Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaltungsanordnung mit mindestens zwei parallel geschalteten Wechselrichtermodulen (1; 10-1, 10-2), welche jeweils eine Wechselrichterschaltung (2; 12-1; 12-2) mit Leistungs-Halbleiterschaltern (4A-4F) und eine Gatetreiberschaltung (3; 13-1; 13-2) zur Steuerung der Leistungs-Halbleiterschalter (4A-4F) aufweisen. dabei umfasst die Gatetreiberschaltung (3; 3-1; 13-2) eines ersten Wechselrichtermoduls (10-1) eine Signalübertragungsschaltung, durch welche ein Steuersignal von einer Niederspannungsseite auf eine Hochspannungsseite übertragbar ist, und einen ersten Treiberausgang (16-1A; 16-1B), welcher elektrisch mit ersten Treibereingängen (17-2A; 17-2B) der Gatetreiberschaltungen der parallel geschalteten Wechselrichtermodule (10-2) verbunden ist und über welchen das hochspannungsseitige Steuersignal oder ein daraus abgeleitetes Steuersignal an die Gatetreiberschaltungen (13-2) der parallel geschalteten Wechselrichtermodule (10-2) übertragbar sind. Die Leistungs-Halbleiterschalter (4A-4F) der Wechselrichterschaltungen (12-2) der zum ersten Wechselrichtermodul (10-1) parallel geschalteten Wechselrichtermodule (10-2) werden dann auf Basis des übertragenen Steuersignals gesteuert. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein Verfahren zum Parallelschalten von mindestens zwei Wechselrichtermodulen und einen Schaltungsträger für eine Gatetreiberschaltung eines Wechselrichtermoduls.
