上述节水坐式马桶由说明书附图图 1至图 10可以看到它是由桶体、漏斗、浮球及拉 线、 浮球拉环、 坐垫圈、 坐垫圈转动轴及螺母、 漏斗提把、 上盖、 上盖转动轴及螺母、 桶体提把及档盖共计 13种部件所组成, 如附图图 3、 图 4、 图 5、 图 6、 图 7、 图 10可 以看到桶体上端设有桶体内水封槽及桶体外水封槽, 在桶体内水封槽的内侧面一端上设 有向内凸出的与坐垫圈转动轴两端配合的转动槽, 该转动槽的顶面与桶体外水封槽顶面 高度相等, 该转动槽的下端与桶体内水封槽的底部相连为一个整体, 在桶体外水封槽外 面的上端垂直面与坐垫圈转动轴两端配合的转动槽比邻的位置设有向外凸出的与上盖转 动轴两端配合的转动槽, 该转动槽的顶面与桶体外水封槽顶面高度相等, 该转动槽的底 面与上盖处于关合状态时上盖的在上盖转动轴下方的平面是平齐的, 在坐垫圈转动轴的 左下侧的桶体上开设有 2个通孔, 在上盖转动轴的下方的桶体上也开设有 2个通孔, 在 桶体的上部两侧设置了两个通孔并配有桶体提把; 在桶体上端套装着具有漏斗提把的漏 斗, 漏斗沿桶体内壁逐渐向漏斗下出口处降低, 其漏斗出口处的内空间为上大下小带有 斜度的圆台形状, 套装在桶体内壁上的漏斗顶面与桶体外水封槽顶面高度相等, 漏斗的 上端外边套装入桶体内水封槽, 被桶体内水封槽中存放的水所密闭, 就可以防止马桶内 异味的泄露; 如附图图 5、 图 6所示, 漏斗提把放入桶体内水封槽; 与拉线连接的浮球直 径大于漏斗出口处下端的内径, 放置在漏斗内的下出口处的浮球为空心结构, 该浮球也 可以选用玻璃来制作, 该浮球的顶部设有吊耳并附系着尼龙拉线, 尼龙拉线经过漏斗的 顶面及桶体外水封槽的顶面, 在尼龙拉线的另一端系有浮球拉环, 浮球拉环的重量小于 与拉线连接的浮球, 与浮球拉线连接的浮球拉环垂吊在桶体外水封槽的下面; 漏斗下出 口位于漏斗最低处, 加上浮球拉线的牵引, 每当该浮球漂起后, 必然会落回漏斗下出口 处;如附图图 10所示小浮球落在漏斗出口处的内空间为上大下小带有斜度的圆台形状的 中间部位, 其水封作用更显著; 坐垫圈覆盖在桶体内水封槽顶部, 与坐垫圈配合的坐垫 圈转动轴被其两端的坐垫圈转动轴螺母固定在坐垫圈转动轴的转动槽内, 利用坐垫圈转 动轴左下侧的桶体上开设的 2个通孔, 用尼龙细线穿过该通孔将坐垫圈转动轴的两端系 紧做二次固定; 上盖覆盖在坐垫圈顶部, 与上盖配合的上盖转动轴被其两端的上盖转动 轴螺母固定在上盖转动轴的转动槽内, 利用上盖转动轴下方的桶体上开设的 2个通孔, 用尼龙细线穿过该通孔将上盖转动轴的两端系紧做二次固定。 套装在桶体上的漏斗顶部 及桶体外水封槽的内上边口处是坐垫圈受力时的主要支撑部位, 与坐垫圈转动轴两端配 合的转动槽及坐垫圈转动轴螺母, 在坐垫圈受力时起着部分支撑的作用; 以坐垫圈转动 轴为轴心旋转的坐垫圈可在水平状态旋转 垂直状态之间任意往来, 除在水平状态至垂 直状态范围内转动外, 限制坐垫圈向其它方向的移动; 以上盖转动轴为轴心旋转的上盖, 根据需要可以在水平状态旋转至垂直状态之间随意打开或关合。 如附图图 1、 图 2所示, 在上盖处于关合状态时, 上盖转动轴下方的平面与比邻桶体外水封槽外面的垂直面所形 成的上盖的夹角部位是一个圆角, 此圆角的圆心是上盖转动轴的圆心, 其半径的弧线与 上述的夹角相切, 由附图图 1 所示, 当上盖向下凸起的盖边距离上盖转动轴的最近处, 在上盖旋转时, 此处的上盖向下凸出的盖边不碰桶体外水封槽的内侧的两壁, 其余部位 的上盖盖边由于旋转半径的加大, 均能够顺利插入桶体外水封槽内。 如附图图 1、 图 2 所示, 上盖处于关合状态时, 上盖向下凸出的盖边插入桶体外水封槽内, 被在桶体外水 封槽中存放的水所密闭, 这就达到马桶的第二次防异味封闭。
为防止在倾倒马桶内积存的尿液及清洗水时流入马桶桶体的内、 外水封槽, 为减少 清洗, 如附图图 8、 图 9所示制作的塑料档盖, 塑料档盖为半环状, 可以覆盖桶体一端的 桶体内水封槽及桶体外水封槽, 档盖具有与桶体上端口斜度相同形状吻合的插入槽, 在 需要倾倒时, 将上盖及坐垫圈先后打开, 用漏斗提把将漏斗、 浮球及拉线、 浮球拉环一 并提出马桶, 将塑料档盖套在上盖转动轴的对面, 推紧档盖, 可以将档盖与桶体上端口 的接触面密闭的连接, 可有效防止马桶内的液体在倒出时流入马桶桶体的内、外水封槽。
采用本发明节水坐式马桶的具有水封槽的桶体、 漏斗、 浮球及拉线、 浮球拉环的特 征设计如附图图 11所示的节水男士小便马桶, 其特征是由塑料材质制成的储尿瓶, 瓶口 连通器, 具有水封槽的漏斗, 浮球、 拉线及拉环, 储尿瓶上盖所组成的马桶; 下面为储 尿瓶, 瓶口连通器将储尿瓶及具有水封槽的漏斗联结在一起, 以具有水封槽的漏斗中心 线为界, 将具有水封槽的漏斗上部制成上下两个不同高度的半圆口; 可以由塑料加工设 备一次加工成如附图图 13所示的整体瓶口连通器,直接将具有水封槽的漏斗及储尿瓶联 结在一起。 如附图图 13所示瓶口连通器的结构特征是一个上下贯通的套管, 其内壁两端 均具有内螺纹、 在其内部中间处的两端均设有与瓶口相吻合的密封槽, 具有水封槽的漏 斗及储尿瓶的瓶口外侧均有与瓶口连通器配合的外螺纹, 瓶口连通器与瓶口旋紧后, 瓶 口端面插入密封槽与瓶口连通器无泄漏地联结在一起; 与拉环及拉线连接的浮球其直径 大于瓶口连通器可以被水流通的内径, 尼龙拉线将该浮球及浮球拉环连接在一起, 放置 在具有水封槽的漏斗内的下出口处的浮球为空心结构, 该浮球也可以选用玻璃来制作, 该浮球的顶部设有吊耳并附系着尼龙拉线, 尼龙拉线经过具有水封槽的漏斗上端的水封 槽的顶面, 在尼龙拉线的另一端系有浮球拉环, 拉环重量小于该浮球, 拉环垂吊在具有 水封槽的漏斗的水封槽下面; 储尿瓶上盖盖边插入具有水封槽的漏斗的水封槽内, 被水 封槽中存放的水^ f密闭。
如附图图 14、图 15所示的瓶盖连通器,是有内螺纹的套管与有外螺纹的套管配合而 成的结构, 其特征是由一个上下贯通一端有内螺纹的套管与另一个上下贯通一端有与前 面有内螺紋套管的螺纹相配合的外螺纹套管组成, 内螺纹套管的外径尺寸与外螺纹套管 没有螺纹处的外径尺寸相同, 内螺纹套管与外螺纹套管没有螺纹的 T端均开设有两个用 于旋紧瓶盖连通器的通孔, 将两个普通塑料瓶盖中心部位加工成与具有外螺纹套管的丝 扣部分外径相等的两个圆孔, 将两个瓶盖平面相贴均套在组成瓶盖连通器的外螺纹套管 上, 将内螺纹套管与其配合旋紧后, 在内螺纹套管的端面与外螺纹套管的没有螺纹的中 间凸起端面的压力下使两个套在外螺纹套管上的瓶盖密闭地联结在一起, 上述组合体可 以替换瓶口连通器将储尿瓶及具有水封槽的漏斗联结在一起。
如附图图 12所示的节水男士小便马桶, 采用塑料材质制作, 利用塑料加工设备将具 有水封槽的漏斗及储尿瓶加工成为一个整体部件, 以上述合成部件的中心线为界, 将具 有水封槽的漏斗与储尿瓶的合成部件的水封槽上端口以上部分制成上下两个不同高度的 半圆口; 具有水封槽的漏斗与储尿瓶的合成部件可替换由瓶口连通器联结的储尿瓶及具 有水封槽的漏斗的组合体。 与拉环及拉线连接的浮球其直径大于具有水封槽的漏斗与储 尿瓶的合成部件瓶口部分的内径, 尼龙拉线将该浮球及浮球拉环连接在一起, 放置在具 有水封槽的漏斗与储尿瓶的合成部件的瓶口部分上端的浮球为空心结构, 该浮球也可以 选用玻璃来制作, 该浮球的顶部设有吊耳并附系着尼龙拉线, 尼龙拉线经过具有水封槽 的漏斗与储尿瓶的合成部件中水封槽的顶面, 在尼龙拉线的另一端系有浮球拉环, 拉环 重量小于该浮球, 拉环垂吊在具有水封槽的漏斗与储尿瓶的合成部件的水封槽下面; 储 尿瓶上盖盖边插入具有水封槽的漏斗与储尿瓶的合成部件的水封槽内, 被水封槽中存放 的水所密闭。
利用本发明的节水坐式马桶具有的桶体、 漏斗、 浮球及拉线、 浮球拉环、 坐垫圈、 坐垫圈转动轴、 上盖、 上盖转动轴、 坐垫圈转动轴螺母、 上盖转动轴螺母的结构特征及 密闭配合方式设计的卫生间固定的坐式马桶, 将传统卫生间固定的坐式马桶的下出口统 一改为圆形, 其出口处的内空间为上大下小带有斜度的圆台形状, 并将传统坐式马桶水 封弯道可存储水的最高点设计成在浮球与圆形下出口配合时, 马桶水封弯道内存储最高 水位线应低于浮球与马桶的下出口配合时浮球的最低点,保证浮球与下出口的水封作用。 在传统坐式马桶的上端增设与上盖盖边配合的水封槽, 在该水封槽的外面设置与上盖转 动轴配合的转动槽, 在马桶上盖内与上盖转动轴比邻的位置设有与坐垫圈转动轴配合的 转动槽, 采用本发明的浮球及拉线、 浮球拉环、 坐垫圈、 坐垫圈转动轴及螺母、 上盖、 上盖转动轴及螺母与改进后的固定的坐式马桶桶体配合, 达到了节水并防异味的效果, 改进后的固定的节水坐式马桶处于关合状态时, 在坐垫圈上的马桶上盖向下凸出的盖边 插入马桶水封槽内, 被水封槽中存放的水所密闭; 其马桶上盖和坐垫圈在水平状态旋转 至垂直状态之间随意打开和关合, 改进后的固定的坐式马桶桶体仍采用瓷质的材料或选 用硬质塑料加工而成。
本发明的有益效果: 如附图图 1 至图 10所示节水坐式马桶及附图图 1 1、 图 12所示 的节水男式小便马桶, 在做到防止异味泄露的条件下, 达到了节水的目的, 经多次试验 分析, 每次小便后, 残留在漏斗及浮球上的尿液仅为 1毫升左右, 绝大多数的尿液被密 闭封存在储尿瓶内,利用 500毫升容量的普通饮料瓶,在瓶盖中心烫或钻直径 Φ 3ΙΜΙ的小 孔, 瓶中充入水后拧紧瓶盖, 挤压瓶身可以将水喷射 4~5米远, 使用具有一个或多个小 孔的饮料瓶, 每次挤出 50~100毫升的水就可以将漏斗及浮球冲洗干净, 在没有用水清洗 的情况下, 盖上马桶的上盖, 同样可以完全消除异味; 浮球及尼龙拉线、 拉环和瓶口连 通器的生产成本不足一元人民币,利用三个 5升的方型空油桶或废弃的 2.5升大饮料瓶也 可改制成无水封槽的男式小便马桶, 储尿瓶及漏斗各用一个, 另一个作为漏斗上盖, 采 用瓶口连通器及浮球, 也可以收到较好的效果。 采用上述节水马桶每个家庭每月以节水 一吨计算, 全国若有 10%的家庭采用, 每年就可以节水 5亿吨。 另外本节水马桶也解决 了只有一个卫生间的家庭入厕应急的问题。

将上述节水坐式马桶的各个组成单件的形状结构及重量特征作进一步的叙述。桶体 1 在套装漏斗 2后, 在浮球及拉线 3中的浮球未被漏斗 2下出口以下桶体 1内积存的液体 漂浮起来的条件下, 桶体 1内可容纳的液体为 5~20升。 经反复试验证明, 漏斗 2下出口 处的内空间为上大下小的圆台形状, 其斜度为 Γ 〜5° 时, 与浮球及拉线 3 中的浮球配 合密闭,它们的接触面处直径为 Φ 60mm时,浮球及拉线 3中的浮球自由落下后,放入 3~9 滴水 (约 1~3毫升) 可形成高度为 12~15mm的水封层, 在经历 48小时后, 可以清晰看 到仍保持着 8mm高完整的水封层圈, 具有在常压状态下防止异味泄露的效果。直径为 Φ 60mm~O 70mm,重量为 30~50克的浮球与漏斗 2下出口处配合,在冲入并积存一定量的水 后, 浮球及拉线 3中的浮球漂起, 在水即将流完时, 该浮球落下, 当静止不滴漏的状态 时, 再慢慢倒人水, 可以积存 4~10毫升的水, 增加浮球的重量可以提高积存水的容量。 在桶体外水封槽 12中放入 10mm高度的水, 仅需 60毫升, 在桶体内水封槽 11 中放入 10~20mm高度的水就可以达到预期的效果。
节水男式小便马桶的瓶口连通器 19可以被水流通的内径在 Φ 14mra~038mm的范围做 对比: 利用目前市场销售的 2. 5升空饮料瓶, 采用瓶盖连通器, 其内径为 Φ 14η™, 经试 验得知 2. 5升水经过 Φ 14mm的瓶口需 80秒钟才可倒完,2. 5升水经过 Φ 20. 4圆的瓶口时 需 30秒钟就可以倒完;当 2. 5升水经过 Φ38ι™的瓶口时仅需 7秒钟就全部倒完。因此瓶 口连通器 19可以被水流通的内径及具有水封槽的漏斗与储尿瓶的合成件 22的瓶口部分 内径应接近或达到 Φ 38mm为宜, 以减少向外倾倒的时间。 节水男式小便马桶可以根据使 用者的身高来调整最佳摆放或悬挂高度。
采用硬质塑料加工制作成壁厚 2~3mm的节水坐式马桶的桶体 1, 连同其它组合件的 整体重量约为 2kg,完全可以满足正常使用的强度要求,也可以选用不锈钢簿板的材料来 生产桶体 1 , 漏斗 2、 浮球及拉线 3中的浮球、 坐垫圈 5、 上盖 8、 档盖 15、 储尿瓶 18、 瓶口连通器 19、具有水封槽的漏斗 20、具有水封槽的漏斗与储尿瓶的合成部件 22、储尿 瓶上盖 23、浮球、拉线及拉环 21中的浮球均可以选用塑料材质, 固定的节水坐式马桶桶 体和可移动的马桶的桶体 1 也可以选用钢板附搪瓷的工艺来制造, 瓶盖连通器可选用普 碳钢钢管或塑料材质加工而成。

5、 一种节水男式小便马桶, 其特征是由塑料材质制成的储尿瓶 (18), 瓶口连通器 (19), 具 有水封槽的漏斗 (2Φ, 浮球、 拉线及拉环 (21 ), 储尿瓶上盖 (23 ) 所组成的马桶, 下部为 储尿瓶 (18), 瓶口连通器 (19)将储尿瓶 (18)及具有水封槽的漏斗 ( )联结在一起, 以具有水封槽的 漏斗 (¾))中心线为界, 将具有水封槽的漏斗 (20)上部制成上下两个不同高度的半圆口; 瓶口连 通器 (19)是一个上下贯通的套管, 其内壁两端均具有内螺纹, 在其内部中间处的两端均设有 与瓶口相吻合的密封槽, 具有水封槽的漏斗 (¾))及储尿瓶 (18)的瓶口外侧均有与瓶口连通器 (19) 配合的外螺纹, 瓶口连通器 (19)与瓶口旋紧后, 瓶口端面插入密封槽与瓶口连通器 (1Φ无泄漏 地联结在一起; 浮球、 拉线及拉环 (21 ) 中的浮球其直径大于瓶口连通器 (19)可以被水流通 的内径, 尼龙拉线将该浮球及浮球拉环连接在一起, 放置在具有水封槽的漏斗 GQ)内的下出 口处的浮球为空心结构, 该浮球也可以选用玻璃来制作, 该浮球的顶部设有吊耳并附系着 尼龙拉线 尼龙拉线经过具有水封槽的漏斗 (31)上端的水封槽的顶面, 在尼龙拉线的另一端 系有浮球拉环, 拉环重量小于浮球、 拉线及拉环 (21 ) 中的浮球, 拉环垂吊在具有水封槽 的漏斗 (¾))的水封槽下面; 储尿瓶上盖 (23 ) 盖边插入具有水封槽的漏斗 (2Φ的水封槽内, 被 水封槽中存放的水所密闭。
6、一种采用塑料材质制作的节水男式小便马桶,其特征是将具有水封槽的漏斗 (20)及储 尿瓶 (18)合为一个整体部件, 以上述合成部件的中心线为界, 将具有水封槽的漏斗与储尿瓶 的合成部件 (22) 的水封槽上端口以上部分制成上下两个不同高度的半圆口; 浮球、 拉线 及拉环 (21 ) 中的浮球的直径大于具有水封槽的漏斗与储尿瓶的合成部件 (22 ) 瓶口部分 的内径, 尼龙拉线将该浮球及浮球拉环连接在一起, 放置在具有水封槽的漏斗与储尿瓶的 合成部件 (22 ) 的瓶口部分上端的浮球为空心结构, 该浮球也可以选用玻璃来制作, 该浮 球的顶部设有吊耳并附系着尼龙拉线, 尼龙拉线经过具有水封槽的漏斗与储尿瓶的合成部 件 (22) 中水封槽的顶面, 在尼龙拉线的另一端系有浮球拉环, 拉环重量小于浮球、 拉线 及拉环 (21 ) 中的浮球, 拉环垂吊在具有水封槽的漏斗与储尿瓶的合成部件 (22) 的水封 槽下面; 储尿瓶上盖 (23 ) 盖边插入具有水封槽的漏斗与储尿瓶的合成部件 (22) 的水封 槽内, 被水封槽中存放的水所密闭。
7、根据权利要求 2所述的节水男式小便马桶, 其特征是采用普碳钢钢管或塑料材质制 成的由一个上下贯通一端有内螺纹的套管与另一个上下贯通一端有与前面有内螺纹套管的 螺纹相配合的外螺纹套管组成的瓶盖连通器, 内螺纹套管的外径尺寸与外螺纹套管没有螺 纹处的外径尺寸相同, 内螺纹套管与外螺纹套管没有螺纹的一端均开设有两个通孔, 将两 个普通塑料瓶盖中心部位加工成与具有外螺纹套管的丝扣部分外径相等的两个圆孔, 将两 个瓶盖平面相贴均套在组成瓶盖连通器的外螺纹套管上, 利用内、 外螺纹套管没有螺纹的 一端开设的两个通孔将内螺纹套管与外螺纹套管拧紧, 在内螺纹套管的端面与外螺纹套管 的没有螺纹的中间凸起端面的压力下使两个套在外螺纹套管上的瓶盖密闭地联结在一起, 上述组合体可以替换瓶口连通器 (19)将储尿瓶 (18)及具有水封槽的漏斗 (20)联结在一起。
8、 根据权利要求〗所述的节水坐式马桶具有的桶体 (1)、 漏斗 (2)、 浮球及拉线 (3)、 浮球 拉环 (4)、 坐垫圈 (5)、 坐垫圈转动轴 (6)、 上盖 (8)、 上盖转动轴 (9)、 坐垫圈转动轴螺母 (10、 上 盖转动轴螺母 (17)的结构特征及密闭配合方式设计的卫生间固定的坐式马桶, 将传统卫生间 固定的坐式马桶的下出口统一改为圆形, 其出口处的内空间为上大下小带有斜度的圆台形 状, 并将传统坐式马桶水封弯道可存储水的最高点设计成在浮球与圆形下出口配合时, 马 桶水封弯道内存储最高水位线应低于浮球与马桶的下出口配合时浮球的最低点, 保证浮 与下出口的水封作用; 在传统坐式马桶的上端增设与上盖盖边配合的水封槽, 在该水封槽 的外面设置与上盖转动轴 (9)配合的转动槽, 在马桶上盖内与上盖转动轴 (9)比邻的位置设有 与坐垫圈转动轴 (6)配合的转动槽; 采用浮球及拉线 (3)、 浮球拉环 (4)、 坐垫圈 (5)、 坐垫圈转 动轴 (6)、 坐垫圈转动轴螺母 (16)、 上盖 (8)、 上盖转动轴 (9)、 上盖转动轴螺母 (17)与改进后的固 定的坐式马桶桶体配合; 改进后的固定的节水坐式马桶处于关合状态时, 在坐垫圈上的马 桶上盖向下凸出的盖边插入马桶水封槽内, 被水封槽中存放的水所密闭; 其马桶上盖和坐 垫圈在水平状态旋转至垂直状态之间随意打开和关合; 改进后的固定的坐式马桶桶体采用 瓷质的材料或选用硬质塑料加工而成。
