显示设定的以快捷方式显示的应用，在菜单画面显示区域的另一 部分区域显示设定的以 Widget方式显示的应用。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的菜单画面显示装置， 其特征在于， 还包括： 第一转换单元， 用于在用户输入的转换指令的触发下，将指定的应用的显 示方式从当前的快捷方式转换为 Widget方式。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的菜单画面显示装置， 其特征在于， 还包括： 第二转换单元， 用于在用户输入的转换指令的触发下，将指定的应用的显 示方式从当前的 Widget方式转换为快捷方式。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的菜单画面显示装置， 其特征在于， 还包括： 第一添加单元， 用于在用户输入的添加指令的触发下，将指定的应用的快 捷方式添加到待机界面显示单元，以便所述待机界面显示单元在待机界面上以 快捷方式显示所述指定的应用。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的菜单画面显示装置， 其特征在于， 还包括： 第二添加单元， 用于在用于输入的添加命令的触发下， 将应用的 Widget 方式添加到待机界面显示单元， 以便所述待机界面显示单元在待机界面上以 Widget方式显示所述指定的应用。
6、 一种菜单画面显示方法， 其特征在于， 包括：
接收菜单画面显示指令；
根据所述菜单画面显示指令，调用应用的显示方式， 所述显示方式包括快 捷方式和 Widget方式；
在菜单画面显示区域的一部分区域显示设定的以快捷方式显示的应用，在 菜单画面显示区域的另一部分区域显示设定的以 Widget方式显示的应用。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述方法还包括： 当接收到用户输入的转换指令时，在所述转换指令的触发下，将指定的应 用的显示方式从当前的快捷方式转换为 Widget方式。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述方法还包括： 当接收到用户输入的转换指令时，在所述转换指令的触发下，将指定的应 用的显示方式从当前的 Widget方式转换为快捷方式。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述方法还包括： 当接收到用户输入的添加指令时，在所述添加指令的触发下，将指定的应 用的快捷方式添加到待机界面显示单元，以便所述待机界面显示单元在待机界 面上以快捷方式显示所述指定的应用。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述方法还包括： 当接收到用户输入的添加指令时， 在所述添加指令的触发下， 将应用的
Widget方式添加到待机界面显示单元，以便所述待机界面显示单元在待机界面 上以 Widget方式显示所述指定的应用。
