Abstract

L'objet de l'invention est un procédé d'obtention d'un produit fermentescible destiné à la production de métabolites par fermentation, caractérisé en ce qu' il comprend les étapes suivantes : a) détoxification d'une matière première lignocellulosique polluée comprenant au moins un composant polluant : extraction solide-liquide, pour extraire par solubilisation le ou les composant(s) polluant(s) de la matière première lignocellulosique à l'aide d'au moins un solvant; récupération de la matière première lignocellulosique dépolluée, b) prétraitement par défibrage de la matière première lignocellulosique dépolluée, c) hydrolyse enzymatique de la matière première lignocellulosique prétraitée en présence de cellulose, et obtention d'un produit fermentescible, d) éventuellement purification du produit fermentescible obtenu. L'invention vise également l'utilisation du produit fermentescible obtenu pour produire des métabolites par fermentation, ainsi qu'un procédé particulier de production d'éthanol à partir du produit fermentescible.
