L'invention porte sur un terminal de carte sans contact et sur un procédé de traitement d'état anormal de celui-ci, ladite carte comprenant une carte intelligente, et ledit procédé comprenant : l'établissement et/ou la sauvegarde d'informations de porte-monnaie de ladite carte intelligente lorsque ledit terminal réalise un traitement d'initialisation d'une transaction, l'établissement de l'état de transaction du porte-monnaie en tant qu'état de transaction au moins initial, la mise à jour séquentielle de l'état de transaction dudit porte-monnaie par ledit terminal durant un traitement de transaction, l'enregistrement des informations de transaction dudit porte-monnaie, et la récupération de la transaction normale ou la fin de la transaction anormale selon ledit état de transaction si ledit terminal ou ladite carte intelligente est dans un état anormal durant ledit traitement de transaction.
