Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung (200) und ein Verfahren zur Verarbeitung von Signalen die eine Winkelstellung einer Welle (100) eines Motors repräsentieren vorgeschlagen. Es sind Speicherungsmittel (202) zum Speichern von Zeitpunkte des Eintreffens der Signale in einem Speicher (206) vorgesehen wobei die Speicherungsmittel (202) zusätzlich eine Drehrichtungsinformation der Welle (100) auswerten. Bei einer Drehung der Welle (100) in eine erste Richtung wird die Speicherung der Zeitpunkte in einer ersten Reihenfolge in dem Speicher (202) und bei einer Drehung der Welle (100) in eine zweiten Richtung, die entgegengesetzt zur ersten Richtung ist, wird die Speicherung in einer zweiten Reihenfolge, die entgegengesetzt zur ersten Reihenfolge ist, in dem Speicher (202) vorgenommen.
