Abstract

본 발명은 일체형으로 조합된 조명모듈에서 [발광-광확산-방열]작용이 효율적으로 이루어지는 엘이디 조명모듈과, 이를 다수 조합하여 조명램프를 구성하면 넓은 배광이 이루어지고 램프의 사방에 형성된 다수의 통풍구멍을 통해 대류방열 되어 발광효율과 사용수명이 수만시간 유지되는 조명램프에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 엘이디 조명모듈은 다수의 수직투사형 및 측면투사형 LED 소자가 배열된 LED 모듈과 좌우측면에 돌출형 날개가 형성된 광확산 커버 및 얇은 방열판을 일체형으로 결합하여 가볍고 경제적인 조명모듈을 이룬 것이다. 또한 상기 엘이디 조명모듈을 이용한 본 발명의 조명램프는, 전원모듈을 내장한 하우징의 커버에 다수의 상기 엘이디 조명모듈을 장착하고 하단 커버로 이를 체결하여, 사용방향에 상관없이 원활하게 방열 되고 180도 배광이 가능한 조명램프를 이룬 것이다.
