Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a body fluid component measurement system that continuously measures body fluid of a subject and displays the concentration of a predetermined component contained in the body fluid. More specifically, the present invention relates to a body fluid component measurement system that intermittently and continuously measures interstitial fluid of a subject and displays a blood glucose level.
  • SMBG Self Monitoring of Blood Glucose
  • the body fluid component measurement system used for CGM includes a sensor unit that is always attached to a patient, a transmission unit that is attached to the sensor unit and transmits a measurement signal from the sensor unit to the outside, and a measurement signal transmitted from the transmission unit And a display device for calculating and displaying the blood glucose level based on the above. For this reason, a patient will live a daily life in the state which always equipped the sensor apparatus with which the transmission part was attached to the position (for example, a patient's upper arm part, abdominal part, etc.) where the sensor is detained.
  • the transmission unit attached to the sensor unit at a position such as the upper arm or the abdomen where the sensor unit is indwelled using a needle has a transmission function and a sensor unit for transmitting to the display device. Since it has a power source for supplying power to the battery, it has a predetermined size and weight. For this reason, the patient spends his / her daily life constantly conscious of the presence of the transmitting unit at the position (that is, conscious not to touch the transmitting unit or feeling some discomfort in the upper arm or abdomen). Therefore, convenience is bad. For this reason, it is desirable that a device that is always mounted at a position where the sensor is placed be miniaturized and lightened as much as possible. In addition, since electrical contacts for transmitting power and measurement signals are arranged between the sensor unit and the transmitter unit, it is necessary to provide waterproof means to prevent the electrical contacts from getting wet when bathing or swimming. Therefore, usability and cost increase are inevitable.
  • the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and in the body fluid component measurement system, the convenience of the subject is improved by reducing the size and weight of a device that is always mounted at the position where the sensor is placed.

Description

 ステップS401では、被検者が、SMBG(Self Monitoring of Blood Glucose)等を用いて測定することにより得られた血糖値を表示部130を介して入力する。
