상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 위젯을 이용한 분산형 수익분배 시스템은, 광고물로부터 위젯 고유코드를 포함하는 위젯을 생성하는 위젯 서비스 시스템; 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템으로 상기 광고물을 전송하는 광고주 시스템; 및 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템으로부터 상기 위젯을 전송받아 인터넷상의 웹 페이지에 업로드하며, 상기 웹 페이지를 방문한 사용자가 상기 위젯을 이용함에 따른 상기 위젯의 노출수, 클릭수 및 상기 위젯을 이용한 상품 구매량 정보를 계산하여 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템으로 전송하는 광고 진행자 시스템을 포함하며, 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템은, 상기 위젯의 노출수, 클릭수 및 상기 위젯을 이용한 상품 구매량 정보를 이용하여 상기 위젯의 광고 실적에 대한 통계 데이터를 생성하여, 상기 위젯으로부터 발생한 수익을 정산하고, 상기 광고주 시스템은, 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템으로부터 상기 통계 데이터를 전송받고, 상기 광고 진행자 시스템은 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템으로부터 상기 위젯에 대한 수익을 정산받도록 구성된다.
이때, 상기 광고 진행자 시스템에 의하여 인터넷상의 웹 페이지에 업로드된 상기 위젯은, 상기 위젯 사용자에 의하여 복사되어 인터넷상의 다른 웹 페이지에 업로드가능하도록 구성될 수 있다.
또한 상기 위젯이 복사되어 인터넷상의 다른 웹 페이지에 업로드되는 경우, 상기 위젯에 포함된 위젯 고유번호가 상기 위젯과 함께 복사될 수 있다.
한편 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템은, 상기 광고주 시스템 및 상기 위젯 배포자 시스템과 통신 네트워크를 통해 데이터 통신을 수행하여 상기 광고주 시스템으로부터 광고물을 전송받고, 상기 전송된 광고물로부터 생성된 위젯을 상기 위젯 배포자 시스템으로 전송하며, 상기 위젯으로부터 발생한 광고 실적에 대한 통계 데이터를 상기 광고주 시스템으로 전송하는 통신 인터페이스; 상기 통신 인터페이스를 통하여 전송받은 광고물을 인증하는 광고 등록 모듈; 상기 광고 등록 모듈에서 인증한 상기 광고물을 XML 데이터 형식으로 변환하는 XML 데이터 모듈; 플래시 액션스크립트 플랫폼을 이용하여 상기 XML 데이터 모듈에서 XML 데이터 형식으로 변환된 광고물에 위젯 고유번호를 할당하고, 기 설정된 디자인 요소를 결합함으로써 위젯을 생성하는 위젯 생성 모듈; 및 상기 광고 진행자 시스템으로부터 전송된 상기 위젯의 노출수, 클릭수 및 상기 위젯을 이용한 상품 구매량 정보를 이용하여 상기 위젯의 광고 실적에 대한 통계 데이터를 계산하고 상기 위젯으로부터 발생한 수익을 정산하는 수익 정산 모듈;을 포함할 수 있다.
이때 상기 광고 등록 모듈은, 상기 통신 인터페이스를 통하여 전송받은 광고물이상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에 등록된 광고주 시스템으로부터 전송된 것인지의 여부, 또는 상기 전송받은 광고물이 상기 광고주 시스템과 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템 간에 기 설정된 광고물 포맷을 만족하는지 여부를 판단함으로써 상기 전송받은 광고물을 인증할 수 있다.
그리고 상기 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물은 상기 광고주 시스템으로부터 전송받은 광고물, 상기 광고물의 고유번호 및 상기 광고물의 과금 방식 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
또한 상기 위젯 생성 모듈은, 생성하고자 하는 위젯의 고유번호 및 위젯 XML의 로딩 정보를 포함하는 뷰페이지 XML을 로딩하고, 상기 뷰페이지 XML에 포함된 위젯 XML의 로딩 정보로부터 상기 생성할 위젯의 디자인 요소 및 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물 로딩 정보를 포함하는 위젯 XML을 로딩하며, 상기 디자인 요소 로딩 정보를 이용하여 위젯 디자인 요소를 로딩하고, 상기 광고물 로딩 정보로부터 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물을 추출하여 로딩하며, 상기 로딩된 위젯 디자인 요소 및 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물을 결합함으로써 위젯을 생성할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 위젯 을 이용한 분산형 수익 분배 방법은, 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 광고주 시스템으로부터 광고물을 등록을 요청받는 단계; 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 등록 요청된 광고물을 인증하는 단계; 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 인증된 상기 광고물을 XML 데이터 형식으로 변환하는 단계; 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 광고주 시스템으로부터 상기 XML 데이터 형식으로 변환된 광고물로부터 위젯 고유코드를 포함하는 위젯을 생성하는 단계; 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 광고 진행자 시스템으로부터 위젯 전송을 요청받는 단계; 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 생성된 상기 위젯을 광고 진행자 시스템으로 전송하는 단계; 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 광고 진행자 시스템으로부터 전송된 상기 위젯의 노출수, 클릭수 및 상기 위젯을 이용한 상품 구매량 정보를 이용하여 상기 위젯의 광고 실적에 대한 통계 데이터를 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 위젯으로부터 발생한 수익을 정산하는 단계; 를 포함할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 광고물 인증 단계는, 상기 광고주 시스템으로부터 전송받은 광고물이 상기 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에 등록된 광고주 시스템으로부터 전송된 것인지의 여부, 또는 상기 전송받은 광고물이 상기 광고주 시스템과 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템 간에 기 설정된 광고물 포맷을 만족하는지 여부를 판단함으로써 상기 전송받은 광고물을 인증할 수 있다.
그리고 상기 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물은 상기 광고주 시스템으로부터 전송받은 광고물, 상기 광고물의 고유번호 및 상기 광고물의 과금 방식 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
한편 상기 위젯을 생성하는 단계는, 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 생성하고자 하는 위젯의 고유번호 및 위젯 XML의 로딩 정보를 포함하는 뷰페이지 XML을 로딩하는 단계; 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 뷰페이지 XML에 포함된 위젯 XML의 로딩 정보로부터 상기 생성할 위젯의 디자인 요소 및 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물 로딩 정보를 포함하는 위젯 XML을 로딩하는 단계; 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 위젯 XML에 포함된 상기 디자인 요소 로딩 정보를 이용하여 위젯 디자인 요소를 로딩하는 단계; 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 뷰페이지 XML에 포함된 상기 광고물 로딩 정보로부터 상기 저장된 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물을 추출하여 로딩하는 단계; 및 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 로딩된 위젯 디자인 요소 및 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물을 결합하는 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 광고주는 전문인력과 기술이 필요한 위젯이라는 프로그램을 일반적인 접근으로 편리하게 자동 보유할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한, 광고진행자는 위젯이라는 응용프로그램을 자신이 운영하는 웹사이트나 미니홈페이지, 블로그 등에 편리하게 소유할 수 있으며, 이를 이용하여 다양한 콘텐츠를 방문자나 이용자에게 제공하여 수익을 창출할 수 있도록 도모해주는 장점이 있다.
또한, 광고진행자가 제공받은 위젯에 광고진행자의 고유코드를 부여하고, 퍼가기 시스템의 적용으로 제3자가 퍼가기 또는 가져가기를 수행하여도 해당 고유 코드가 그대로 적용되도록 함으로써, 광고진행자의 수익 창출을 도모할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

본 발명을 설명함에 있어서, 본 발명과 관련된 공지기술에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명을 생략하기로 한다. 그리고, 후술되는 용어들은 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하여 정의된 용어들로서 이는 사용자, 운용자의 의도 또는 관례 등에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 그러므로 그 정의는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 내려져야 할 것이다.
본 발명의 기술적 사상은 청구범위에 의해 결정되며, 이하의 실시예는 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 효율적으로 설명하기 위한 일 수단일 뿐이다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 위젯을 이용한 분산형 수익 분배 시스템(100)의 구성도이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 분산형 수익 분배 시스템(100)은 광고주 시스템(102), 위젯 서비스 시스템(104) 및 광고 진행자 시스템(106)을 포함한다.
광고주 시스템(102)은 온라인 상에서 상품이나 콘텐츠를 판매하는 광고주가 사용하는 시스템으로서, 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)으로 광고물을 전송하고, 상기 광고물로부터 생성된 위젯의 광고 실적에 대한 통계 데이터를 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템으로부터 전송받는다. 이러한 광고주 시스템(102)은 인터넷 통신이 가능한 서버급 컴퓨터로 구현할 수 있다.
위젯 서비스 시스템(104)은 광고주 시스템(102)으로부터 전송된 상기 광고물로부터 위젯을 생성하고, 생성된 상기 위젯을 광고 진행자 시스템(106)으로 제공하며, 광고 진행자 시스템(106)으로부터 전송된 상기 위젯의 노출수, 클릭수 및 상기 위젯을 이용한 상품 구매량 정보를 이용하여 상기 위젯의 광고 실적에 대한 통계 데이터를 생성하고, 상기 위젯으로부터 발생한 수익을 정산한다. 이러한 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)은 광고주 시스템(102)과 마찬가지로 인터넷 통신이 가능한 서버급 컴퓨터로 구성될 수 있다.
위젯 서비스 시스템(104)은 상기 위젯 생성시 생성한 위젯 별로 위젯 고유코드를 부여하며, 부여된 위젯별 고유코드는 광고 진행자 시스템(106)에 의하여 인터넷상에 공개된 위젯을 위젯 사용자가 복사하여(즉, 퍼가기 하여)자신의 웹페이지 또는 블로그 등에 업로드한 경우에도 그대로 유지되도록 구성될 수 있다. 이와 같이 위젯별로 위젯 고유코드를 부여할 경우 위젯 사용자의 블로그 등에 업로드된 위젯을 이용하여 클릭 또는 상품 구매가 이루어진 경우에도 광고 진행자 시스템(106)을 이용하여 위젯을 클릭하거나 상품을 구매한 것과 마찬가지로 동일한 위젯 고유코드에 의하여 실적이 계산되므로, 제3자가 퍼간 위젯에 대해서도 광고 진행자 시스템(106)의 실적을 인정받을 수 있게 된다.
상기 위젯으로부터 발생한 수익의 정산은 상기 위젯의 고유코드를 기준으로 이루어지며, 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)은 상기 위젯 사용자에 의한 상기 위젯의 노출수(즉 위젯을 포함한 웹페이지가 사용자 단말에 의해 요청된 회수), 클릭수(사용자에 의해 위젯이 클릭된 회수) 또는 상기 위젯을 이용하여 상품 등을 구입한 경우 이에 따른 매출액 등에 따라 광고 진행자 시스템(106)으로 정산할 수익을 계산하고 그에 따라 상기 수익을 광고 진행자 시스템(106)으로 전송한다. 상기 수익 계산 방식은 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)과 광고 진행자 시스템(106) 사이에서 설정한 방식을 따르게 된다.
광고 진행자 시스템(106)은 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)으로부터 상기 위젯을 전송받아 인터넷상의 웹 페이지에 업로드하여 인터넷 사용자에게 배포하며, 상기 웹 페이지를 방문한 사용자가 상기 위젯을 이용함에 따라, 상기 위젯의 사용자에 대한 노출수, 클릭수 및 상기 위젯을 이용한 상품 구매량 정보를 계산하여 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)으로 전송하고, 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)으로부터 상기 위젯으로부터 발생한 수익을 정산받는다. 광고 진행자 시스템(106)에 의하여 인터넷상의 웹 페이지에 업로드된 상기 위젯은, 상기 위젯 사용자에 의하여 복사되어(즉, 사용자에 의하여 퍼가기되어) 인터넷상의 다른 웹 페이지에 업로드 가능하도록 구성될 수 있다. 이때, 상기 위젯에 포함된 위젯 고유번호가 없어지지 않고 함께 복사되므로, 상기 위젯이 다른 곳으로 복사되어 게시되더라도 상기 위젯의 노출수, 클릭수 등의 실적이 광고 진행자 시스템(106)에 업로드되어 게시된 위젯과 동일하게 계산될 수 있다.
한편, 광고주 시스템(102), 위젯 서비스 시스템(104) 및 광고 진행자 시스템(106)은 통신 네트워크(108)를 통해 서로 연결된다. 통신 네트워크(108)는 광고주 시스템(102), 위젯 서비스 시스템(104) 및 광고 진행자 시스템(106)간의 상호 연결 및 데이터 전송을 담당하는 통신망으로서, 유/무선 인터넷, 유/무선 통신망, 공중전화망 등을 통칭하는 개념의 통신망을 의미한다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)의 구성을 나타낸 도면이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)은 통신 인터페이스(200), 광고 등록 모듈(202), XML 데이터 생성 모듈(204), 위젯 생성 모듈(206), 수익 정산 모듈(208) 및 데이터베이스(210)를 포함한다.
통신 인터페이스(200)는 통신 네트워크(108)와 연결되며, 광고주 시스템(102)과 통신 네트워크(108)를 통해 데이터 통신을 수행한다. 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)은 광고주 시스템(102)과 통신 인터페이스(200)를 통해 데이터 통신을 수행하여 광고주 시스템(102)으로부터 광고물을 전송받고, 상기 전송된 광고물로부터 생성된 위젯을 광고 진행자 시스템(106)으로 전송하게 된다. 또한 광고 진행자 시스템(106)으로부터 상기 위젯의 노출수, 클릭수 및 상기 위젯을 이용한 상품 구매량 정보를 전송받으며, 수익 정산 모듈(208)에서 생성한 위젯으로부터 발생한 광고 실적에 대한 통계 데이터를 광고주 시스템(102)으로 전송한다.
광고 등록 모듈(202)은 통신 인터페이스(200)를 통해 광고주 시스템(102)으로부터 전송되는 광고물의 인증을 수행한다.
광고주 시스템(102)으로부터 전송되는 상기 광고물은 예를 들어 텍스트, 이미지, 또는 매크로미디어 플래시(Macromedia flash) 파일 중 하나 이상을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 만약 상기 광고물이 텍스트로 이루어질 경우, 상기 광고물은 예를 들어 광고물의 제목, 광고물에 대한 설명, 광고하고자 하는 웹사이트로의 링크를 위한 유알엘(URL) 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 또는, 상기 광고물이 이미지를 포함하는 경우, 상기 광고물은 제목, 광고하고자 하는 이미지 및 광고하고자 하는 웹사이트로의 링크를 위한 유알엘(URL) 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 만약 플래시 파일로 광고물을 구성할 경우 상기 플래시 파일은 내부에 이미지, 동영상, 사운드 등의 멀티미디어 구성요소를 포함 가능하므로, 광고하고자 하는 이미지 또는 음악 등이 하나의 플래시 파일에 적절하게 삽입되어 광고물을 구성할 수 있다.
광고 등록 모듈(202)은 상기와 같이 구성된 광고물을 광고주 시스템(102)으로부터 전송받아 상기 광고물을 인증한다. 상기 광고물에 대한 인증은 상기 광고물이 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)에 등록된 광고주 시스템(102)으로부터 전송된 것인지, 전송된 광고물이 광고주 시스템(102)과 위젯 서비스 시스템(104) 간에 기 설정된 광고물 포맷을 만족하는지 여부를 판단함으로써 이루어진다. 예를 들어, 상기 전송된 광고물이 이미지로 구성되는 경우, 상기 이미지가 정해진 이미지 포맷을 따르고 있는지, 이미지의 크기 및 비율은 적절한지 등을 검사하게 되며, 텍스트 형식의 광고물일 경우 전송된 텍스트가 필수 기재 항목을 모두 포함하고 있는지, 텍스트에 포함된 URL은 유효한지 등을 검사할 수 있다. 광고 등록 모듈(202)은 상기 인증 과정을 거쳐 인증된 광고물에 고유번호를 부여하고, 데이터베이스(210)에 저장한다.
XML 데이터 모듈(204)은 광고 등록 모듈(202)에서 인증한 상기 광고물을 XML 데이터 형식으로 변환한다. 상기 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물에는 광고주 시스템(102)으로부터 전송받은 광고물, 상기 광고물의 고유번호 및 상기 광고물의 과금 방식 정보가 포함된다.
위젯 생성 모듈(206)은 XML 데이터 모듈(204)로부터 XML 데이터 형식으로 변환된 광고물을 이용하여 위젯을 생성한다. 위젯 생성 모듈(206)에서의 위젯 생성 과정은 도 4에서 상세히 설명한다.
수익 정산 모듈(208)은 광고 진행자 시스템(106)으로부터 전송된 상기 위젯의 노출수, 클릭수 및 상기 위젯을 이용한 상품 구매량 정보를 이용하여 상기 위젯의 광고 실적에 대한 통계 데이터를 계산하고 상기 위젯으로부터 발생한 수익을 정산한다.
데이터베이스(210)는, 광고주 시스템(102) 및 광고 진행자 시스템(106)의 등록 정보, 광고주 시스템(102)로부터 전송받은 광고물, XML 데이터 모듈(204)에 의해 생성된 XML 형식의 광고물, 위젯 생성 모듈(206)에 의하여 생성된 위젯, 수익 정산 모듈(208)에서 계산된 상기 통계 데이터 등이 저장된다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 위젯을 이용한 분산형 수익 분배 방법(300)을 나타낸 순서도이다.
먼저, 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)에서 광고주 시스템(102)으로부터 광고물을 등록을 요청받는다(302). 이때 상기 광고물은 텍스트, 이미지, 동영상 또는 플래시 데이터 등으로 구성될 수 있다.
상기 광고물 등록을 요청받은 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)은 상기 등록 요청된 광고물을 인증한다(304). 상기 광고물의 인증은, 도 2에서 기술한 바와 같이 광고주 시스템(102)으로부터 전송받은 광고물이 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)에 등록된 광고주 시스템(102)으로부터 전송된 것인지의 여부, 또는 상기 전송받은 광고물이 광고주 시스템(102)과 위젯 서비스 시스템(104) 간에 기 설정된 광고물 포맷을 만족하는지 여부를 판단함으로써 이루어진다.
상기 인증이 완료되면, 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)은 인증된 상기 광고물을 XML 데이터 형식으로 변환한다(306). 상기 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물은 광고주 시스템(102)으로부터 전송받은 광고물, 상기 광고물의 고유번호 및 상기 광고물의 과금 방식 정보(CPM(Cost Per Millennium), CPC(Cost Per Click), 또는 CPS(Cost Per Sale) 등)를 포함할 수 있다.
다음으로, 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)은, 광고주 시스템(102)으로부터 전송받은 상기 광고물로부터 위젯 고유코드를 포함하는 위젯을 생성한다(308).
다음으로 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)이 광고 진행자 시스템(106)으로부터 위젯의 전송을 요청받으면(310), 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)은 생성된 상기 위젯을 광고 진행자 시스템으로 전송한다(312).
이후, 광고 진행자 시스템(106)은 상기 전송된 위젯을 광고 진행자 시스템(106)에서 운영하는 웹사이트나 미니홈페이지, 블로그 등의 웹페이지에 업로드하여 인터넷 이용자들에게 제공하게 되며, 상기 위젯을 접한 인터넷 이용자들은 상기위젯을 보고 클릭을 하여 광고 내용을 살펴보거나 이를 복사하여(퍼가기 하여) 자신의 홈페이지나 블로그 등에 다시 올리게 된다.
이와 같이 광고 진행자 시스템(106)에서 상기 전송된 위젯을 이용하여 광고가 진행됨에 따라, 광고 진행자 시스템(106)은 상기 위젯의 노출수, 클릭수 및 상기 위젯을 이용한 상품 구매량 정보를 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)으로 전송하며(314), 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)은 상기 전송된 정보를 이용하여 상기 위젯의 광고 실적에 대한 통계 데이터를 생성하고(316), 상기 위젯으로부터 발생한 수익을 정산한다(318).
상기 통계 정보는 위젯 고유코드에 의하여 구분된 위젯의 인터넷 이용자들에게 노출된 회수(페이지 로딩 회수), 클릭수(이용자들이 위젯을 클릭한 회수), 및 상기 위젯을 이용한 상품 구매량(상기 위젯을 클릭한 후 이동한 웹페이지에서 상품을 구입한 금액) 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 또한 상기 위젯의 이용자들이 광고 진행자 시스템(106)에 등록된 이용자들인 경우, 광고 진행자 시스템(106)에 등록된 이용자 정보에 따라 상기 통계 정보는 상기 위젯 이용자들의 성별, 연령, 직업 등의 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 위젯 생성 방법(400)을 나타낸 순서도이다.
먼저 위젯 생성 모듈(206)로 위젯 생성이 요청되면, 위젯 생성 모듈(206)은 처음으로 뷰페이지 XML을 로딩한다(402). 상기 뷰페이지 XML에는 생성하고자 하는 위젯의 고유번호 및 위젯 XML의 로딩 정보가 포함된다. 특별한 사정이 없는 한, 하나의 광고물 당 하나의 위젯이 대응되므로, 상기 위젯의 고유번호는 광고물의 고유번호와 동일하게 부여될 수 있다.
이후, 위젯 생성 모듈(206)은 상기 위젯 XML의 로딩 정보를 이용하여 위젯 XML을 로딩한다(404). 상기 위젯 XML은 헤드(head), 바디(body), 풋(foot) 노드로 구분될 수 있다. 이 경우, 헤드 노드에는 생성할 위젯의 디자인 요소 및 광고물에 대한 로딩 정보가 포함되며, 바디 노드는 광고물이 위치할 공간을, 풋 노드는 위젯 XML의 끝을 나타낸다.
다음으로, 위젯 생성 모듈(206)은 상기 위젯 디자인 요소 로딩 정보를 이용하여 위젯의 겉모양을 구성할 위젯 디자인 요소를 로딩한다(406). 상기 위젯 디자인 요소는 데이터베이스(210)에 저장되어 관리될 수 있다.
다음으로, 위젯 생성 모듈(206)은 데이터베이스(210)로부터 상기 위젯 고유번호에 대응하는 XML 형태의 광고물을 추출하여 로딩한다(408).
마지막으로, 상기 로딩된 위젯 디자인 요소 및 XML 형태의 광고물을 상기 위젯 XML의 바디 노드에 세팅함으로써(410) 위젯 생성 과정이 완료된다.
상기 위젯 생성의 전 단계는 Flash Actionscript 3.0 플랫폼 상에서 XML 데이터 통신을 통하여 이루어진다. 이와 같이 Flash actionscript 3.0으로 형성된 위젯은 사용자가 자신의 블로그 등으로 퍼간 경우에도 고유 코드값이 그대로 유지된다. 따라서 광고주는 사용자가 어떠한 경로로서 상기 위젯을 클릭하고 상품을 구매하였는가에 관계 없이, 상기 위젯을 통한 실적을 위젯 서비스 시스템(104)으로 전송하고 그에 대한 수익을 분배할 수 있다.
또한 이러한 방식으로 위젯을 자동 생성하게 되면, 광고주는 위젯 생성을 위한 전문 기술과 전문 인력이 필요치 않으므로, 위젯 생성을 위해 소요되는 경비를 절감할 수 있다.
본 발명은 상술한 특정의 바람직한 실시 예에 한정되지 아니하며, 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변형실시가 가능한 것은 물론이고, 그와 같은 변경은 청구범위 기재의 범위 내에 있게 된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 광고물로부터 위젯 고유코드를 포함하는 위젯을 생성하는 위젯 서비스 시스템;
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템으로 상기 광고물을 전송하는 광고주 시스템; 및
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템으로부터 상기 위젯을 전송받아 인터넷상의 웹 페이지에 업로드하며, 상기 웹 페이지를 방문한 사용자가 상기 위젯을 이용함에 따른 상기 위젯의 노출수, 클릭수 및 상기 위젯을 이용한 상품 구매량 정보를 계산하여 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템으로 전송하는 광고 진행자 시스템을 포함하며,
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템은, 상기 위젯의 노출수, 클릭수 및 상기 위젯을 이용한 상품 구매량 정보를 이용하여 상기 위젯의 광고 실적에 대한 통계 데이터를 생성하여, 상기 위젯으로부터 발생한 수익을 정산하고,
    상기 광고주 시스템은, 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템으로부터 상기 통계 데이터를 전송받고,
    상기 광고 진행자 시스템은 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템으로부터 상기 위젯에 대한 수익을 정산받으며,
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템은,
    상기 광고주 시스템 및 상기 위젯 배포자 시스템과 통신 네트워크를 통해 데이터 통신을 수행하여 상기 광고주 시스템으로부터 광고물을 전송받고, 상기 전송된 광고물로부터 생성된 위젯을 상기 위젯 배포자 시스템으로 전송하며, 상기 위젯으로부터 발생한 광고 실적에 대한 통계 데이터를 상기 광고주 시스템으로 전송하는 통신 인터페이스;
    상기 통신 인터페이스를 통하여 전송받은 광고물을 인증하는 광고 등록 모듈;
    상기 광고 등록 모듈에서 인증한 상기 광고물을 XML 데이터 형식으로 변환하는 XML 데이터 모듈;
    상기 XML 데이터 모듈에서 XML 데이터 형식으로 변환된 광고물에 위젯 고유번호를 할당하고, 기 설정된 디자인 요소를 결합함으로써 위젯을 생성하는 위젯 생성 모듈; 및
    상기 광고 진행자 시스템으로부터 전송된 상기 위젯의 노출수, 클릭수 및 상기 위젯을 이용한 상품 구매량 정보를 이용하여 상기 위젯의 광고 실적에 대한 통계 데이터를 계산하고 상기 위젯으로부터 발생한 수익을 정산하는 수익 정산 모듈;
    을 포함하며,
    상기 광고 등록 모듈은, 상기 통신 인터페이스를 통하여 전송받은 광고물이상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에 등록된 광고주 시스템으로부터 전송된 것인지의 여부, 또는 상기 전송받은 광고물이 상기 광고주 시스템과 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템 간에 기 설정된 광고물 포맷을 만족하는지 여부를 판단함으로써 상기 전송받은 광고물을 인증하며,
    상기 위젯 생성 모듈은,
    생성하고자 하는 위젯의 고유번호 및 위젯 XML의 로딩 정보를 포함하는 뷰페이지 XML을 로딩하고, 상기 뷰페이지 XML에 포함된 위젯 XML의 로딩 정보로부터 상기 생성할 위젯의 디자인 요소 및 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물 로딩 정보를 포함하는 위젯 XML을 로딩하며, 상기 디자인 요소 로딩 정보를 이용하여 위젯 디자인 요소를 로딩하고, 상기 광고물 로딩 정보로부터 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물을 추출하여 로딩하며, 상기 로딩된 위젯 디자인 요소 및 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물을 결합함으로써 위젯을 생성하는, 위젯을 이용한 분산형 수익 분배 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 광고 진행자 시스템에 의하여 인터넷상의 웹 페이지에 업로드된 상기 위젯은, 상기 위젯 사용자에 의하여 복사되어 인터넷상의 다른 웹 페이지에 업로드가능하도록 구성되는, 위젯을 이용한 분산형 수익 분배 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 위젯이 복사되어 인터넷상의 다른 웹 페이지에 업로드되는 경우, 상기 위젯에 포함된 위젯 고유번호가 상기 위젯과 함께 복사되는, 위젯을 이용한 분산형 수익 분배 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물은 상기 광고주 시스템으로부터 전송받은 광고물, 상기 광고물의 고유번호 및 상기 광고물의 과금 방식 정보를 포함하는, 위젯을 이용한 분산형 수익 분배 시스템.
  5. 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 광고주 시스템으로부터 광고물 등록을 요청받는 단계;
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 등록 요청된 광고물을 인증하는 단계;
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 인증된 상기 광고물을 XML 데이터 형식으로 변환하는 단계;
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 광고주 시스템으로부터 상기 XML 데이터 형식으로 변환된 광고물로부터 위젯 고유코드를 포함하는 위젯을 생성하는 단계;
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 광고 진행자 시스템으로부터 위젯 전송을 요청받는 단계;
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 생성된 상기 위젯을 광고 진행자 시스템으로 전송하는 단계;
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 광고 진행자 시스템으로부터 전송된 상기 위젯의 노출수, 클릭수 및 상기 위젯을 이용한 상품 구매량 정보를 이용하여 상기 위젯의 광고 실적에 대한 통계 데이터를 생성하는 단계; 및
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 위젯으로부터 발생한 수익을 정산하는 단계;
    를 포함하며,
    상기 광고물 인증 단계는, 상기 광고주 시스템으로부터 전송받은 광고물이 상기 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에 등록된 광고주 시스템으로부터 전송된 것인지의 여부, 또는 상기 전송받은 광고물이 상기 광고주 시스템과 상기 위젯 서비스 시스템 간에 기 설정된 광고물 포맷을 만족하는지 여부를 판단함으로써 상기 전송받은 광고물을 인증하며,
    상기 위젯을 생성하는 단계는,
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 생성하고자 하는 위젯의 고유번호 및 위젯 XML의 로딩 정보를 포함하는 뷰페이지 XML을 로딩하는 단계;
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 뷰페이지 XML에 포함된 위젯 XML의 로딩 정보로부터 상기 생성할 위젯의 디자인 요소 및 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물 로딩 정보를 포함하는 위젯 XML을 로딩하는 단계;
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 위젯 XML에 포함된 상기 디자인 요소 로딩 정보를 이용하여 위젯 디자인 요소를 로딩하는 단계;
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 뷰페이지 XML에 포함된 상기 광고물 로딩 정보로부터 상기 저장된 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물을 추출하여 로딩하는 단계; 및
    상기 위젯 서비스 시스템에서, 상기 로딩된 위젯 디자인 요소 및 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물을 결합하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 위젯을 이용한 분산형 수익 분배 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 XML 데이터 형식의 광고물은 상기 광고주 시스템으로부터 전송받은 광고물, 상기 광고물의 고유번호 및 상기 광고물의 과금 방식 정보를 포함하는, 위젯을 이용한 분산형 수익 분배 방법.
